What a pleasant surprise. You never know what you will get when you book online as the pictures may not reflect the reality. This place is a gem! Beautiful pool, easy to walk on the beach, great staff, lovely room (including great pillows and bedding). We will be back 😊

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The pools were well maintained and aesthetically pleasing with all the greenery. If you plan on staying and enjoying the property this is the place! I say this because the beach in front of the property is mainly for the view because it’s all rocks; not easy to walk on or actually get in. The location is off a freeway access ramp. If your room is further from the ocean, you will hear a lot of road noise. I would return to this property if I ever come back to Bucerías.

We stayed for 6 nights at this property. The room itself was very spacious we had a king bed ocean view room w/ a Jacuzzi, the balcony was massive with a small table and chairs for coffee and a lounge bed. In the room we had a good sized mini fridge and coffee machine for which they supplied us with pods and water for daily. The cleaners were fantastic. Highly recommend paying extra for the jacuzzi as the hot tub at the pool isn't very hot and the pool area is next to the restaurant which can get busy for dinner. The restaurants food was good we ate breakfast there most days, their lattes and Eggs Benedict were super yummy. The cocktails were also really well made. Service was really great somedays and others not so much very dependent on staff. The hotel has cards and games such as chess to enjoy during your stay. The beach was rocky and not the best area to swim but is very close to beautiful public beaches. The hotel is located just off a busy highway about a 25 minute walk top the heart of Bucerias. It is walkable from the beach or the road, we found uber to be the cheapest option for transportation. The hotel also has a very sweet black resident cat so if you like cats thats a bonus! Cons, were that the front desk is not open often making it very difficult to get non food related help when needed.

Mi único comentario seria que el agua de la alberca era muy fría, por lo que prefería estar solo en el jacuzzi. Con eso diría que tendría una estancias al 100. Por lo demás muy contentos y sin duda nos gustaría regresar.

The property is beautiful, amazing views, spent a lot of time by the pool which was well cared for with chairs cleaned every morning. However, the private hot tub in our room (the reason we booked this suite) had some debris pop out of the jets and we didn’t feel comfortable using it :( Overall our time there was great.

Family of 4 for a week. The hotel is well maintained and pretty quiet. We usually avoid big hotels and crowds. This hotel is really close to many nice restaurants and beaches. Uber is available and affordable and no issues getting one. Hotel food was very high quality and prices are reasonable for the area and what you expect at hotels. The beach at the hotel is not nice and not suitable for dipping in the water or getting some sun. The hotel pool is very nice with a jacuzzi. Our room had its own dipping pool, which was really nice. The hotel is located on a busy highway so if you get a room at the highway level expect constant traffic noise at all hours. The first two days of our stay they had some construction going on which was annoying especially while eating at the restaurant. It would have been good if they had told us, we cancelled a hotel down the street because they had let us know about their construction. The staff are very nice and helpful. Property is well kept the staff is very profesional and friendly. The room we stayed in was very nice and roomy, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice ocean view with a more private and small pool just steps from our room where you can enjoy the view and relax. Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights but we will definitely be back. The main pool area is very nice and cozy the food from the restaurant is very tasty with a fantastic and very enthusiastic crew. Special Thanks to the manager Lorena H. she made us feel right at home as soon as we got there.

The pool was too cold to swim in, the hot tub barely warm, the hotel blasted loud music beginning at 8:30 am, the beachfront was not very nice due to rocks and algae. The food was okay but expensive and my friend became sick while there. Rooms were spacious and clean. The shower was cold.

We didn't want to leave. The quiet and serene ambience of Hotel Ysuri, the food choices, the view, and the staff made our stay absolutely wonderful. From the welcome margaritas/mojitos to the final hug on the way out, the experience was far different than other hotels. Very clean with spa-type products in the bathroom. Our suite had a mini-fridge, espresso make and king bed. What more do you need. A special shout out to Victor in the restaurant and all the restaurant staff. We watched the SuperBowl there, and they made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed in town on four previous occasions, but it will be Hotel Ysuri Bucerias from here out. There is some highway noise, but it's nothing compared to downtown Bucerias. Oh, and being minutes driving from the Plaza is an extra plus!

La habitación es muy amplia y bonita con una excelente vista al mar. Los puntos de mejora es que el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, y hace falta una lámpara de buró para una iluminación más relajada por la noche. Las camas son tamaño king pero con poco soporte lumbar, supongo q eso depende del gusto de cada huesped.
La habitación es muy amplia y bonita con una excelente vista al mar. The hotel looks fantastic when I first walked in but it felt like a staged showroom. The larger pool was by the dining area so I didn’t use it. The bed was very comfortable but no hot water and no hair dryer. The key to open the door was very difficult to use other guests also complained . To get in and out of the complex I needed to find someone to open the outside doors. I think a key code system would help tremendously.

Staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked great. Bathroom was clean and well kept. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream were exceptional from Vervan. We would recommend this hotel.

This place overall is wonderful, with the on-site restaurant with very good food, the pool and the balconies - ours had it's own hot tub; however the bubbles did not work. The grounds are very well maintained and beds were comfy. We had to deal with no hot water for nearly 2 days, which was frustrating but they were able to fix it early on day 3 and let us use a different room to shower in the night prior. The room we had was at the very top, so lots of stairs, which gave us wonderful privacy, but also was at street level, so very noisy with loud cars/motorcycles going by constantly. We loved having breakfast every morning at downstairs restaurant; but may have been charged twice for a couple of meals, since there was a mixup on what and when we paid; originally thought it was included, but also could not add to the room. Good location, about 30 mins north of Vallarta, but a short ride to the main Bucerias town which had plenty for us to explore. Some taxis are not aware that the road it is on ends if coming from town, so they had to backtrack and go a different way on the main street to get to it. This was a challenge a couple of times and added to taxi fares. It's a little far, but walkable to town from the beach, if you enjoy walking on sand.

Las habitaciones están cómodas, limpias y amplias. La alberca está limpia, climatizada. El l servicio es excelente. Llevar repelente porque hay muchos insectos, no me parece apto para niños. La comida es deliciosa.

We stayed here for just one night going through to PV its a convenient location for that but I wouldnt love to use the beach here.. Also rooms are spacious and have a nice view but we could hear the highway all night. Was great to have the restaurant at location for dinner and breakfast both meals were great! Service was also great.

We loved our room with a large balcony facing the ocean. It was so enjoyable to hear the waves all day and all night too! We were in room 10. The staff is most friendly, helpful, and attentive all the time! It's the perfect small hotel on the beach with a great restaurant too.

Small hotel but nice and quiet the rooms are big and comfortable same for the bathrooms. Everything is very well kept. The staff is helpful and friendly...it feels very lay back. The view is amazing and the food at the restaurant is really good and tasty. We Definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 6 nights at this property. The room itself was very spacious we had a king bed ocean view room w/ a Jacuzzi, the balcony was massive with a small table and chairs for coffee and a lounge bed. In the room we had a good sized mini fridge and coffee machine for which they supplied us with pods and water for daily. The cleaners were fantastic. Highly recommend paying extra for the jacuzzi as the hot tub at the pool isn't very hot and the pool area is next to the restaurant which can get busy for dinner. The restaurants food was good we ate breakfast there most days, their lattes and Eggs Benedict were super yummy. The cocktails were also really well made. Service was really great somedays and others not so much very dependent on staff. The hotel has cards and games such as chess to enjoy during your stay. The beach was rocky and not the best area to swim but is very close to beautiful public beaches. The hotel is located just off a busy highway about a 25 minute walk top the heart of Bucerias. It is walkable from the beach or the road, we found uber to be the cheapest option for transportation. The hotel also has a very sweet black resident cat so if you like cats thats a bonus! Cons, were that the front desk is not open often making it very difficult to get non food related help when needed.

Family of 4 for a week. The hotel is well maintained and pretty quiet. We usually avoid big hotels and crowds. This hotel is really close to many nice restaurants and beaches. Uber is available and affordable and no issues getting one. Hotel food was very high quality and prices are reasonable for the area and what you expect at hotels. The beach at the hotel is not nice and not suitable for dipping in the water or getting some sun. The hotel pool is very nice with a jacuzzi. Our room had its own dipping pool, which was really nice. The hotel is located on a busy highway so if you get a room at the highway level expect constant traffic noise at all hours. This place overall is wonderful, with the on-site restaurant with very good food, the pool and the balconies - ours had it's own hot tub; however the bubbles did not work. The grounds are very well maintained and beds were comfy. We had to deal with no hot water for nearly 2 days, which was frustrating but they were able to fix it early on day 3 and let us use a different room to shower in the night prior. The room we had was at the very top, so lots of stairs, which gave us wonderful privacy, but also was at street level, so very noisy with loud cars/motorcycles going by constantly. We loved having breakfast every morning at downstairs restaurant; but may have been charged twice for a couple of meals, since there was a mixup on what and when we paid; originally thought it was included, but also could not add to the room. Good location, about 30 mins north of Vallarta, but a short ride to the main Bucerias town which had plenty for us to explore. Some taxis are not aware that the road it is on ends if coming from town, so they had to backtrack and go a different way on the main street to get to it. This was a challenge a couple of times and added to taxi fares. It's a little far, but walkable to town from the beach, if you enjoy walking on sand.

