This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The rooms are in poor condition, and the quality of the food was very disappointing. I have never experienced such poor food and service. The rooms are worn out, and there is a lot of noise from the hallway, making it difficult to relax. I cannot recommend this hotel. The only positive aspects were the location and the beaches. We will not be coming back.

Overall a good resort with plenty of entertainment and decent food and drinks. The rooms could use a renovation and feel a bit outdated. The reception staff was friendly but sometimes gave contradicting information on making reservations in the restaurant and about reserving a shower spot in the Lobby ‘Courtesy Room’. All the staff was forthcoming and friendly and it was overall a good stay.

The place is very nice but i would not recommend to stay in a suite if you are a family of 4! My kid doesn't sleep in a childs bed and my wife was crammed into the main bed with the 3 kids whilst i slept on the single! The food with the mains is good but the desserts are rubbish and the ice cream stand had possibly the worst ice creams i've had!
