We stayed here for a week and the property is very nice. Lazy river, outdoor pool, indoor pool. We were very comfortable in our 2 bd condo. It did have everything we needed. Great property felt safe plenty to watch on the tv on down time. Only reason I’m not giving this property 5 stars is they are very pushy with buying into the time share for vacations. You check in right away they ask what your interested in and if you go to there presentation that’s about two hours you get a discount. We have been through this before and did not plan on buying anything. Went to the presentation and not one not two not three but four people trying to convince us to buy into the resort. It should be enough if you say no once not interested at this time. That was insane needless to say we did enjoy ourselves and the property. Kept very clean pools all beautiful. We would stay again just not do the time share presentation.

My room was not ready at check in which was 4pm which was an inconvenience with children. They gave me an access card to the facilities pool until it was ready . My children enjoyed the pool as I waited , however the front desk or no informed me when it was ready by phone or anything I went to the front desk again at 8pm which was 4 hours later and they said oh its ready . which was not great seeing as I could been in my room. it through my day off from the things I had planned.The loft on the other hand was amazing my children loved it and it was was enough space for everyone it was a home away from home .pool was amazing lazy river , hot tub , bigger pool and indoor pool, splash pool. however it is not on the beach have to take shuttle to the beach .

Loved how easy checking in and checking out was, parking is zero issue here even on busy weekend like memorial, roundabout to get to the resort for brief moments gets busy but nothing dragging. Room was very clean along with clean sheets and towels for shower and pool towels. Bathrooms were clean, recommend adding a drain cover to rooms as possible due to past stays what’s being poured down drains does cause possible Nat issues as we did encounter some around the sink of our room none we couldn’t take care of luckily. Indoor pool was advertised as heated but in fact wasn’t neither of the two days during the weekend we stayed unless I missed something, the indoor pool not being heated was a little bit of a let down, Jaccuzis were amazing and the lazy river was great, outdoor pool was clean and had plenty space for everyone to enjoy and have fun. Was looking forward to the poolside grille being open for smoothies but unfortunately that wasn’t available either the weekend I stayed. recreation passes being able to be used for free ice is a huge plus along with the discounts it grants you at select nearby restaurants and golf locations. Staff was very friendly and patient and encouraging when helping out check in for groups.

They also had a shuttle that ran on the hour to take people down to the beach, which was great! The only thing I didnt enjoy was during the check-in process, we felt pressured to participate in one of their club wyndham sales presentations for free gifts. After politely refusing 4 times, we were finally given our key and a map of the resort.

King Suite is basically a hotel room. Room was extremely damp. I understand hotels can be this way but they should consider a dehumidifier because the AC unit just doesn’t pull any moisture out. Tile floors were slippery with the condensation and all fabrics in the room felt damp all the time. Location is good. Staff is friendly. Ample parking and good pools/game room. Not interested in the sales pitch they try to get you to sit through. We checked out a day earlier. Just didn’t want to spend another night in that room.

it was very kid friendly. I have 4 children ranging in age from 14 to 4 and had something for all ages. Condo was very clean and staff was great. This is my second time here and both visits were outstanding.

The property was very nice. As soon as we entered the room we were greeted with a pregnant flying roach. The bathroom light did not work downstairs. We were concerned about the roach getting in our clothes. The office was getting ready to close. They came the next morning to exterminate and fix the bathroom light we had to use the bathroom in the dark the first night to a star for that

The stay was good overall. Staff friendly, property very clean. Pool area was well kept, clean and plenty of towels for guest. My only issue was that the bed was soft and was like a mound in the middle of the bed ... like it was not flat. I never slept in a bed that felt like that before. I did get a good night sleep and the pillows were very fluffy and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay as we were celebrating her birthday. Would recommend this property to anyone.

We just got back from an incredible stay at the resort, and honestly, it was everything we hoped for. The room was spotless—you could immediately tell the staff took their cleaning seriously, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. The amenities really sealed the deal. Even though the property is a vacation club it has a resort feel. Short interaction at check in to take tour and sign up for club. After showing no interest no further contact. Complex is very nice. Rooms are spotless and in excellent condition. Large pool area with hassle free shuttle service to beach. Only downside was stayed in room that adjoins another and single door in between was hollow and kids next door were heard clearly.