We stayed here for just one night going through to PV its a convenient location for that but I wouldnt love to use the beach here.. Also rooms are spacious and have a nice view but we could hear the highway all night. Was great to have the restaurant at location for dinner and breakfast both meals were great! Service was also great.

Small hotel but nice and quiet the rooms are big and comfortable same for the bathrooms. Everything is very well kept. The staff is helpful and friendly...it feels very lay back. The view is amazing and the food at the restaurant is really good and tasty. We Definitely recommend this hotel.

I thank everyone at Hotel Ysuri for making our trip so lovely. What an amazing place! The views, the comfy bed, the sense of serenity, the cocktails, the amazing staff...I could go on and on. The restaurant is top notch. Care taken to the food is fabulous! And our trips to area towns were made so easy thanks to Johanna.

Was a great stay! Mario the chef is very talented, food was delicious, Victor our server at the restaurant Baklava was attentive and welcoming. Rooms were beautiful and bed was really comfortable. Location is a bit of a distance from Bucarius, beach rocky, although once you settle in, you really don’t need to go anywhere. We did a beach crawl on the way back from Bucarius and it was a blast! Lovely stay!

If you’re looking for a small hotel away from the craziness of PV or Bucerias, Ysuri may be what you’re looking for. Staff & accommodations are great. Location is also great, execept for the main road being so close. After a bit though, the sound of the road blends with the sound of the surf. Great small boutique hotel!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The pools were well maintained and aesthetically pleasing with all the greenery. If you plan on staying and enjoying the property this is the place! I say this because the beach in front of the property is mainly for the view because it’s all rocks; not easy to walk on or actually get in. The location is off a freeway access ramp. If your room is further from the ocean, you will hear a lot of road noise. I would return to this property if I ever come back to Bucerías.

This is an amazing hotel! Very beatiful and clean hotel. The service is the best. Amazing food at the restaurant. It's a calm environment. The hotel is situated at the beach, but it is a lot of stones on this part of the beach. It's a short walk to a more sandy part of the beach. The small village, just 10min walk from the hotel, is also very calm and safe. This is the best part of this area if you don't love party and nightlife. It is easy to go to Puerto Vallarta, Seyulitas and other places with bus.

Very friendly staff, with personal attention. Newly upgraded rooms, well appointed and featuring Mexican-style architecture. A truly beautiful poolside, seaside view. The back of the property is quite close to highway and the beach is rocky and not easily walkable. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

We loved our room with a large balcony facing the ocean. It was so enjoyable to hear the waves all day and all night too! We were in room 10. The staff is most friendly, helpful, and attentive all the time! It's the perfect small hotel on the beach with a great restaurant too.

Family of 4 for a week. The hotel is well maintained and pretty quiet. We usually avoid big hotels and crowds. This hotel is really close to many nice restaurants and beaches. Uber is available and affordable and no issues getting one. Hotel food was very high quality and prices are reasonable for the area and what you expect at hotels. The beach at the hotel is not nice and not suitable for dipping in the water or getting some sun. The hotel pool is very nice with a jacuzzi. Our room had its own dipping pool, which was really nice. The hotel is located on a busy highway so if you get a room at the highway level expect constant traffic noise at all hours. The first two days of our stay they had some construction going on which was annoying especially while eating at the restaurant. It would have been good if they had told us, we cancelled a hotel down the street because they had let us know about their construction. The staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

The hotel was beautiful and our rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. It was not as walkable to nearby areas as I was hoping. We had to Uber every time we left the property

If you are looking for a nice comfortable homey atmosphere. This is the place. Quiet and comfortable. My bed was very comfortable, the room had a really nice fridge. Lorena at the front desk was cheerful bubbly and very helpful. The day I checked in, people coming to meet me had an accident at the entrance. She went over and above what was necessary to help us. A true sweetheart. Alejandra made sure the room was perfect everyday. Loved the colors and decor in the room. The view is beautiful, the walkway out into the ocean is a cool touch. The food at the baklava restaurant was exceptional as was the service. I found the food prices to be very fair. They have a homemade jam there that is amazing. If you are looking for party and nightlife at a hotel, this isn't the place for you. However it is a very short ride too downtown Puerto Vallarta. If you are looking for relaxation and a very comfortable family run hotel. This is the place. When I go back to Mexico, this will be where I stay. The only small consideration I would have like to see was a table to lay my clothes out on and also act as a desk to sit at. There is already a chair. Perhaps a microwave? I had not had a holiday in over 10 years and this place was exactly what I needed. Well done!

El hotel es muy cómodo, solamente el detalle de que te tocan la puerta a las 9.30 am para preguntarte si vas a requerir limpieza en la habitación. Pudiera ser un poco más tarde para no interrumpir el descanso del huésped, o colocar algún indicador sobre la necesidad o no de limpieza en la habitación
