The only thing I didn’t like was the room felt small and only one chair to sit, there was not enough storage like wardrobe. It was really crowded at the pool, the pool was very small. Everything else was good.

Enjoyed the pool table and board games they had in the lobby.

Out truck got broken into in their parking lot No cameras The room looked like a dorm room I felt I was in college Won’t stay again

This is a good, clean hotel in a great area. Our room was kind of small and the furniture, beds, etc. aren’t high quality, but the bright colors, pool, free breakfast, etc. make it a fine place to stay. Nothing fancy, but a solid 3 star hotel.

Excellent service from employees. Very kind people. Rooms are clean, fairly priced for the area. Small "convenience store", pool table, pool, coffee/breakfast bar. 1 thing to note- Hilton charges guests $10/night to park in their standard, open air parking lot around the hotel.

From the friendly smile upon arrival to the ease of checkout, I appreciate the great stay we had at Tru in San Antonio. For a non refundable fee of $50, they allowed my dog to stay in our room. The lobby has coffee around the clock and a family friendly sitting area with TVs and a pool table. Breakfast is complimentary and comparable to other hotels that offer the same standard items - eggs, sausage, oatmeal and pastries. The rooms are clean and comfy. The bathrooms are well lit with roomy showers that look new. The parking lot feels safe. I wish they’d fence the doggie area and refill the doggie bag dispensers. The location is perfect. That just about sums it up. I will definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay at Tru by Hilton. This is a very nice area with lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were very nice and the hotel was clean and neat. The pool was a little too cold, but my granddaughter enjoyed it. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was good.

I stay here on a regular bases. My only complaint is the recent charge for parking

Good place. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast and gym were decent. Since i couldn't find a description of what was available in the gym: it had a treadmill, an elliptical and a bike. Some dumbbells (5, 25, 30, 35...50 lbs) - bit of a gap from 5 to 25 but ok. Some yoga mats and balls/balance things you can see in some review pics.

Everything was excellent except for the business center in the lobby. They have ongoing issues with the computers.

Clean place, friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable beds but lobby and elevators were very dirty, someone vomited in the front lobby and it was only semi cleaned. We had to see it everytime we walked by. Also waiting to get in the elevator since only one was working. We chose this location because it is a newer hotel but we’re disappointed. Location is great

The location was great and the hotel was nice and clean. I would recommend.

I put my 1 year old down for not even 2 minutes and his knees and hands were extremely black. The floors were so dirty.

Room was not clean, paper in the floor in bathroom and trash liners were not installed in waste basket.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very attentive and friendly. So close to lots of shopping and eating. Down the street from Six Flags.

Items left from previous guset in refrigerator. Blinds would not open so it waa night all day.

It was clean and cool, but for the price there wasnt a coffee machine or a microwave in the room. The room didn't have an iron but as soon as i asked for one the staff got it to me. Some one damaged the iron. So kuddos o. The desk guy.

The property is nominally fine. Clean, safe but no extras or quality finish. The room was really tiny. Could not maneuver us, our luggage and getting around each other. Shower had an oddly opening door to where I couldn’t take a shower without getting water all over the bathroom.

Stayed one night with my teenage son. We enjoyed using the pool table in the lobby. Room was clean, but quite small compared to similar hotels we have stayed in. No coffeemaker or microwave in the room, just a mini-fridge. (These details were probably in the room description, but I didn’t look that closely.) Several electrical outlets in the room were not working; we had to try multiple outlets to get the lamps to work. Never could get one bedside lamp to come on. Walls/ceiling were very thin. Heard our upstairs neighbor walking/shuffling around at 6am and had to put on some white noise to drown it out. Breakfast was adequate. So, overall we had what we needed, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Customer service was good. However when we wanted another pillow they said there were out. Pillows were flat as a blanket. Very small rooms VERY SMALL! beds were hard as rocks. No comfty at all. But it’s a hotel so no surprise.

Checking in was good, she mistaken me for another but she found us. Rooms were very well cleaned,love the walk in shower ( hate tubs) beds was not comfortable and pillows were SUPER FLAT. I had to stack and it still went flat. Love how they had the purified water ( i drink alot of water). Overall great stay for water and shower lol. To sleep ow to the back and neck.

Noisy, small rooms, no closets.

