Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent.Haupt Pool war in keinem guten Zustand. Viele Mosaikfliesen fehlten und es hat sich etwas schwarzes an den Stellen und in den Fugen gebildet. Die Liegen waren auch teilweise eher Hängematten. Auch im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel in der Badewanne und im Waschbeckenüberfluss. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Sehr positiv war auch dass man sich im Restaurant und an der Poolbar auch als nicht AI Wasser nachfüllen konnte. Es hätte in der Beschreibung klarer seien sollen, das man nur einen der Pools nutzen darf. Da es mir nicht klar war fühlte ich mich etwas wie ein Gast zweiter Klasse. Joga und Aqua gym haben Spaß gemacht. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Bus Anbindung in die Stadt Chania. Frühstück was mit viel Auswahl und sehr schmackhaft. Pita und Salat am Pool war gut und sehr günstig.

Hotel was nice with plenty of amenities, but not really within walking distance to any shops or restaurants. It’s about a 10 minute cab ride to old down town Chania. If you’re looking for a place with multiple pools and plenty of areas to hang out, look no more. We had the room with our a semi private pool as soon as you walked out the back door. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating. We ate the buffet dinner here once and it was mediocre. The food just didn’t taste like some of the other food we had in the area. It’s moderately priced but we felt you could do more elsewhere. Breakfast was fine though. Plenty of options and it wasn’t bad.

Good things: -View to the ocean from the room balcony -Pool area is amazing, good views to the ocean, enough sunbeds. Staff shared Water bottles in the morning. -Rooms are clean and basic good, would need a little touch up thought. -Some of the staff were really nice, polite and fun. Always saying good morning etc. -We got blankets when we asked -Birthday cake on behalf of the hotel without asking. -Breakfast outside, so u could watch the sunrise. -Buss stop right next to the hotel to go to Hania or Platanias. -Little beach side right nexto with few sunbeds. Beach thought was quite rocky. Bad things: -Our Room was ”family room” so we had door which went straight to the next room. Door looked liked someone had stabbed it from the other room. Next room stayers heard our talking and we heard them very clear. The door didn’t have good locks in them. -Pool was really cold. Maybe not heated cause the low season? We were at the end of september. -There wasnt signs at the lobby if the breakfast wasnt outside. -Some of the staff wasnt so relaxed.

This property advertises as a 5 star and it is far from it, it is a 3 star at best nor is it an all inclusive, it is a SEMI-INCLUSIVE. There is a list of drinks you can choose from and anything beyond that is an extra charge. we couldnt even get a bottle of Radler. Not an all inclusive. We felt we were mislead as people who stay in 5 star properties, we were very dissapointed that this property could get away with labeling itself 5 stars. The photos are misleading, the property is OLD, built in the 70\'s and very much in need of a makeover. The pool space was very much indicative of this with very dirty crates surrounding the pools and filthy stained beach loungers. It only has the one dining option and the food was very inconsistent. The food service staff we experienced were not pleasant and I had to ask 3 people for a beer to which they all deferred me to someone else, even the manager was dismissive. I asked him if I could have a bottle of beer and he said it wasnt included in my "all-inclusive" and I would have to pay then he never came back with my beer and I saw him doing something else 20 minutes later. The positives were that the view is beautiful, the beds are very new and comfortable and we met a lovely staff member who ended up giving us amazing local recommendations and because of that I wish I could give a better review but the hotel ittself is of poorer quality than 5 star and travelers need to know to manage their expectations.

The Front Desk Customer Service was Exceptional! The hotel is clean, has a beautiful viewof the ocean, infinity pools and is located on bus routes that can take you easily to town and beaches. The daily breakfast that was included was amazing as well.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Facilities are very old, however, the staff is truly 5 star. So if you don’t mind being away from the city and also don’t mind not having the most up to date facilities, this place isn’t bad. The grounds are pretty and pool area is nice. Gym has broken equipment and also old gear, but it got the job done to help me stay fit. Only 4 sets of dumbbells, highest weight being 30 lbs. breakfast was fantastic.

The location was fantastic as it was only a 20 minute bus journey into Chania town and where the hotel is on the island made it easier to get to the likes of Balos and elafonissi beaches. The hotel itself was really nice and we were very fortunately upgraded to the executive wing which came with the added benefit of a secluded swimming pool and bar area.

