We experienced issues from the beginning with Expedia misinformation of the room details regarding sofa bed . After checking in we found out later that night our lock didn’t work on the door . Then the a/c unit leaked water on the floor as well as the shower / tub combo didn’t drain and I stood in ankle deep water while showering .

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s really good for the area and the convenience. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff takes care of any issues promptly. Breakfast buffet could use some variety but à la carte is available as well. Some gym equipment however is not great. Both treadmills don’t work properly, definitely need updating…

Should of told customer when booking, that hotel was being renovated. The floor we were on had slow running toilet, no phone because whole wall wiring was messed up. Asked for handicap bathroom and they had none. Just not a good experience at that one.

I did not like that back doors were locked, we had no access after 10:45 pm. I think it is dangerous to park in the very back and have to walk to front of buildig to enter. Whay of youre alone or have alot to carry; very limited parking in front and side.

When I checked in I specifically requested a bathtub as we had been traveling all day and we wanted to soak in a tub. I was told the room we were assigned had one. However, once we got in the room we found only a shower. When I went back to ask about it the person at the front desk said they were all taken and that she didn't realize the remodel had taken out tubs in many of the rooms. Not a huge deal but frustrating.

The room was very nice. But the bed was painful. So hard. I was sleeping in the chair. It was like sleeping on the floor. The hotel is beautiful. The food was delicious. But most of all the staff was very friendly. Malcolm went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed: My mother was allergic to something in our on the bed, not sure if it was the washing detergent or the wonderful for me goose down feathers. We would love to come back but just can not sleep on the beds.

Check in was great. Ms.Lynne Bassica was training a new employee, Kedrianna McKinney. Ms. Lynne provided excellent guidance and patience during the check in process. I was told if all that the hotel offered and hours. My room was great..large, clean, comfortable. My only complaints, that is no fault of the hotel, are the train and loud traffic sounds while sleeping.

I stayed for a single night to attend a concert in Gautier. The hotel is only ten minutes from the amphitheater, so it was extremely convenient. The front desk staff was outstanding, welcoming and personable. The room was clean and comfortable. If I go back for another show, I will definitely stay here again.

Great experience. The staff was great too. I had a little issue at check in where expedia's rate didn't reflect a pet policy rate change, and the front desk went out of her way to resolve the issue for me. Total professional, i have nothing but good things to say for this property.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and it was very quiet. The property was very well maintained and the landscaping was very beautifully. The dinning staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady that ran the bar during the day Friday was very friendly and helpful. She told us of things to do in the area and beaches like Dolphin Island that was within driving distance. We went there Saturday and had a really good time. I rate the Hotel and staff at five stars. We will definitely stay there again when we're in the area.

The room was very nice. But the bed was painful. So hard. I was sleeping in the chair. It was like sleeping on the floor. The hotel is beautiful. The food was delicious. I stayed at this property the weekend of Oct. 12-14 I thoroughly enjoyed everyone I came in contact with. Stephanie was so sweet and amazing during the brunch hour and Kelly was awesome as well during our dinner hour! It made the weekend even more enjoyable to have everyone so pleasant and helpful! At check in the young woman wouldn’t accept my Hilton rewards since I booked through Expedia. I’ve not had that happen before. She said I had to call the hotel and book directly through them. Nice, clean room with a great shower. Breakfast was a lot extra. Not included with room.
