Rezeptionist wahnsinnig lustlos und unfreundlich. 16€ pro Parkplatz und Nacht, aber Code für Schranke funktioniert nicht. Klingel für Rezeption, um die Schranke zu öffnen funktioniert ebenfalls nicht.

Groot gebouw, centraal gelegen. Duurde wat lang met incheckende mensen voor ons, no biggie. Kamer was knus met ons gezin van 4 met stapelbed, kinderen vonden het geweldig. Ook konden zij zelf vanaf het ontbijt naar de kamer om te plassen, mn dochter had de code namelijk onthouden (ze gebruiken geen pasjes) Parkeren is 10 euro per dag

Alles gut sehr freundliches Personal am Check-in, Parken geht ist aber relativ teuer 16€ ist in Relation für eine kurze Parkdauer zu teuer! Sollte sich B&B evtl. noch einmal Gedanken machen wenn man abends ankommt nur eine Nacht dort bleibt. Ist aber nicht nur bei ihnen so, ist ein generelles Thema.

I like how we didn't have to hold a key but rather a code for bothe the room, side entrance and parking entry.

Kein Parkplatz

Parkplätze ausreichend verfügbar und sind groß genug zum einfachen einparken. Der Checkin ging auch schnell. In der Bestätigung steht der Checkin wäre bereits ab 14 Uhr möglich - laut Hotel erst ab 15 Uhr. Für einen früheren Checkin muss man bezahlen, die Dame an der Rezeption war aber so nett und berechnete uns einen geringeren Preis für den früheren Checkin. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. War sauber und groß genug für 1 oder 2 Nächte. Fußläufig ist auch eine Bushaltestelle zu erreichen.

Kein Parkplatz???

Hotel ziemlich neu. Leider sind nicht genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kann gut sein, dass man keinen hat und dann auf der Strasse steht. Wenn man einen erhalten hat, kostet dieser EUR 16.-- auch stolz für solch eine Gegend. Sonst Hotel gut. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ganz ok.

We went into the bathroom and there was a horrible smell from the shower. It hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was hair in the drain. We were barely able to use the bathroom because of the smell was nauseating. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was in a good location for public transport - we easily got a metro into central Koln. We didn’t pay for breakfast as we felt it was expensive but there was a great cafe a short walk away.

Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, Bad top in Ordnung, neu, alles sehr gepflegt, nur der Abfluss im Bad hat gestunken.

Cleanliness was excellent. Value for money was also top notch.

Wir waren zufrieden. Ein Kaffeeautomat wäre schön gewesen. Nettes Personal, nur die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. In der Dusche waren irgendwelche Haare unter einem Bett lag Müll und im anderen Zimmer war das Laken nicht sauber.

Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back I had an awful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The woman at the reception was incredibly rude and acted like helping guests was a burden. There were no parking spaces available, even though they claim to have parking. When I asked for assistance, the staff didn’t lift a finger. The room itself was dirty, with dust everywhere and a strange smell that made it impossible to relax. On top of that, the hotel is far away from the city, so getting anywhere was inconvenient and time-consuming. Overall, a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Zimmer waren sehr sauber und neuwertig

Gute Lage und Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ordentliches Frühstück. Sauberes und modernes Zimmer, Personal freundlich.

Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig Zimmer etwas klein für 4 Personen. Zimmern sehr sauber und modern.

The room was very minimalist and small. Don’t expect slippers, toothbrushes, kettle, fridge, or even glasses and tissue.

Aircon not working after first day. Not fixed. Not possible to check in early. We had a stay last year same hotel and was told breakfast was free on second visit. A lie. Breakfast not ready first day, coffee machine problems, that a had to report before it was fixed. Wifi unstable. Chckd out 1 day early driving 9 hours back to Denmark. Not coming back.

Staff where very friendly and helpful. Beds where comfy, and bunkbeds good size for very tall teenagers!

Hotel war typisch für B&B. Zimner sauber, zwar klein aber ausreichend. Klimaanlage sehr praktisch bei 35 Grad Außentemperaturen. Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend.

The family room with the bunks is perfect for a night or 2. Bunks were full size so great for teens. Shower was fab! The area was further from the city centre than we realised but that's our fault.

Die Rezeption hatte mein Zimmer als storniert angezeigt, ich hatte mein Zimmer aber bezahlt und musste es auf dem Kontoauszug nachweisen. Hatte aber im Hotel kein Netz, bekam vom Rezeptionisten kein WLAN. Benötige ein fremdes Handy, um meine Bezahlung nachzuweisen. Habe trotzdem mein Zimmer doppelt bezahlt, musste nach 1 Stunde froh sein, um überhaupt noch ein Zimmer zu bekommen (inzwischen 23:30). Der Mitarbeiter war sehr hilflos und hätte freundlich sein dürfen. Mir hat das nicht gefallen, dass es laut Mitarbeiter mein Problem sei und ich mich darum kümmern muss, dass ich die doppelte Bezahlung zurückkomme. Die vielen Haare im Zimmer waren das kleinste Problem!