Loved our stay! Staff, rooms and food all amazing. We never return to hotels, but this is one we all agreed we would go back to we loved it that much! Our family of 5 (3A, 2C) booked 2 pool rooms. My husband and I were upgraded to the Executive Wing of the hotel upon check in. Lovely and quiet, but we felt we could not make the most of this as we had to go down to our children's room pool or the main pool to spend time with them. If you are a couple or a family with adult children it would definitely be worth paying the extra for the 'Blue rooms' and as a couple would go back. Rooms and common areas absolutely spotless, cleaning staff so lovely and hard working, as were most of the staff that take pride in the hotel. The food quality was fantastic, credit to the kitchen staff; kiddy corner, show cooking, a daily roast, loads of different salads and of course chocolate fountain at dinner. Thankfully the chips 'were amazing' for our fussy 12 year old. Alcohol, soft drinks and cocktails included were great, no complaints. It would great if melon is also put out at breakfast, and dish allergy cards are completed people with food intolerances or allergies could be unwell. Had to ask staff frequently what a dish contained to be safe. We found that the towel rule, although advertised, was not enforced by staff and we found it impossible to find sunbeds at the main pool in the morning, however by afternoon there are plenty. Book it, you will not be disappointed! We will be back :)

A very nice, clean hotel, as the name suggests, Hotel Panorama, a view that you can look at for hours, so beautiful, you have to have been there, the staff, no matter where, whether it was the beach or the restaurant, were all very friendly and in a good mood, the staff always asked if everything was OK, the cleaners were always nice. And the lovely, funny, beautiful woman at the reception, Gorgia, was always there for us, we really took her and the others into our hearts, we will definitely be back. S.C Barone

Me and my mum stayed here for a week. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, the food and drinks available on the all inclusive option are varied and of good quality. The pool and dining area views are great, and there are plenty of loungers around the pool, so it’s never packed, even when the hotel is full. The customer service is excellent too, with special thanks to Georgia the manager who made my and my mum’s stay very special. She is an asset to the hotel.

Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent.Haupt Pool war in keinem guten Zustand. Viele Mosaikfliesen fehlten und es hat sich etwas schwarzes an den Stellen und in den Fugen gebildet. Die Liegen waren auch teilweise eher Hängematten. Auch im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel in der Badewanne und im Waschbeckenüberfluss. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Sehr positiv war auch dass man sich im Restaurant und an der Poolbar auch als nicht AI Wasser nachfüllen konnte. Es hätte in der Beschreibung klarer seien sollen, das man nur einen der Pools nutzen darf. Da es mir nicht klar war fühlte ich mich etwas wie ein Gast zweiter Klasse. Joga und Aqua gym haben Spaß gemacht. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Bus Anbindung in die Stadt Chania. Frühstück was mit viel Auswahl und sehr schmackhaft. Pita und Salat am Pool war gut und sehr günstig.

Hotel was nice with plenty of amenities, but not really within walking distance to any shops or restaurants. It’s about a 10 minute cab ride to old down town Chania. If you’re looking for a place with multiple pools and plenty of areas to hang out, look no more. We had the room with our a semi private pool as soon as you walked out the back door. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating. We ate the buffet dinner here once and it was mediocre. The food just didn’t taste like some of the other food we had in the area. It’s moderately priced but we felt you could do more elsewhere. Breakfast was fine though. Plenty of options and it wasn’t bad.

Good things: -View to the ocean from the room balcony -Pool area is amazing, good views to the ocean, enough sunbeds. Staff shared Water bottles in the morning. -Rooms are clean and basic good, would need a little touch up thought. -Some of the staff were really nice, polite and fun. Always saying good morning etc. -We got blankets when we asked -Birthday cake on behalf of the hotel without asking. -Breakfast outside, so u could watch the sunrise. -Buss stop right next to the hotel to go to Hania or Platanias. -Little beach side right nexto with few sunbeds. Beach thought was quite rocky. Bad things: -Our Room was ”family room” so we had door which went straight to the next room. Door looked liked someone had stabbed it from the other room. Next room stayers heard our talking and we heard them very clear. The door didn’t have good locks in them. -Pool was really cold. Maybe not heated cause the low season? We were at the end of september. -There wasnt signs at the lobby if the breakfast wasnt outside. -Some of the staff wasnt so relaxed.

Amazing and helpful front desk staff. Nice view from the room- I just wish I was told that there’d be nightly entertainment until late meaning I couldn’t sleep until it was finished. Also - they should stick to traditional Cretan cuisine as their dinner option nightly because it was the best! Didn’t like Asian. Also - pool bar staff (particularly the older woman with dark hair) refused to make freddo espresso multiple mornings in a row when the staff were all drinking them at the same time despite me willing to pay extra. She was rude and actually swore at me in Greek (obviously not knowing I could understand). Didn’t think it was that hard a request seeing as it’s literally some blended coffee over ice. She needs to not be customer facing with her attitude. Front desk staff were all amazing though.

Good hotel. Simple hotel. Not a 5 star hotel. Staff was good especially Georgia at the reception. Apart from that, nothing reminds you of a 5 star hotel. A 3 star maybe. We had a nice time because we were in that mood, not because of the hotel. Family room was big but very old. Same everywhere else.

