The bar at the rear of the hotel had a lot of mosquitoes. We paid for the parking of 2 bikes under the hotel, when going to them in the morning both bikes had been damaged throughout the night, damage to one was not spotted for a few hours. When telling reception they weren't interested, said there was no cameras and suddenly couldn't understand me

Muy buena ubicación con zonas de estacionamiento libres. Las instalaciones en general estan en buen estado y muy comfortable. Destaca especialmente el restaurante con menú muy ecónomico y realmente bueno, además el servicio es rápido y amable. El desayuno es variado y completo, las habitaciones muy cómodas. Muy buena relación calidad-precio en general.

$45 should be the price point here. I always wondered what happens to those hotels they build in a year as cheap and quickly as possible after a few years. Well this is it. Everything from the window not working from having to change rooms 2 times because of how gross the first two were. I just wanted a bed and shower and as tired as I was couldn't get myself to sleep in either of the first two rooms. The front desk employee brought an air freshener spray with him when we went to indect the second room as it smelled like someone had just finished "working out" in it then using cologne to mask the smell. After he sprayed a few times he knew that wasn't going to cut it and provided me a 3rd room which was good enough.

$45 should be the price point here. I always wondered what happens to those hotels they build in a year as cheap and quickly as possible after a few years. Well this is it. The hotel check in was quick, the counter clerk was ok. The room was smelling very very bad. The sheets, linen etc were all clean, but the room had a smell like that if an old moldy house. I called and informed the reception desk, but he informed me that while he was sorry, he could not change the room as the hotel was totally booked. This was a last minute booking that we did, we arrived at 1 am and checked out at 8 am to fly back to Boston. We stayed at their Barcelona location, Valencia location and Granada location. This was not a good experience.

La atencion desde las chicas de recepción hasta las chicas del comedor menos el chico rumano no tiene don para estar cara al publico un chico muy borde y desagradable no como las chicas miy atentas y amables Las habitaciones siempre muy limpias pero el chico del comedor deberia ser mas amablete dejaba las cosas como si le costara el unico pero Lourdes

Walking into the room, you can feel the quality. I had a lunch there too and it was great! The stake was cooked right. They also help me figure out how to get to my destination in town. As I don’t speak Spanish very well it was hard for me to call a taxi and Uber is not available. They didn’t call for me but they solved my issue. Thanks so much!

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, me cambiaron de habitacion, al otro dia en la habitacion la temperatura de mas de 32 grados, me quieren cambiar de nuevo pero le digo que no, que lo arregle mantenimiento, me voy y cuando llego por la noche sigue igual, sin funcionar. La chica de la recepcion muy amable, pero no se soluciono el problema, por lo que en una estancia de tres noches he pasado calor y frio. Parece que el señor de mantenimiento ni siquiera trabajaba ese dia, o si estaba de servicio no soluciono el problema. Prima la ocupacion antes que a la comodidad de los huespedes.

Muy buena ubicación con zonas de estacionamiento libres. Las instalaciones en general estan en buen estado y muy comfortable. Destaca especialmente el restaurante con menú muy ecónomico y realmente bueno, además el servicio es rápido y amable. El desayuno es variado y completo, las habitaciones muy cómodas. Muy buena relación calidad-precio en general.

Walking into the room, you can feel the quality. I had a lunch there too and it was great! The stake was cooked right. They also help me figure out how to get to my destination in town. As I don’t speak Spanish very well it was hard for me to call a taxi and Uber is not available. They didn’t call for me but they solved my issue. Thanks so much!

Check in is quick and easy and front desk staff are friendly. I chose to park on the street and therefore had to walk a bit back to the hotel - but there is plenty of on street parking if you don’t want to use the garage/parkade. Sitting in the garden in the evening is relaxing especially if you like to enjoy a beverage. Restaurant is good and service is attentive. We stay here frequently travelling AP7 between Murcia and Barcelona - it’s right off the motorway and very convenient.

Staff so friendly and helpful, really did a lot to help me, it's a little way outside the town itself (short taxi) and right next to Porselanosa. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Pool was closed while I was there.
