We checked in to room 210 and opened the pull out couch for our daughter. The mattress was absolutely disgusting. Someone had definitely vomited on it and some point. I called desk and they quickly and efficiently switched us to room 510. Gross and minor hassle but they took care of it. After we checked out we received an email with receipt for a $10 charge for parking. We did not use their $10 valet service we self parked. Irritating

This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn and I was impressed. The entire facility was very clean and we liked the set up with having 2 separate rooms. The living area was very spacious. The breakfast was enjoyable and had a lot of variety. We also used the pool a couple of times, which the kids enjoyed. There were a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The staff was very courteous and helpful and the room clean. However on the site it stated there was a bar and lounge on site. After along drive in we hoped to possibly get a bite to eat and or at least a drink to unwind and relax, we did not stop anywhere in town because we were expecting a bar/lounge on property. When we arrived we were told there was not one and it was to late to go anywhere else.

I booked a trip for my family here because their website said they could provide a crib/pack and play for our infant. I put this request in writing when we booked it. When we got there, no crib was in the room. I called the front desk and they said they would contact house keeping to set it up. Hours passed..still no crib. I called back again and the front desk person said “sorry, we cannot accommodate a crib for you at this time.” I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known they couldn’t follow through with expectations set by their website. Now, we’re stuck with a 1 year old with no crib in the hotel. I had to run to target and purchase a $90 pack and play for the night. Also, the room had an unpleasant smell. The hotel did not offer to comp me for my pack and play purchase. Will not be staying here in the future.

It's a quick 10 minute drive into downtown, so it's a good choice if you have activities planned, like baseball or football games, or festivals. This hotel has become our go-to choice when visiting Cincinnati. It's clean, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and it is easy to park. We have tried other hotels, but always prefer this one over any others in the area.

Spent the weekend at Residence Inn by Marriott Cincinnati Midtown/Rookwood with friends while attending the Cincinnati Music Festival. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spacious and very clean and the area was perfect. There were many restaurants and stores near by which were in walking distance! Great Experience. Excellent and clean property. Came for a Clup World Cup Soccer game. TQL Stadium is an excellent soccer venue! The USAF Aviation Museum is amazing (1 Hour away). Saw Churchill Downs, too, in Louisville, Kentucky. Even a dinner on the river in Indiana. Beautiful stay!

We always stay at this hotel when we visit family in Cincinnati. It's typically fine but this time they never cleaned our room even when they asked me at check in if I wanted cleaning on Monday. We stayed there 4 nights. I don't like the new trend of hotels not cleaning daily. It's not like the prices have decreased.

Stayed one night with our three teenage boys. Plenty of space!! Nice kitchenette...we did not use as our stay was short but it was nice! Several restaurants nearby within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Lots of options. Well stocked and clean. Would return for sure.

This place was perfect was my wife and I because we’re doing IVF right across the street. Plenty of food options in the area. The suite was perfect. Everything you could possibly need in the room. Full size kitchen. Definitely will be staying here again!

I stayed 8 nights and had a blast. I had everything I needed for my stay, fully equipped kitchen, bed was very comfortable and it was very spacious. A lot of dining options within walking distance. Highly recommended this hotel.

After driving 11 hours in a snow storm, for a trip that normally takes about 8, when trying to check in I was told by the employee they were locked out of the system. I could not believe I was asked to follow the employee to the adjacent hotel to try that system. That did not work, so we proceeded to the original property where I had to fill out a sheet of paper and more on my credit card as a room holder. This seems like a really “poor” backup. These employees may have been following company policy, but this policy seems very cumbersome to the customer. My Daughter and I come to Cincinnati at least twice a year and normally choose to stay at the corresponding Hotel. This trip was frustrating, speaking conservatively. I understand circumstances, however, I would hope the next trip, if I do decide to give this place a second chance, I hope we have more favorable results.

The suite we stayed in was top notch and a good value. The breakfast was above average and the location is excellent. Our bathroom sink wasn't draining properly upon our arrival and was never addressed. Other than that, things were great.
