I initially was very please with everything however after staying there for a few days certain things were disappointing in regard to it being a Wyndham property. Other than in my room in which I could control the temperature most every other location inside the hotel was extremely hot. With exception of the rooftop bar and front desk on the second floor. I purchased the buffet breakfast and came every morning. On most days there was a young gentleman there and he did once say anything to me. Every single morning I had to initiate a simple conversation for him to merely communicate with me. The front desk was excellent and so was the security out front of the property. However, unless I initiated communication with the concierges they were on their phones every time I would leave or come in anytime during the day. I went to the rooftop bar one evening and had a drink special and I was charged a 26% sales tax. I was charged $21,00 for three local beers and a water. The room was nice and so was the maid nonetheless I choose to leave the property and I found another place to stay for the next two weeks that I am in Bangkok. In addition, I would not recommended this property due to the areas of concern I had while staying there.

We booked three rooms at the Ramada for our stay. Some family members had stayed here before and had a good experience, which is why we chose this hotel. However, one of our three rooms had a persistent sewer smell. Despite changing rooms three times, each replacement had the same issue, making the stay unpleasant. Our family members who visited our room also mentioned that the entire floor had the same strong odor. Fortunately, we were only there for three days—had it been longer, we likely would have switched hotels. The location is decent, within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, massage parlors, rooftops, and a train station. It’s in a quieter part of the city but conveniently just a 15-minute train ride to MBK Mall and an 8-minute drive to Wat Arun Temple. Had it not been for the smell, we would have considered it a decent stay overall. The hotel offers some useful amenities, including an in-unit washer (though the dryer doesn’t fully dry clothes, so you’ll need to hang them up). There’s also a kitchen for cooking, which is a nice touch. One thing to note—the pool is located at street level outside the hotel, making it accessible to anyone walking by. The property is good, the staff is helpful. The Pesto restaurant serves amazing food! One major thing lacking for this property is a shuttle service to nearest BTS station-On Nut. Major hotel chains offer this service, it is high time for the hotel to offer it.

Sehr schöne große Zimmer mit top Aussicht. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Betten sind bequem und alles funktioniert. Leider war der Hauptaufzug defekt weswegen man den fürs Personal mitbenutzen musste. Das dauert dann halt bei 25 Stockwerken…

Room: The room was beautiful. Roof top view is extremely beautiful. I room was comfortable and spacious. The washer and dryer was not the best. It took forever to dry. Even after the cycle was done, our clothes were still damp. Check In- Was a breeze. Staff was really polite and friendly. Extremely helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate one of the receptionist, knowing my name and room number without me even telling her. Buffet food: Could use more selection. Average, nothing special. One of the staff lady down in the buffet area was not nice. She could use some customer service training again. Bell boys/first floor people: Extremely helpful and kind. Services was excellent. The elevator took forever. There's only 2. While we were there, one was broken and so we waited almost 15 mins to get down/or up. Overall, very nice place to stay. Staff was amazing and polite. I really like how the reception remember who I was and what room I was in without me telling her.

I love the rooms, and the location was okay. I did not like the fact that my room smelled like the sewer. The maintenance came three days in a row to flush out the system in the bathroom it did not help. I took a towel and covered the sewer in the bathroom and asked them to spray air freshener in the room. This actually was the only thing that made it salvageable.

Beautiful looking rooms and rooftop garden with good view of the city. Rooms has amenities such as a large fridge,machine machine and stove to cook. However the pool is so tiny its probably only for kids to swim in. Service in this hotel was poor. On check in to the rooms items such as shower foam,iron,ironing board and bath room slippers was missing. Trash from previous occupants was not cleared and we found their jacket under the sofa showing that the cleaning was not done properly.The staff did not greet when the guest came in and out of the hotel and no one helped with luggages or calling of taxis. There was a lack in warmth from the staff which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet spread was small and not worth the money. Overall a disappointing stay for the price and I will not be back again.