This is a newer property. Property was clean and the staff was friendly. The room itself was rather stark and reminded me of a dorm room. No closets, draws, etc to store clothing. Also I would give the room a 4 out of 10 due to noise level. The property is close to the freeway and you can hear that from the room. You can hear people talking in the parking lot plainly, and you can hear conversations from the rooms around you. if you are a spy, I would definitely avoid sensitive conversations.

The breakfast is good, and I would stay here again if I were going to Fiesta Texas because the prices are just right

Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Only problem was the VERY loud air-conditioning system.

My child and I stayed in this hotel from November 21-23 to celebrate my childs birthday. There is/was an issue with our room which I told staff on 3 separate occasions and nothing was done and no compensation was offered or given. The wiring is crossed so half of our lights and the air/heat did not work unless the door way light is on( staff confirmed this). This is a problem when I am trying to get my severely disabled child to sleep..Manager was never available i was given his card and told to email. It took 5 days for a response which was " room is fine thabks for staying" both the situation and response from the Manager was very disappointing

I travelled 8 hours driving and expected to have slept in a comfortable bed but this was not the case at this hotel. The beds were so hard I could not sleep due to the body aches and pains it caused. I have never slept in such a hard bed. Additionally, the receptionist at check in was dismissive, he did not greet me even after I asked him how his evening was all he e said was “ID” no thank you nothing not even told me my room number or where the elevators were at. I felt discriminated and unwelcome. I will never stay at this place again, I am beyond disappointed

The stay was ok nice room For a getaway only issue I had was the man at the desk at check in was very rude. Went up door would t lock we asked another worker he was so sweet he tried could not get it to work said he would go down and let them know at front desk. Came back up and said the man at desk said not his problem maintenance would be in the am we got it to work.

The front staff is awesome. We arrived ate and literally only slept there. In the middle of the night we noticed the toilet wasn’t flushing properly- too late and tired to have someone come out and fix it. The next day we let them know, they were very apologetic, sent someone to fix it and even offered us how they could make it better.

Aaron at the front desk provided amazing customer service. He was patient with all of my questions and super friendly and professional! It’s rare to receive customer service like that anymore so we really appreciated it!

Star was rude. I regret booking this hotel.

Only booked for one night got charged an extra night and have been trying to get into contact with the manager for a week and keep being told he is not there or gone for the day never staying again!

Excellent experience. The front desk team was welcoming, professional, and very attentive from check-in to check-out. The entire staff was friendly and always willing to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The area is very convenient!! Walking distance to hundreds of shopping! And easy access from highway to move around! The only downside of the hotel ROOMS ARE SOOOO SMALL!!! You can barely move around once your luggage is opened. It was a king room but like a shoe box, not convenient for longer stays, only 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast was ok nothing to write about.

Safe property. Basic hotel. Did provide breakfast but it was basic items- eggs, waffles, cereal.

Comfortable bed, super close to Six Flags. Very basic room but if you are just sleeping there it is perfect. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the breakfast. Didn’t have real milk.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet left alot to be desired. It was bare minimum we have had much better paying similar at other hotels. But it was a great stay!

Location helped make our decision to stay here. On a Friday morning, breakfast was scarce, not much of anything and that was around 8 AM. Saturday morning breakfast was really good and lot of choices.

Check-in was fast! The staff was great! Very clean. The only thing was the breakfast it was okay but definitely can offer more. I highly recommend for the location, the staff and cleanliness.

Check in was great with a welcoming appropriately dress young man. Next morning about 7, I went down for coffee and hot water. Both were lukewarm. The breakfast employee was present and when I told him it was immediately taken care of. He was very friendly. There was also a nice older employee present. Both very helpful. Next morning went down about 6:30 and again coffee lukewarm. I told the young woman I thought was an employee (she was dressed in jeans and sweatshirt) and she said it would be taken care of right away. She also told me everything for breakfast would be set out by 7 am as that is when breakfast is scheduled. There was another young woman at desk in oversized sweatshirt and sweat pants. She wasn't particularly hospitable. I just was not sure if they were on duty or not. Returned at 7 am. No fresh coffee and breakfast not out. My friend went down at 7:30 and again no fresh coffee. She was told they only refresh it every 4 hours. Breakfast was ready however. We were departing and waited until 8 am for hot fresh coffee. I noticed at the desk a sign if something wasn't right to let them know I emailed the hotel directly a few days ago before posting a review and have not heard back. I would give this an excellent perfect 5 stars if it were not for the second morning employees. Hotel is newly remodeled and very clean and close to shopping etc.
