The motel is in need of remodeling and updates Which I understand is happening but at this time until that happens prices need to be reduced. This is where I stay always on my often visits to Tennessee. Staff was awesome 🤗

If you are looking for a good night sleep and a simple breakfast this is your place. Clean hotel, comfortable beds hot showers. Now if you have kids that want to swim the pool has been closed for quite some time now. And no workout room either. Looks like the might be working on that.

The staff was was friendly and the shower was clean with endless hot water ... but that's were it ended. The heating/cooling unit was unplugged because it didn't work and was being supported by wood blocks. The TV remote didn't work (battery cover was broken off). The sheets were clean but stained and the blanket had tattered edges. The carpet was badly stained and only spot vacuumed.

Desk clerk went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay. The tv remote didn't work. He tried to program several other remotes but wouldn't connect. TV had to stay on one chAnnel. Overall. great price!

Seemed very noisy in the room I was in #122 fairly large gap at bottom of door that let a lot of noise in from the hallway. Door for stairwell was across from my room and also an exit door at end of hallway. I could easily hear many doors opening and closing and people talking down the hallway at least to the corridor leading to the front desk. But the room was very nice and clean and I will definitely stay there again. Just wish some of the noise could be isolated from the room better

The hotel was decent, the staff was very nice and helpful but the beds are terrible! Hard as a rock. I commented to the front desks and they mentioned that the beds were the "biggest complaint" time to invest in some decent beds.

first room.....toilet was continuously running.....second room....tv remote didn't work nor could they find us one that would even though the place was sparsely full....tv mounted on wall had to turn on from the top that we couldn't reach they said.....sorry carpets everywhere including elevator were filthy the bed was nice thankful for that comfort at least the pillar out front had been on fire cause of someone throwing a cigarette and setting it on fire wont be staying there again

The guy at the front desk said he can’t log into his computer so I can’t be checked in. How is that my fault? I asked what I am supposed to do and his response was, “I don’t know what you can do, I can’t check you in.” And then he walked away in a huff. The lady at the desk was very pleasant and apologetic. The guy was a complete jerk and had zero customer service skills. He should not have a job at any hotel.

This hotel is in a small rural town so not much around! There are a couple fast food places and a gas station and Dunkin across the street that are walkable to! Hotel was nice and clean and staff very friendly! Was just passing through and enjoyed the stay!
