The shower head didn’t work right the carpets looked dirty and the room had a weird smell like dog or something I called before I even rented here because they said the pool was heated and it was not it was freezing.

I tried to use the laundry, entered the app, but 2 credit cards didn't recognize it and shut down. I had to verify that I had approved it but by the time I did that, I was back in the room and was very frustrated. I ended up going to a laundromat. Please switch back to coins!

Told me the pool was heated it was not it was freezing, shower had like no pressure the carpets felt gross and our feet were dirty from walking on it, we wore our sandles and or slippers. Room smelt like there had been an animal or something in it. I won’t be staying here again.

Overall we had a good stay and would return again if we were in the area. Solid 4/5 for amenities and convenient location. Pros- Clean, comfortable and spacious room, pet friendly, good breakfast options (omelets, biscuits/gravy, waffles), fancy coffee machine in lobby with complementary espresso drinks. Friendly counter staff. Cons- Pool/spa were closed and nobody informed us after booking or even at check in (no water at all so not an emergency situation). One of the main reasons we chose this property so very disappointing. Also because it is a pet friendly hotel there were lots of droppings all around everywhere that were not cleaned up, I know that is the pet owner's fault but it does actually detract from walking around the property itself. Grumpy breakfast staff.

This is our 4th stay at this property. It has always been seamless and worth every dollar. However, this is the first time we got a suite and it was disappointing. Upon entry of the room you could smell an old urine smell. Shortly after putting my bags down, I went back to the front desk, and let the receptionist know the room smelled bad and I didn’t want it to become an issue when reconciling the charges and if she could add a note under our reservation. She was very polite but only offered some air freshener. I knew the hotel was fully booked because we tried to reserve another room and before the receptionist and I spoke she had received calls asking about the availability-so switching rooms would not be an option and traveling with kids we just wanted to rest. Luckily we had our own blankets and used those. The room wasn’t as clean as it usually is and the employee working the egg station at breakfast was snappy anytime a guest asked a question. I hope this is a one off incident because we do usually enjoy our stay here.

Customer service was excellent but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. We came back to our room to find the maid service replaced towels by throwing them in a pile on the rack, didn’t vacuum or take out the trash, tossed the covers, didn’t refill the soap or shampoo. Told customer service and they were willing to help but found out if you prepay for the room they can’t do anything besides hand you extras. Quality seems cheap, walls are thin. Pool was nice and at least we had a microwave in our room. We didn’t use the breakfast option so can’t review that part.

Almost everything was great! The staff, the hotel itself, the breakfast and the room. The only sour note was the quality of the bed itself. We are both side sleepers and it seemed that the coils didn't have enough spring and we both experienced hip pain. It felt like our hips were up against something hard. We both slept badly and were exhausted by the time we headed home to our own bed.

Nice hotel with great breakfast options. Standard room seems a tad smaller than typical. Bottom edges outside of shower door need some repair. Everything fine except for shower time when the water would randomly turn off and on.

The room were clean and bed was ok. Rooms were very small and just not a lot of room to move around in. The laundry was a little inconvenient because has to get a key from front desk to open it rather than just being able to open with your room key.

All the time we stayed there, it was very pleasant. This time, check in staff wasn't too friendly. He did all he needed to do, but it didn't feel welcoming. Main problem i had was the sofa-bed. It had pet hairs and found several hairs on the sheet. Had to strip the bed and ask for the new sheets. Overall, I like this place. Just little disappointed this time.

I visited this hotel when it first opened, and after all these years, the facilities are still clean and well-maintained. The front desk lady who welcomed us was exceptional. She recognized me immediately upon arrival and was incredibly kind and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name, but she’s an African American lady who left a wonderful impression. The breakfast was acceptable , and the staff were pleasant as well. My only complaint is the ice machine—the ice had an unpleasant taste. It might need more frequent cleaning.

We have stayed at this BW probably 4x over a 20 year stretch. Arrived at 2 pm asked if we could check in early as we had driven 3 hours to attend a 4 pm wedding. Told our room was completely ready, but there would be a $30 charge for early check in. I had never encountered this reply, and we have stayed in probably 100 hotels. Did not do so, drove on and changed in a restroom. Complete gouge on the part of this particular Best Western, not a corporate policy. Told new clerk when we arrived back at 8 pm what had happened and her reply was that their greed was nothing compared to the hotel down the road, which required $75 for early check in. Did not make me feel better about the situation. Morning clerk on check out said this was a recent new policy for this BW. I will not be back.

Very nice comfortable hotel. I usually do choose Best Western properties when I travel as they are consistently clean and well maintained. I did have a TERRIBLE time finding the hotel, as there are other businesses between the road and the entrance and I drove by it multiple times before I saw the sign.

Clean, friendly, average price. Very difficult to actually get into the parking lot - too many businesses around it to find driveway safely. Breakfast was excellent, well above average. Shower head VERY high, hard to adjust for shorter folks (women). Called "Arlington-Marysville" but in Smokey Point. Toilet at about the size and height of your average pre-school. Lots of local businesses around- Costco, Starbucks, Wendy's, McDonalds, others. Close to Centennial Trail trailheads.

Great value for all the amenities. The breakfast was fresh, delicious with many options and friendly staff who made us omelets of our choice. The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. This is my second trip to this hotel and when in the area next I will stay here again. My second stay was just as good as the first.