The location was fantastic as it was only a 20 minute bus journey into Chania town and where the hotel is on the island made it easier to get to the likes of Balos and elafonissi beaches. The hotel itself was really nice and we were very fortunately upgraded to the executive wing which came with the added benefit of a secluded swimming pool and bar area.

Amazing property! Best all inclusive food by far and staff was great! From the front desk to the be and buffet everyone was pleasure. 10-12 min drive to the Old Port and some good restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back!

The Front Desk Customer Service was Exceptional! The hotel is clean, has a beautiful viewof the ocean, infinity pools and is located on bus routes that can take you easily to town and beaches. The daily breakfast that was included was amazing as well.

The view from the outdoor areas was stunning and countered the dates indoor facilities especially the rooms. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel. The meals are all buffet style and the layout makes it difficult to navigate and work out what to select. The outdoor bar staff were friendly and helpful but the reception staff less so - quite brusque and not very helpful in terms of things to do in the area or providing local knowledge. They were not keen to engage in dialogue.

We were lucky enough to get to spend our honeymoon in beautiful Greece. On a bit of a whim we booked a portion of our stay at this hotel and were absolutely blown away by the experience this establishment offers. FOOD: We were initially skeptic of the hotel's choice to deliver all meals buffet style. However, we consistently enjoyed every meal we had at the hotel. A great variety is offered with every meal and they change what items are offered at every meal daily. We are not big dessert eaters but we somehow found ourselves going back for seconds and sometimes even thirds. It was really that good. Even if you don't book all inclusive, Lunch was €15 per person and dinner was €20 which we thought was quite reasonable for basically all you can eat (especially considering the food quality). PEOPLE Greece's famed hospitality is perhaps best exemplified by the amazing people who work here. From housekeeping to servers/bartenders every single staff member went out of their way to help us and ensure we were comfortable and having a good experience. Special shout out to Georgia at the front desk. She runs the show like nobody's business. It was abundantly clear to us that she genuinely loves her job and wants to make everyone have an amazing time. She was a key component in making our stay so special. If we could we would have packed her up in our luggage and taken her home with us.

Overall decent hotel. 3 stars based on: 1. Food is abundant but low quality. I wouldn’t stay again but if I did, I’d just do breakfast at the hotel and eat out the remainder. 2. Front desk is sometimes friendly and sometimes not. Depends on which person you come across. I ordered a couple taxis directly since the taxi drivers give you a card and the staff looked disgusted. 3. There are many cats roaming the food hall during all hours. I actually think this was great until we were bit and scratched by one. I completely thought the hotel would monitor the cat situation to ensure they are vaccinated and healthy but turns out they turn a blind eye to it. We had to go to the hospital and pharmacy for antibiotics. So it ruined about 8 hours of our time one day and the side effects from shot / antibiotics gave fever symptoms the rest of the trip. All in all, surprised the staff doesn’t take this situation more seriously since it puts the hotel at whole at risk. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again based on each of these criteria. Food alone, staff alone, and the cat situation alone, I’d rather pay up and get some place better.

Next room stayers heard our talking and we heard them very clear. The door didn’t have good locks in them. -Pool was really cold. Maybe not heated cause the low season? We were at the end of september. -There wasnt signs at the lobby if the breakfast wasnt outside. -Some of the staff wasnt so relaxed.

Die Anlage des Hotels war wunderschön. Die Aussicht auf das Meer wirklich atemberaubend!! Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit genügend Platz. Das Essen war lecker und für jeden ist was dabei. Für Unterhaltung sorgt das Hotel am Abend. Alle 20 min geht ein Bus nach Chania (15min Fahrt) auf dem Weg gibt es jeweils Ausstiegmöglichkeiten für den Strand. Das Ticket kostet 1,50€ ;) Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

The location was fantastic as it was only a 20 minute bus journey into Chania town and where the hotel is on the island made it easier to get to the likes of Balos and elafonissi beaches. The hotel itself was really nice and we were very fortunately upgraded to the executive wing which came with the added benefit of a secluded swimming pool and bar area.

Hotel was nice with plenty of amenities, but not really within walking distance to any shops or restaurants. It’s about a 10 minute cab ride to old down town Chania. If you’re looking for a place with multiple pools and plenty of areas to hang out, look no more. We had the room with our a semi private pool as soon as you walked out the back door. Rooms were spacious and very accommodating. We ate the buffet dinner here once and it was mediocre. The food just didn’t taste like some of the other food we had in the area. It’s moderately priced but we felt you could do more elsewhere. Breakfast was fine though. Plenty of options and it wasn’t bad.

