We had a studio which was basic at best. Curtains didn’t quite meet, damage to the walls, stained bath, not very attractive bedding, very basic kitchen equipment. Only two glasses! The service wasn’t great, pool bar wasn’t even open on Sunday in May so we had to go inside order and wait to bring our own food back out to the pool Not worth the price in my opinion

Was literally the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed! So many things to do right at the resort! I would go back every single time. Love love love it there! The restaurants were so nice to have available, we were sad the pizzeria was closed the whole time we stayed but the snack bar was excellent!

The staff were all very approachable and helpful. The whole site is very clean. The beach is just outside in front, which is super. The complimentary drinks in Real Bar were also nice. There are some not so great aspects, such as limited selections for breakfast (but considering we went during the low season, it's more or less ok with us), and simply no wifi connection at all beyond the hall way in our room. The latter bit is a bit unacceptable and disappointing for a five star resort.

The hotel listing mentioned tennis courts and indoor swimming pools as included. However, the swimming was only from 9 to midday and thus extremely crowded. The tennis courts had extra charge for everything, also 5 euros for lighting of the courts. Hotel is fine but these details make the experience much worse. Outdated bathrooms and corridors. Besides, the TV is not connected to the internet, so you cannot watch Youtube or Netflix.
