깔끔하고 대체적으로 좋다고 생각하나 아래부분이 특히 문제가 있다고 생각됩니다. 1. 24시간 데스크 사용불가. 코로나를 이유로 저녁이후 데스크에 연결이 안되는 부분은 큰문제 같습니다. 원가절감 같은데 해당 부분은 다시 복귀하여 얼리 체크아웃, 레이트 체크인 또는 응급상황에 대응을 할수 있어야할것 같습니다. 2. 소음문제가 심합니다. 잠자는 와중 복도의 소리가 마치 옆에 서말하는 정도로 크게 느껴집니다. 이틀동안 지속적으로 겪었기 때문에 소음이 시끄러웠다기 보다는 방음시설에 문제가 있는것같습니다. 3.주차장이 너무 협소하며 타 주차장이용시 지원이 불가한점입니다. 호텔측의 무책임한 대응이라고 생각되는데 호텔 주차장 외 주차시 비용을 고객에게 부담하게 합니다. 또한 주차장이 너무 협소하여 저녁이후로는 주차장소가 없어 이중주차를 하는모습을 볼수 있었습니다. 주차장 내 사고위험을 가중시키는 것 같았으며 사고시 호텔 측에서 어떻게 대응할지 모르겠네요..

주차장이 극도로 협소함. 저녁 8시쯤 쩨크인 했는데 지하주차장이 완전 2중 3중 만차였음. 지하 2개층 주차장이 전부임. 프론트에 문의하니 외부유료주차장 이용해야 한다며 지원도 안된다더군요. 주차비 아까운게 문제가 아니고 호텔이 주차시설도 갖추지 않고 영업하는게 어이가 없었음.

Very clean hotel and appointed nicely. The room was smallish but was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods and the dining room was large enough to hold many guests. Location was good as well. It was a great value and I would stay here again.

트윈베드 조식포함 1박에 220,000원 이라니 가격이 크레이지 했어요. 막상 객실들어가보고 놀랐음 방이좁아서 더블베드가 화장실 입구에 붙어있고 화장실 출입이 불편할정도. 그냥 가성비면에서 꽝 이었음.

This hotel is pretty good except front desk staff's attitude. The staff at front desk was unprofessional attitude and I was very uncomfortable with him.. 9/20인가 저녁에 비가와서 우산을 빌리려고 하니 턱으로 옆에 우산을팝니다라는 간판을 가르키면서 돈주고 팝니다라고 약간은 짜증난다는 말투로 말하더니 손님에게 우산을 구매하실건가요라고? 묻지도 않고 손님이 아직 결정도 안햇는데 바로 "다음손님" 하더니 그냥 무시하더군요..... 참 무례하다는 생각이 들어서 이글을 올립니다. 바빠서 그럴수도잇지만 이건 아니죠?

직원분들도 친절하시고 모든게 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 다만 개인적으로 침대랑 이불이 저한테는 질감이 안맞더라구요 말그대로 개인취향이라 이건 나쁘다라고 평하는건 아닙니다 그외엔 조식이 있었는데 2번먹었는데 첫날은 제가 좋아하는 고기가 있어서 너무좋았는데 2번째날은 고기가 빠지고 만두,너겟,삶은달걀이 있었는데 전 그게 좀 별로였어요 ㅎ; 이것도 개인취향이라 나쁘다라고 하긴 그렇습니다 대신 된장국에 밥을 잘먹었거든요 (내사랑고기) 10점만점에 개취포함 9점 이상은 되는거 같습니다
