台風の影響でスタッフの方には大変お世話になりました。飛行機が遅延になりチェックインに間に合わずそれに対する対応には本当に感謝しています。スタッフの方とのメールのやり取りには心配していただいたり心温まるお言葉をいただき励みになりました。客室も綺麗に整理されていて日常生活を送る備品が全て揃っていたので助かりました。今回初めての沖縄旅行いろいろありましたがスタッフの方のおかげで楽しい旅行になりいい思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

The Villa itself was spacious and decent. All the basic amenities and the green space out front was nice. However, there was a lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom, which is odd given the fact many people come to Okinawa for the beach. The location was in a nice residential neighbourhood, but felt like no man’s land in terms of eateries etc. If you’re vegetarian, like me, good luck. The area is dominated by resorts and caters to meat eaters. The pool area is a bit tired and it’s about a 3 min walk away from the villa. Neither hot tub was working and one was full of what looked like mold. Plus they charge you 100 yen per pool towel, not expensive but just annoying. Staff were friendly but overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.
