Il manquait une poêle pour cuisiner, du savon pour les mains dans une salle de bain, des sacs de poubelles pour la grosse poubelle de cuisine, peut-être des linges à vaisselle et une lavette pour laver vaisselles et comptoir et quelques rechanges de serviettes et un balai ainsi que des lingettes humides pour laver le plancher au besoin. Aussi lorsqu'il y a une réservation pour 9 personnes il devrait avoir 2 stationnements gratuits. A part cela tout était parfait.

After the booking, I read harsh review on the property and frankly was scared a little. Overall, the trip was OK at the best, but I would not recommend the AC trip. First of all, I had lengthy communication via email, trying to pay pet fee, uploading the photos of myself holding ID - so called pre check in procedure. The actual check in process was very smooth. The front desk even gave out two keys which would not be possible according to the email communication prior. All the elevators were working. The room was spacious, but there were lots of maintenance issues. One of light bulb was not on, the hinge of kitchen cabinet was completely off, hair dryer was missing, and for two of beds, mattress support boards collapsed. None of our family member weighs more than 160lb. We had to use two other beds and a sofa bed for our stay. Of course, we addressed the issue and the maintenance team responded using text, but we do not want them to come in when we are not in the room. Nor we do want to stay watching them fix it. The team delivered a hair dryer though. On the third day, we found out the keys not working at all. When I went to the front desk, they said a person who checked us in made a mistake and reactivated the keys there. Later, one of our cars got the parking violation which I had to resolve separately. I think it happened when they checked us out by mistake. Overall, I felt the property has management issue. If not for pet, I do not recommend this place.