Had a fantastic stay. Only complaint was noise from some guests in the room next door - a lot of banging at 2 and 3am which woke me up a couple of times. Otherwise, i'll likely stay here again in the near future.

Room and facilities were great. Very clean. Comfortable bed. TV had youtube and netflix access. They provide two bottles of water a day. Shower was good. There is limited counter space around the sink. The lights in the washroom are very dim. There is no full length mirror. And just keep in mind if you get drunk or need to use washroom, there are stairs you need to walk down. The location unfortunately is terrible. There is not much around you. But if you want quiet and just chill then it's a good place. But pretty much everywhere is at least a 20 minute drive.

Spacious studio-like apartments. The bedroom is up a steep flight of stairs, very dangerous when you have to use the bathroom (downstairs) at night. The pool area is sadly right next to the very busy main road, not very relaxing. Staff were disinterested not very friendly. On the plus side the rooftop has wonderful 360 views and there's a great supermarket and mall with good casual dining options. The train station is v close as well.

Room looked really nice and staff were nice. However, the walls are extremely thin, I could hear when neighbors sneezed and when they would eat. It gets really noisy in the daytime. Room: The room was beautiful. Roof top view is extremely beautiful. I room was comfortable and spacious. The washer and dryer was not the best. It took forever to dry. Even after the cycle was done, our clothes were still damp. Check In- Was a breeze. Staff was really polite and friendly. Extremely helpful and accommodating. I initially was very please with everything however after staying there for a few days certain things were disappointing in regard to it being a Wyndham property. Other than in my room in which I could control the temperature most every other location inside the hotel was extremely hot. With exception of the rooftop bar and front desk on the second floor. I purchased the buffet breakfast and came every morning. On most days there was a young gentleman there and he did once say anything to me. Every single morning I had to initiate a simple conversation for him to merely communicate with me. The front desk was excellent and so was the security out front of the property. However, unless I initiated communication with the concierges they were on their phones every time I would leave or come in anytime during the day. I went to the rooftop bar one evening and had a drink special and I was charged a 26% sales tax. I was charged $21,00 for three local beers and a water. The room was nice and so was the maid nonetheless I choose to leave the property and I found another place to stay for the next two weeks that I am in Bangkok. In addition, I would not recommended this property due to the areas of concern I had while staying there.

Big negative point is no AC in ground floor nor in the lifts and common area. Crazy. Also we check in around 10pm and was surprised nobody welcomed us at front door for luggages, we had to carry all our stuff to the second floor for checking in. Breakfast was ok. Room nice. I chose this hotel off Expedia. It offered alot of amenities that I was looking for. And it did not disappoint. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures online. The room cleaning service team is Awesome at everything they do. I appreciate your hotel being guest friendly!! Beautiful looking rooms and rooftop garden with good view of the city. Rooms has amenities such as a large fridge,machine machine and stove to cook. However the pool is so tiny its probably only for kids to swim in. Service in this hotel was poor. On check in to the rooms items such as shower foam,iron,ironing board and bath room slippers was missing. Trash from previous occupants was not cleared and we found their jacket under the sofa showing that the cleaning was not done properly.The staff did not greet when the guest came in and out of the hotel and no one helped with luggages or calling of taxis. There was a lack in warmth from the staff which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet spread was small and not worth the money. Overall a disappointing stay for the price and I will not be back again.

Room and facilities were great. Very clean. Comfortable bed. TV had youtube and netflix access. They provide two bottles of water a day. Shower was good. There is limited counter space around the sink. The lights in the washroom are very dim. There is no full length mirror. And just keep in mind if you get drunk or need to use washroom, there are stairs you need to walk down. The location unfortunately is terrible. There is not much around you. But if you want quiet and just chill then it's a good place. But pretty much everywhere is at least a 20 minute drive.

Their kitchen doesn’t offer a lot. Just a frying pan and a cooking pan. No kitchen knife or cutting board. No toaster. You can’t do much. Be prepared. Their Wifi had connection issue (login display keeps on resetting).
