The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful.I was disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed as the weather was rainy and cold for May.I was grateful for the restaurants just down the road.My husband loved the king sized bed.,very comfy. All things considered this still was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.,

Stayed 1 night

I was put into a room next to a family and it had an attached door. When I went to make sure my side of the door was locked my “neighbor” accused me of knocking on the door very loudly and decided to threaten me. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved as my “neighbor” followed me down there. The staff put me on the other side of this person instead of somewhere else in this big empty hotel. The lobby smells like cannabis and cigarettes, and there are loud, cursing children running around. I did not even spend the night. I left and found a new hotel to stay up. Good luck I’m very thankful to Hotels.com for helping me handle this customer service nightmare.

You had people screaming in the hallways and smoking weed. The alarm went off at 1152pm it took 5 minutes for them to silence it Never again. It’s nor the hotel it’s the people that they allow to stay there

We didn't know if the stink bugs that littered the room floor were free, or if we took them we would be charged. So we left the dozen or so.that were on the floor alone.
