Excelente ubicación, linda vista al lago y un muy buen servicio por parte del todo el staff del día y el súper amable señor de la noche. Ofrecen un buen desayuno. El hotel necesita modernizar sus habitaciones, los baños son asquerosos, se ven sucios, manchados, el secador de cabello de la era del hielo, la nevera súper ruidosa y no tiene aire acondicionado, así q prepárese para el calor

Hotel com boa localização. Quarto pequeno e ok, porém pelas fotos paguei mais caro para a opção com vista para o lago e também que nas fotos aparecia que tinha banheira e meu quarto não tinha a banheira. Café da manhã bem simples. O que me deixou a desejar mais foi o atendimento com informações não claras. Sai para check out 5h30 da manhã, precisava pagar a conta do cartão de crédito na qual eles disseram que aceitavam, pois eu já estava sem dinheiro em papel e na hora de pagar o senhor disse que naquele horário só podia pagar com dinheiro, no caso para pagar com cartão teria que ter pagado na noite anterior ou feito o check out 24h antes, qual o sentido em não poder pagar neste horário sendo que a maquininha funciona normal? Outra coisa é que não oferecem nenhum tipo de serviço de quarto para alimentação, só tem água para vender.

Hotel Tirol is a good 3-star hotel that could be great. It is really well located: just metres from the main square (from where you can shop, eat take tours, and so on) as well as bordering on the lake. The receptionist who checked us in was extraordinarily helpful but her colleagues less so. The room is large and the bed, super comfortable. Street facing rooms are noisy and if it’s summer you will need the window open (there is no fan or aircon) so it’s worth taking a lakeside room (we had a street facing room in summer). The floor needed a good clean but after that was addressed the only issue with the room was a persistently draining toilet. Breakfast is plentiful and served 7.30-10. Parking is included if you book direct but as I’d booked through Expedia I was given side parking. Still free but fiddly. The WiFi is pretty slow unless you’re in the lobby which is frustrating. So all in all a high-average hotel.

Great moderate hotel. A little dated though could use update. Request a lake view room, the view is amazing!! Room was small, bed was super comfortable. There is heat but no a/c. No fan so it did get stuffy. Breakfast options were good although they will not let you take it back to the room. Real close to city center and staff speaks both Spanish and English. Reminded me of a hotel you would see in Switzerland. Good experience overall. Great for weekend or one night wouldn’t recommend for like a week though.

Hotel muito bem localizado a pouca distancia a pé da rua Mitre. Café da amanhã fraco, o que não chega a ser um problema devido a quantidade de confeitarias/cafeterias por perto. Funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos. Possibilidade de fazer o câmbio (blue) no próprio hotel com uma taxa muito boa. Não possui restaurante ou serviço de quarto.

Atendimento excelente! A Cristina e a Paula sempre solicitas e atenciosas. O Cafe da manhã muito bom e não nos faltaram nada. A limpeza impecável!!! A única coisa a reclamar foi do chuveiro e tinha um pequeno problema pra abrir a torneira e vazão de Agua. O resto tudo perfeito. Hotel simples, mas muito agradável e perto de tudo!

I’ll start with the bad, the room was tiny and tight with luggage. The toilet made drip noises which made it hard to sleep. Other than that the staff was real kind, the view of the lake was breathtaking every time, very walkable to many stores and restaurants. It’s perfect if you packed very light, or solo and if you don’t get a drippy toilet you’ll enjoy yourself.

Nice hotel within walking distance of everything in Bariloche: waterfront, restaurants, bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend paying a little more to stay on the lake side. The rooms are a little nicer and bigger and the views are breathtaking!

The staff was very accommodating and gracious. The facility is showing some wear and tear. Bathroom is small but with large shower. We had reserved a lake view and on the first floor it was minimal and not worth the extra money. The location was superb!

Good place to stay, rooms with lake view are awesome. Hotel is a bit old and it shows in the beds and rooms, but the over all experience is worth the price. Location is great, breakfast is bread based but has variety of choices and bathroom was clean. My only problem was with the WiFi, it did not work the first 2 days and the next 2 it was very slow

Very nice staff and the property was in the perfect location walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The view from our room was wonderful. The shower was a bit dated with very weak water pressure but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall a very nice stay!

The bedroom was too small and the bathroom really pathetic. The internet only functioned for about 10 minutes each hour. Perhaps we were expecting too much from a 3 star rated hote. It certainly does not rate 3 stars.

It’s all I wished for. Both ladies at the front desk are excellent, specially Paula. The breakfast is very complete and good quality, both on food and service. They accommodated for us to have breakfast at 6:00am the day we checked out to go to the airport. Thank you all.

Hotel Tirol is a good 3-star hotel that could be great. It is really well located: just metres from the main square (from where you can shop, eat take tours, and so on) as well as bordering on the lake. The receptionist who checked us in was extraordinarily helpful but her colleagues less so. The room is large and the bed, super comfortable. Street facing rooms are noisy and if it’s summer you will need the window open (there is no fan or aircon) so it’s worth taking a lakeside room (we had a street facing room in summer). The floor needed a good clean but after that was addressed the only issue with the room was a persistently draining toilet. Breakfast is plentiful and served 7.30-10. Parking is included if you book direct but as I’d booked through Expedia I was given side parking. Still free but fiddly. The WiFi is pretty slow unless you’re in the lobby which is frustrating. So all in all a high-average hotel.

Loved my stay here! The room was comfortable and clean with a gorgeous lake view, breakfast was excellent (with more beautiful views), and location quiet but just a block from the main street entrance. The people on the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating as well. Would definitely stay here again!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica a poucos metros do Centro Cívico e do lago Nahuel Huapi Possui quartos com vista para o lago e cordilheira. Os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos. Ótima limpeza e excelente café da manhã.

The only thing nice about the building is the picture from Now side and inside everything was dated in the rooms were maybe 12 m² maximum very small. They do serve breakfast, but the eggs were undercooked. The pastries were stale and tasted terrible, and they give you 4 inch plate to eat on. The staff is real nice but the place is not be a three star hotel, it should be maybe a 1 1/2. maximum two star. I don’t know how it got such good ratings but it sure don’t deserve it. Your money would be better spend somewhere else.

It’s all I wished for. Both ladies at the front desk are excellent, specially Paula. The breakfast is very complete and good quality, both on food and service. They accommodated for us to have breakfast at 6:00am the day we checked out to go to the airport. Thank you all.

Great moderate hotel. A little dated though could use update. Request a lake view room, the view is amazing!! Room was small, bed was super comfortable. There is heat but no a/c. No fan so it did get stuffy. Breakfast options were good although they will not let you take it back to the room. Real close to city center and staff speaks both Spanish and English. Reminded me of a hotel you would see in Switzerland. Good experience overall. Great for weekend or one night wouldn’t recommend for like a week though.

Location, location, location! I was right in the heart of Bariloche and able to walk everywhere. I even enjoyed beautiful sunsets from my balcony. The staff was very friendly and always assisted me with anything I needed. I loved the breakfasts and especially the charming tea room where they were served each morning. I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting comfort and a perfect location in Bariloche.
