The rooms do lack in maintenance I’m a builder in real life and it’s the same in most of the Hotels in Vietnam

Fantastic staff and facilities (except spa pool not working). Great value and breakfast.

Nice room, the hotel is on a busy crossroads and the rooms can be noisy Staff helpful, but follow the rules to the letter, no check in early, or late you can get a better price via Expedia than at front desk Breakfast buffet is ok, with a selection of Vietnamese and western food. If you need to leave your bags, be warned it is under the stair in own view, but they we ok when we got back , 3 nights away. Excellent location for @highlands coffee or @allday coffee
