Pool and pool area needs some updating with multiple areas that had patched drywall and even some exposed plywood areas. But the area was clean and the water was clear! Great breakfast and the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Although the bed wasn’t really separate from the couch area which made for a weird setup for my toddler, the overall stay was nice. The pool was warm, the breakfast buffet had good options, and wasn’t too far from major stores(target, Walmart, etc.). Would stay again!

We stayed here after my daughter had surgery and it was wonderful. Having a full kitchen, bedroom, and living space made the week stay much more comfortable. The hotel provided just about everything we needed (dishwasher detergent, dish soap, pots/pans, paper towels, etc). The free breakfast was great with lots of options and we were grateful to have free hot coffee all day. You can also purchase snacks, microwave meals, and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) in the lobby if you need them in a pinch. We were shocked to get all this for such a good price! We would absolutely stay here again!

Breakfast was very good. There was torn wallpaper and chipped wood and paint which surprised me. Pool was closed which they apologized for. There were no luggage racks in the room so I had to use the ironing board. Staff was very helpful and positive

This property is dated and the facilities need to be updated. Some seriously loud carpet (orange and teal). There is wear and tear like on the 3rd floor is the hallway wall is scraped up. The room had light fixtures everywhere that were cheap, (oddly) wrinkled shades, and kind of hard to turn on and off. But it was clean inside. Hallway had a lot of dinner remains outside. So, just dated and had seen better days.

Pro: Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, spacious bathroom, well stocked kitchenette with full size fridge, comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Lots of parking. Good location. Con: there was a loud and pulsating HVAC background noise, especially at night and especially near the bed. The noise grew even louder when my room HVAC came on. This was the only negative.

The bathtub shower head holder was not able to hold shower head, the size did not match. So to take a shower, you have to hold it by hand all the time. Bad quality.

(Different clerk at check-out was able to help that charge get reversed when I showed her my expedia receipt.) Breakfast was great! Room was spotless and we found it very quiet (4th floor room, weekday stay.) But the little couch in our room was pretty near the end of its life; it looked nice, but the cushions had very poor support and were saggy when sat upon. I slept well, husband found the bed also lacked enough support for him.

Nice place to stay close to Village Pointe. Good layout that includes couch, TV, and kitchenette. Hotel includes all the kitchenware and utensils that you would need. Nice full size refrigerator. Lots of closet and dresser space as well. We enjoyed our stay!

The 2 young ladies who helped me checking in and out were very helpful and nice. When I was leaving I wanted ice and it was on the 3rd floor! She took my little cooler and added some ice from the kitchen for me, which was very nice!!! The person helping at breakfast was pleasant and helpful as well, great scones. The women at the desk later in the day was okay, she didn’t seem happy.

AC unit was broken and made a horrendous noise all night. I was unable to sleep at all. This went on for 5 nights. The staff and management said they couldn’t do anything about it because that’s what “corporate” said.

The property is already dated and run down. The construction of this building must have been shotty, as we could hear every foot step and sound from the room above us. We stayed there due to a power outage for one night, but can’t imagine staying here by choice while visiting Omaha. The desk clerk was unfriendly and never recognized me as a platinum Bonvoy member. He honestly never even looked at me during check in… kind of weird! Stay elsewhere in town!

Stayed here for a quick family getaway. Have stayed here in the past and this time it was wonderful just as expected. Great location with lots of dining/shopping/entertainment options! Hotel is very clean and comfortable! Friendly staff too!

I must admit the weekend breakfast team was amazing. The breakfast hours were somewhat confusing. Several guests and I were confused on breakfast hours. On Monday, we almost missed breakfast. A sign in the area would be helpful. Everything else was as expected.