I stayed in the studio which was one room with a king size bed and sitting /kitchen/ dining area with a small refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 2 burner hotplate, toaster and coffee pot. The room was disappointing because there was no balcony or outdoor patio as the larger rooms have. It felt like a hotel room with the window overlooking the blacktop. Last year I had stayed in the larger apartment style room with an outdoor balcony which was much nicer. I should have selected the larger room. I did enjoy the pool and lazy river areas very much.

My stay was neutral, but I would likely stay here again. The only bad part was that we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking, talking and watching television which was a bit distracting.

They overbooked for my stay 6/15-6/18 and cancelled my reservation 4 hours before check in. I missed the assumed spam call from Expedia and found this out at the front desk. Spent the next 2 hours on the phone with three different folks from Expedia to find a place to stay. This was the first time I had trouble with an Expedia booking, I will never use them again to book during a known busy time. Expedia blamed Wyndham, Wyndham blamed Expedia….

I did get a good night sleep and the pillows were very fluffy and comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay as we were celebrating her birthday. Would recommend this property to anyone.
The stay was good overall. Staff friendly, property very clean. Pool area was well kept, clean and plenty of towels for guest. My only issue was that the bed was soft and was like a mound in the middle of the bed ... like it was not flat. I never slept in a bed that felt like that before. Although the property and room was nice, the communication is garbage. We had no linens for the sofa bed after being specific that we needed to use it. I called that night and did not get a response until the following day. In the papers they give upon check in it specifically states that we can request a late check out. I requested it and i was told they do not do that anymore. I have stayed at this property for over 20 years. Since Wyndham has bought it, the communication is terrible

Check in reception was great. Property great! Everything on resort for entertainment. Only issue I had was my keys didn’t work at check in and I had to wait outside with a newborn for 30 mins until my sister arrived and had to grab new keys because security never came. Other than that, I would stay again.

The room was clean a great for a few night stay. The front desk staff was annoying. They are very pushy with trying to sell you their timeshare package. We had to tell them no 4x. Once in person and 3x when they called the room. We had a late night check in. The security guard checked us in bc the office was closed. He was friendly but the process was very strange. If I was a woman traveling alone, with kids or with friends I would not feel safe w this process. The following morning we had to go to office to get our room keys. They couldn’t find the reservation and it took over an hour. I can see how this place is great for a family with all the amenities. It is in an apartment/condo complex tucked far back from the main road which was strange. It is Close to tourist spots. AC is not the best and the door to the room kept jamming.

Avoid! It’s in an area that is far away from everything. You need a car to get to pool, and front desk. The front desk is filled with horrible sales reps that tip you off. Poor customer service and rude staff. Door pool was gross.

We stayed in a studio and it was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle but still close to plenty of restaurants. The shuttle to the beach is very convenient. So glad we found this gem.

The property was clean and nice. The indoor, outdoor and lazy river was all open. The property is under construction but it wasn't an issue for us. They have shuttles going on different days to some of the shopping areas and a shuttle to Surfside beach. You will definitely need a car. The property office was a mile away from our room, which was a 20 min walk each way. You can ask for a courtesy shuttle to the front and they will pick you up and drop you off but only up to a certain time . Overall our time at Myrtle Beach was nice.

Loved how easy checking in and checking out was, parking is zero issue here even on busy weekend like memorial, roundabout to get to the resort for brief moments gets busy but nothing dragging. Room was very clean along with clean sheets and towels for shower and pool towels. Bathrooms were clean, recommend adding a drain cover to rooms as possible due to past stays what’s being poured down drains does cause possible Nat issues as we did encounter some around the sink of our room none we couldn’t take care of luckily. Indoor pool was advertised as heated but in fact wasn’t neither of the two days during the weekend we stayed unless I missed something, the indoor pool not being heated was a little bit of a let down, Jaccuzis were amazing and the lazy river was great, outdoor pool was clean and had plenty space for everyone to enjoy and have fun. Was looking forward to the poolside grille being open for smoothies but unfortunately that wasn’t available either the weekend I stayed. recreation passes being able to be used for free ice is a huge plus along with the discounts it grants you at select nearby restaurants and golf locations. Staff was very friendly and patient and encouraging when helping out check in for groups.

When I checked in the room was prep but not completely clean. The staff came in and cleaned the bathroom and vacuum the floor mop the kitchen they were very apologetic.
