All the employees are kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruits, local juices and wellness / detox juices, cheeses, ham, Ecuadorian hot dishes and sides like yuca and chia pancakes, made-to-order omelettes, breads, and excellent coffee. The dinner menu is equally varied and delicious. My room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The airport shuttle was remarkable, waited an hour for my late flight. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. The town is small and the locals are friendly. This is my 4th time to stay here and I hope to return !

Pool looked nice but we were only there one night with early departure so didn’t get to use it. Staff were great, room was ok. The biggest issue was that the property is NOT 12 mins from the airport, it’s 30mins and you go through a very sketchy area to get there. Wanted to stay close to the airport so description was very misleading.
