Premier Inn Manchester - Heaton Park

As a business owner, I would not be happy to make any negative comments; rather, I would offer suggestions for improvements based on my experience lodging in this hotel. My room was not dirty, but it was probably cleaned when the last visitor departed one month before my arrival. I would suggest a new cleaning at least a day before a new visitor's arrival; I could see some cobwebs and a small spider in the corner leading to the window, which indicates this. I also suggest some kind of facelift to the facility whenever you have the means, as the infrastructure is a little antiquated. A fridge and a phone in the room won't be bad in case of emergencies, as you are not sure every client has a cell phone. Breakfast was great, but the environment would need a little rehabilitation, as it seems a little out of touch. This is a good place for a one- or two-night stay at the most, but not a place for a long stay.
