Hazeldene Guest House - with Free Offsite Health Club

Chris and Victoria were great hosts, very accommodating for our late checkin and gave us a great welcome . Chris showed me to the parking space at the back of the property, which is a 30 seconds walk. The room was spotlessly clean , with tea , coffee and filtered water . The shower room is great , with lovely complimentary hand and shower gel . The breakfasts are lovely and freshly cooked , you fill a form the previous day for your fancies for breakfast and leave it at reception. On our last day we used the complimentary Spa facilities, which are an 8 minute drive away . Towels and a combination padlock are provided, by Chris & Victoria , and to be honest it’s quite a nice spa area with a lovely pool , with also a large gym . The beds are turned over every day, and tea, coffee , milk and filtered water replenished every day , with a nice chocolate left too . Would highly recommend this establishment, and Chris & Victoria are lovely hosts . Thank you both 🙏

The host was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, and the host was a very kind person. I highly recommend everyone stay here; they are incredibly considerate.

Chris and Victoria were brilliant hosts who went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Hazeldene was spotless throughout. We stayed in room 2, which has a stunning view. The room facilities were excellent.We couldn't have asked for more as every requirement was met. Our breakfasts, cooked to order, were delicious. A most enjoyable four night break.

We had a wonderful stay at Hazeldene, we had a room with a view, Exceptionally clean room with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. Chris & Victoria are amazing hosts very attentive. Breakfast was delicious cooked fresh every morning, fresh orange juice, fresh coffee and toast. We parked the car around the back, as they have a number of spaces, we didnt use the car after, as we travelled by bus everwhere. We loved our stay in bowness, and would definitely go back again 👌

Great room, lovely view, wonderful breakfast. Hosts were amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
