I’ve been coming here for 6+ years… They filled in the Jacuzzi, but the pool water is finally warm. Breakfast variety is good. Beds are comfortable. Pricing is quite high as a traveler, I’d pay less in a big city like Chicago for the same quality.

Please can you replace the king beds in the whirlpool suits. We come to visit friends at least once a year and the beds are cupped and hard. After many many years the beds are the same.

Staff friendly and helpful, room clean, beds "stiff " so if you like a firm bed that is great. The "elevator" is a topless lift. We took everything up on a hotel cart, however carried everything down in trips down the stairs. The daily breakfast was good and there is a large indoor swimming pool and also pool tables in there. There is 2 life size cow statues out front and they are part of Thorps scavenger hunt. They have a map of the town and list of the colorful cows to check off. The grandchildren loved that.

In our room which was 117 our Jacuzzi buttons were broken and the Jacuzzi drained water into the bathroom floor near left side of the toilet but a very nice employee moved us into a new room which was 107 with a different Jacuzzi that didnt drain at all! The staff employee that helped us out and switched us was Alex a girl very hard working woman and another hard working woman who helped us was Sherri best employees that helped us out thank you for the wonderful staff u have

The front desk person was amazing. The bed was very hard, not firm, just hard. The room smelled like mildew and the stench coming from the drain in the bathtub made it hard to use the restroom. This was an expensive stop to have a stinky experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean our room was! It is obvious the room service staff cares about their work. Checking in didn’t go as smooth. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never been asked to list the other adults by first and last name and then questioned about them. I was also surprised to get an up-charge after my stay ended for the third adult in my room (which I told them about during my reservation and check-in). I had to ask about the breakfast hours and check-out time. She seemed irritated I was even there.

Quaint & super-clean old school hotel with all the amenities a person could want-pool, breakfast, coffee and water in the lobby. Our room also had a coffee-maker, frig and microwave. Friendly staff, convenient to every place we needed to go. Only suggestion would be to ditch the styrofoam and go with paper-every little bit helps our planet. Thank-you!

We have stayed here the last 5 years during Rockfest and have never had any complaints. The staff is very courteous and helpful, and the rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided has always had plenty of options. The room rate is very reasona le too, especially during high volume due to rockfest.
