Felt like a client and not a guest. A hassle to park and the food was pricey at the little kitchen. Walk down the hill for a better coffee and. Breakfast. Fridge was too small and no freezer. This place caters to skiers? Cleaned the room once in 4 nights.... location is the only reason we stayed.

So wonderful. From the minute you drive up into the parkway, you are relieved and relaxed! Especially when you have just pivoted your vacation due to a really bad experience down the street at the Hampton suites. We really do hate to even mention names, but it would be highly irresponsible not to say at least that. Anyway, the courtyard Marriott is clean and spacious and everyone there is friendly without trying. They’re legitimately sweet people. In the lobby there’s chilled fruit infused, spa water and a Starbucks boutique for early coffee etc. Again, the staff…everyone at the desk, including but non-limited to Jackson, Consuela and Craig are next level considerate. The maintenance team are same. Location is unmatched! Cool restaurants, bars, sport shops and bus stop to lifts is a 5 min walk. Thanking all of the high powers for this comfortable, calm experience after a bummer first night at the other. It doesn’t feel very good too leave negative comments about another property, but it was just some next level bad. On every level. Mostly the desk and management but that only became an issue after realizing how lame the busted amenities were. Gas lighting. Over charging. And a shocking amount of mean behavior. Blah. Anyway, whatever go to the courtyard Marriott. The crazy thing is it’s actually a little less expensive. Look it up. We love it here.

The room was very clean and the hot tub was awesome. The staff very super nice and friendly and helpful. The gym was very clean and the lobby was very homely and welcoming

Crowded hot tub and management doesn’t control the times without guests calling them. They didn’t bother to properly provide roll away beds to guests who had clearly indicated the number of guests. No manager to be found. It’s just new and close to slopes. Other than that, don’t expect too service.