Amazing property! Best all inclusive food by far and staff was great! From the front desk to the be and buffet everyone was pleasure. 10-12 min drive to the Old Port and some good restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back!

Amazing and helpful front desk staff. Nice view from the room- I just wish I was told that there’d be nightly entertainment until late meaning I couldn’t sleep until it was finished. Also - they should stick to traditional Cretan cuisine as their dinner option nightly because it was the best! Didn’t like Asian. Also - pool bar staff (particularly the older woman with dark hair) refused to make freddo espresso multiple mornings in a row when the staff were all drinking them at the same time despite me willing to pay extra. She was rude and actually swore at me in Greek (obviously not knowing I could understand). Didn’t think it was that hard a request seeing as it’s literally some blended coffee over ice. She needs to not be customer facing with her attitude. Front desk staff were all amazing though.

tres bel hotel la nourriture est excellente ainsi que les boissons les cocktails sont faits sur place le personnel est tres sympathique et efficace bonne isolation des chambres et clim efficace tres belle vue sur la mer le bemol etant un manque d animation le soir il y a 1 seule soirée musicale et 1 soirée folklorique

Pieknie polozony hotel. Urozmaicone, przepyszne jedzenie w bufecie. Przemila , bardzo pomocna obsluga hotelowa, kelnerzy w bufecie i barmani. To wszystko bylo na 5 ! Jednak pokoje hotelowe , lazienki nie odpowiadaja standardom 5* hotelu. Dzienny i wieczorny entertainment wymaga udoskonalenia.

Overall decent hotel. 3 stars based on: 1. Food is abundant but low quality. I wouldn’t stay again but if I did, I’d just do breakfast at the hotel and eat out the remainder. 2. Front desk is sometimes friendly and sometimes not. Depends on which person you come across. I ordered a couple taxis directly since the taxi drivers give you a card and the staff looked disgusted. 3. There are many cats roaming the food hall during all hours. I actually think this was great until we were bit and scratched by one. I completely thought the hotel would monitor the cat situation to ensure they are vaccinated and healthy but turns out they turn a blind eye to it. We had to go to the hospital and pharmacy for antibiotics. So it ruined about 8 hours of our time one day and the side effects from shot / antibiotics gave fever symptoms the rest of the trip. All in all, surprised the staff doesn’t take this situation more seriously since it puts the hotel at whole at risk. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again based on each of these criteria. Food alone, staff alone, and the cat situation alone, I’d rather pay up and get some place better.

L'hôtel en lui même est bien mais ce n'est pas un 5* plutôt un 3*. La vue panoramique sur la mer est magnifique. L'environnement est agréable. Le gros bémol est que cet hôtel reçoit essentiellement des scandinaves (Suédois, Danois, Allemands, ...) et pas ou très peu de Français, et la nourriture (en 1/2 pension) pour nous, Français, est très moyenne. Il n'y a que très peu de spécialités grecques et crétoises en dehors de la salade grecque à composer soi même. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien. Heureusement que nous étions en 1/2 pension car manger midi et soir le même type de menu deviendrait très lassant. Mention spéciale à Betty (du restaurant) pour son accueil ! Malgré tout séjour agréable ! Je pense que 3-4 jours sur place est un maximum.

Wir hatten vier richtig entspannte Tage im Hotel. Das Essen war mit Abstand das beste, es war immer frisch, lokal und super abgeschmeckt. Davon waren wir sehr begeistert. An paar Ecken sollte das Hotel mal renovieren, aber im Großen und Ganzen bist die Anlage super gepflegt und wunderschön. Vorallem die Aussicht!!

Room AC did not work, told the front office, they sent technician, technician told me it was just thermostat i need to put it on zero. It was cold for a few mins but i think they turn it off at night because i will be sweating all night. At night the room smelled like sewage. The front desk (that looked to be the manager) at the check out counter asked how our stay was, when we told him these things, he didn't take any responsibility or show any understanding. Told us that we should have communicated that with them as if it was our fault. Plus, we did communicate it. At the end of the day, we probably wouldnt have written a review but that man at the counter really pushed us to do so, as he was a bit rude while we merely were responding to his question. We definitely expected more from a 5 star resort. We have stayed at many many many 5 stars but this was probably one of the worst. The main reasons we were staying here versus other 5 stars was because it was beachfront but the beach thats in front is probably the worst beaches ive been too, too rocky and not comfortable. We stayed at that beach for 5 min before going to another one. We definitely wont be coming back.

Nice hotel, we was traveling family with kids. We stayed in apartment part of hotel. One thing is very clear there is no noise isolation in hotel if your kids talk nabour room could hear it. If you are young couple i don’t recommend this hotel for tye sake op privat life.Other wise it was ok. Good food n hospitality .
