Large, clean and updated rooms. Easy access to laundry and gym. It's very close to the airport and 5min drive to the mall, plenty of food options and groceries. The only issue is the parking. Though the hotel has plenty of parking space, they seems to be close. Some customers had to park at the street or public car park and no drop off area if you have luggages.

Very satisfied with hotel and staff. One area of concern is the driveway at night. It is very dark and there are no lights. We had a 4:30 am taxi pickup and we had to walk up the driveway , approximately 500 ft to where the taxi was to pick is up. Total darkness and the condition of the driveway is not safe at night. There is a broken barrier in the middle if the driveway that my husband hit, thankfully with the suitcase and not his foot. Another pickup area we used on another stay is closer but patio stone walkway is so uneven and overgrown that you cannot roll you suitcases easily.

Nice accommodation, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Free shuttle to and from airport was not available because of a strike, so had to pay for taxi service back and forth because although the hotel us close to the airport, the area is not very pedestrian friendly.

I booked this hotel based on the free shuttle to the airport... However what they neglect to tell you is that it doesn't run on weekends so cost me another 20 Euros but they did arrange it and it is about a 30 minute walk if you only have a carry one. That being said it was lovely and quiet, huge room with king size bed, great bedding, mini kitchen with everything you need for a meal if you bring food, a great beer place next door. Great value compared to the first closet I stayed in when arriving at the Fast hotel lol. Just note the shuttle hours.

This is our 5th stay at Odalys and the first time I rated it as good and not excellent. We arrived in the dark by taxi and the walk to the entrance is down a very dark lane way, hard to see where you are going. An unsafe feeling. I book this hotel because it has a shuttle to the airport and found out it is not a snow on weekends. The description on rental sights do not say that. As well, for the first time some lights did not work and there was a long hair on the sheets on bed. Hopefully this was a one off. I do have another booking in a month and May cancel if I find another hotel in same price with shuttle sorting on weekends.

Not sure why this hotel has such high reviews. It is VERY basic. It's a 25 minute walk to airport in an industrial area with nothing around. No amenities or food except vending machines & breakfast. Bottom sheet looked like had not been changed found pubic hair & eyelashes in bed. Unpainted ceiling and walls on one side, just bare cracked grey concrete which made it feel like you're sleeping in a garage. Filter coffee machine provided but no water, milk, coffee or filters, so useless. First hotel I have ever stayed anywhere in the world, where no bottle of water is provided. Even though it advertises free shuttle there is no shuttle at the weekend & a 5 min taxi ride will cost you €20, so a round trip on Sat/Sun will cost €40. It's cheap but by the time you pay taxi & water (at €2.50 a bottle fizzy/€2.00 still, each for small bottles) you may as well stay at the 5 star on airport hotel where you have complementary water, 1 minute walk to station & fab amenities which will only cost a little more. Personally would never stay there again, might be okay if you want cheap basic overnight, if it's not the weekend, so you can use free shuttle.

The only problem was that the floor of the shower itself was EXTREMELY slippery. I slipped and fell while in the shower and the hotel is lucky I am not suing them from a hospital bed!

Overall, this hotel is close-ish to the airport if you need it. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The decor of the hotel was trying to be "industrial" but came across as very bleak. The biggest issue was extremely hard bed with very thin pillows. We weren't able to get the AC to blow either. All in all, it was acceptable

Je ne crois pas que la personne à la réception devrait maugréer. Nous avons demandé une navette pour 7hre le matin et sommes arrivés vers minuit. Elle aurait voulu que nous lui demandions avant même d'arriver!!! Nous n'avons pas aimé que la réceptionniste et le chauffeur de navette passe leur commentaire désobligeant devant nous. We stayed here for 2 nights. The lady who checked us in seemed so annoyed when we asked questions. The next day there was another lady, my husband left our new umbrella on the counter. So the receptionist looked at the camera and said that the receptionist in the morning put it away and cannot remember where she put it. But said that she will bring it in the morning? So did she take it home? Anyways we told them our flight is early in the morning so we’ll be gone by the time she’s going to bring it to work. We were so confused because they said she could not find it but will bring it to work in the morning. So we called the receptionist at night and they told me they cannot find it. They have the camera that proves the receptionist took it so where did she put it? Apparently not in the lost and found. I know it’s only an umbrella but it’s just frustrating that you can’t trust a place for just an umbrella

Check out is at 12pm. I got back to my room at 11 am without checking out and my room had been cleaned and my stuff was missing. The cleaner watched me leave and still went into my room. I asked the cleaner where my stuff was and she was saying she didn't know even though she just left my room. After 5 mins of persistent asking, she pulled my AirPods earphones and iphone charger out from her pocket. The Airpod case was fiddled with. My hairbush was still missing. After complaining and waiting at reception she finally returned my hairbrush. I do not appreciate people going into my room and stealing my belongings. They should hand items in to reception or at least wait until i’ve handed my key in! Will definitely not be staying here again. Reception were saying its nothing to do with the hotel because the cleaner is from an external company. Not on!

Hotel is nice. rooms nice. locations are NOT the best but it would be not problem if hotel has better shuttle vehicle from airport. I arrived at TLS on Sunday afternoon . I called the hotel for pick me up and the receptionist person mentioned to me the hotel was not having shuttle service in weekends. Taxi cost 20eur. I decided to cancel that Sunday night reservation due to lack of transportation. Then following day, I decided to come back to this hotel for my second night at Toulouse. Shuttle servicer was rude and unpolite both ways. Monday evening and Tuesday morning. Unpolite guy. treat us as an animal on the way to airport. Fast speed, almost an accident, departing late from schedule and not even a simple "bonjour back: when we did. Not answer any thing when I " merci" at airport. Of course I had to take my luggage in and out from vehicle.. For this detail of NOT SHUTTLE on weekend and treatment of the shuttle person it is hard to recommend this hotel that is in good shape.

Nice hotel, close to airport with free airport shuttle service which is why I booked it. It is a strange location, very industrial with no food/drink options. There is a huge mall an easy 10 min walk away, that has many food options. The mall also has a LeClerc supermarket that has an amazing wine/champagne section! Great place to find a bottle to pack in your checked luggage at very good prices! The rooms are modern, clean and quiet, but I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable.

I arrived late and the taxi driver dropped me off at this ally way that was quite a way from the hotel lobby, especially when you have luggage. I assumed it was down that way because of the sign. I felt unsafe because it was very dark and not lit up. As well, there could have been signage indicating where the hotel was as I just assumed it was down that way. If I missed the sign, it was because it was very dark.

A great stop for travelers flying in or out! This hotel was a quick stop for a few hours of sleep and a shower before our very early flight from TLS. The room and the bathroom were very clean, modern and spacious, the bed was comfortable. We liked the variety of ready-to-heat meals sold in glass jars that we heated in the microwave (the room had a nice kitchenette) for a late dinner. Parking was full as far as we could tell in the dark. We ended up leaving our rental on the side of the path that leads to the hotel (it may have been a walkway) for our short stay, and it worked out fine.

Especially eith the shuttle service, it was the perfect overnight for our next day departure. Only concern was with the eggs and sausages that were part of the breakfast . . . It could have been a lot hotter, barely warm. Lots of other selection though.