Die Schlange am Empfang war lang und es dauerte eine Weile bis wir dran waren. Wir wurden von einem südländisch aussehenden Herrn eingecheckt. Dieser Herr war nicht sehr kompetent. Wir bezahlten das Zimmer gleich und ich wollte noch 2x Frühstück dazu buchen. Wir bekamen weder eine Info was das Frühstück kostet, oder die Tourismusabgabe, auch keinen Gesamtpreis. Ich bezahlte mit Karte und dann hieß es: schönen Aufenthalt. Ich bekam weder eine Rechnung, noch eine Info wo was ist, oder wie lange Frühstück ist etc. Ich fragte noch nach einem Restaurant in der Nähe, auch hier bekam ich eine falsche Auskunft bezüglich der Öffnungszeiten. Es hatte nämlich zu, obwohl er sagte: "Nein, es hat definitiv auf, die Schließzeiten auf der Visitenkarte stimmen nicht". Schulnote für die Rezeption von 1-6...hier gebe ich eine 5. Am nächsten Morgen ging es zum Frühstück. Hier war um 09:00 anstehen bis zu Rezeption angesagt. Wir warteten bestimmt 15 Minuten bevor wir ans Buffett konnten. Die Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksbereich war unhöflich, genervt und ruppig. Es gab keine freien Tische mehr. Wir saßen im Foyer an einem "Tisch" wo man seine Handys aufladen kann. Das Frühstück an sich war ok, die wichtigsten Lebensmittel gab es. Schulnote von 1-6...gebe ich auch hier eine 5. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, es gab leider keine Bar aber immerhin einen Snackautomaten, der auch verschiedene Getränke zur Wahl hatte. Für den Preis für eine Übernachtung, hätte ich mir doch etwas mehr Kompetenz und Komfort

The room was spacious and quite clean. Although there were some doghairs from the former visitor. The location is on a industrial park, so easy if you come by car. But the guy behind the desk at check in was really rude! No hello or explanation or anything. He litterly threw the card with roomnumber to me and only asked me to pay for touristtax. Not a warm welcome

Wir waren 12 Nächte im B&B Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ob an der Rezeption, am Frühstücksbuffet oder das Reinigunspersonal, alle sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt dort war rundum positiv und sehr angenehm. Im Rahmen einer Städtetour bin ich auf diese Hotel gestoßen. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, zu Fuß waren es nur wenige Minuten zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Alles war gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Leider gab es zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für das Gepäck. Ansonsten haben wir und wohl gefüllt. Gerne wieder.

Nice clean and modern. About 5 mins from the nearest tram stop or 8 mins to one that runs into central Cologne. Easy check in , clean and modern. If you’re not bothered about being in the Centre of the city this place is fine. Felt safe walking about after a late evening return. Would return and the price was really good for a triple room.

Just what you need for a city gateway. Close enough to the centre to walk (50min)

Hôtel très recent, très propre, et à la décoration contemporaine. Chambres et salles de bain très confortables. Petit déjeuner varié. Station de tram à 3 min à pied. Seul petit bemol, un peu loin du centre.

Ein sehr neues und modernes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Check-In geht auch über Automaten vor Ort. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer gab, nur im Bad gab es einen kleinen Eimer. Leider ist das Hotel sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt und entsprechend weit vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Very good breakfast

Ich habe ein sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer vorgefunden. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Parkplatz habe ich nicht benötigt, da ich in der Seitenstraße parken konnte. Das Frühstück war grandios, viel Auswahl an Käse, Marmelade, Brötchen (frisch, keine Aufbackbrötchen), Säfte, Joghurt, etc. Für einen Preis von 12,90 Euro mit Bio Produkten sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder besuchen.

Ontbijt was te weinig keuze en te veel mensen. Lange rijen om überhaupt ontbijt te kunnen bekijken en nemen. En daarna was er geen plek om het op te eten. Personeel werkt hard maar kan het niet aan.

Good hotel, clean and efficient. But tourist taxes and parking were not included in the original price as done in many other similar hotels, and breakfast quality not the highest.

Schoon en net hotel! Een basic hotel, kleine kamer maar het bed ligt goed en de douche is prima. Ontbijt heeft ook een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
