Mer som en lägenhet, fanns både tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, spisplattor och ugn. Bra frukost men fick sitta mest utomhus, vilket var kallt med 12 grader på morgonen. Bonus med ellafdare för elbil. Finns bara 1restaurang i närheten, dyrt. Ingen bra bilväg ca 1.5km att gå i mörkret. Slitet men en spännande miljö som en gammal oliv gård.

Amazing place. Only 10 min car drive from Porta Romana but far away from city noise. Huge property on a hill with beautiful views of the valleys and olive orchards. Ideal place to relax and enjoy Tuscan sun by a beautiful pool. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant.

Wonderful property with fantastic views. Rooms could use some updating and better lighting, but were generally comfortable. Rooms need more blankets. Bugs are a problem, which should be expected when you're out in the country. Just get some bug spray and repellent. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Electric car charging is available, but is expensive. Roads on the property are rough. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the weight room/gym, while small, is decent. Towels are provided. Transportation to/from is going to be your car or a taxi. There's a walkable bus stop nearby but it looks dangerous to wait for a bus there, as it's literally on the side of the road with no sidewalk or waiting area. Roads are narrow and curvy here, with many one-lane roads. The on-site restaurant is excellent, but make reservations. There are several wineries within a 20 minute drive, and are highly recommended! Call to make appointment for a tasting/tour.

The property was run down and dirty. Fell through the stairs at the walk up pool bar. Was offered a couple of drinks for my troubles. The cabins were dirty, sprider webs, ants and mosquitoes. The hotel breakfast was over priced and the pool bar didn’t have half the menus or drinks because it was end of season. Staff never came back to check on me after my fall, which I guess is why the property is in such disappointment that really don’t care.

Good easy going atmosphere, enjoyed the breakfasts, bed like a bouncy castle! Tiny shower! Great restaurant on site. Could hear every footstep upstairs! Drink and snack dispenser wasn't mended until last day of our 7 day stay. Enjoyed the nature on site - bee orchids and red squirrels.

Lovely property in the middle of a 123 acre / 50 hectare olive farm. Single lane roads getting in and out of the property are precarious, if you’re not familiar with Italian roads and driving. The buffet breakfast was fair at best, although the coffee was delicious. Very few amenities available. Incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The people at Fattoria were SO wonderful to our family. Our stay was delayed due to sickness during the previous part of our trip. The resort staff took extra care to make things work for our family, even accommodating our request for an apartment closer to the pool/reception/eatery. Extra props to Barbara and Andrea! The pool was large and clean and a big hit with all the kids including ours. Would happily stay here again

The place was nice but it was not comfortable the bed felt like a rock. We did not get enough toilet paper in the room. The shower was not working properly. The place needs maintenance. There was a lot of bugs coming into the place and I had to kill them. It was not easy to get a taxi either.

Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. Beautifully located in the Tuscan hills. We were gifted with amazing views of Florence from just about anywhere on the property. The staff went above and beyond to make our 27 night stay memorable. Breakfast was bountiful with a great selection.

I didn’t realize when I booked it that we would be so far from downtown. The 2nd day after coming back from taking a taxi, we had ants in the bed. They came in and put powder down but we really should have been able to move to another room. The “suite” felt like we were in the groundskeeper’s room. It almost seemed like a dungeon.

Beautiful setting in the Tuscan countryside about a 25 minute drive into Florence. First room was moldy smelling and had a pool of water in the middle of the room. We were given an ‘upgrade’ to a newer building. Shower was barely lukewarm with very low pressure. No housekeeping in our 5 night stay. When we asked for toilet paper the guy was grumpy about it reminding us that we had been upgraded. Weather was cool and damp but no heating and the towel racks didn’t work so towels were damp. Very limited front desk access. Apartment was very basic but bed was clean and comfortable

Hotel was so beautiful and picturesque. The staff were friendly, helpful and timely in their communication. The pool was lovely and clean. Rooms were very comfortable. Beds a bit hard but clean and private. Breakfast was delicious! If you have the chance to go to the Osteria do it! It did not disappoint.

Beautiful setting and very nice pool. We really liked the apartment with the Tuscan charm. The AC worked very good. We did not have a car and the taxi fares were €29-50 each way to get into town. There is a nice restaurant nearby that is walkable. We did enjoy our stay and it was very memorable.

You need a car to stay in this property. Hotel has a lot of green areas with amazing views. Bed is not comfortable and shower is kind of weird. Long distance from Florencia but I did not mind because I had a car but if you do not have a car, you will be spending lots of money to get to the areas you want to visit. Checkin is ONLY available 4PM - 7 PM.

If you're looking for a ritzy hotel In the middle of the city, this is not your place. This unique property is a working olive orchard in a quiet peaceful countryside setting. The property sits up on top of the hill with incredible views of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Our cottage was at the end of a winding drive through Olive trees. Amazing! There was a local town only 10 minutes away with everything that you would need and Florence was only a bit farther, so an easy drive from our cottage. Our cottage had two bedrooms one with a loft, a family room and a kitchen / eating area. The cottage fit the setting and the inside had unique finishes like old timbers and stone. I slept like a baby in our king size bed. Kitchen was supplied with dishes and cookware so several nights we just bought groceries at the local grocery store and ate there. At night I could see the lights of Florence flickering out the kitchen window. Cottage was older construction and had some little quirks but they just added to the experience. We originally booked this hotel for only one night but loved it so much we extended our stay three more nights. Not very often are you sad when you leave a hotel but when we pulled out on our last day I felt like we were moving from a home that we grew up in. Love love loved this place!

Good easy going atmosphere, enjoyed the breakfasts, bed like a bouncy castle! Tiny shower! Great restaurant on site. Could hear every footstep upstairs! Drink and snack dispenser wasn't mended until last day of our 7 day stay. Enjoyed the nature on site - bee orchids and red squirrels.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The property location is very good for exploring Florence and the surrounding Tuscany area. The apartment we stayed in was rustic, but nice. It had everything we needed. The property grounds are interesting and well maintained. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Not very friendly staff with the exception of one person. It seemed like they were annoyed when we asked for more information. The apartment was nice and as expected, it felt like a movie setting and we enjoyed the experience. However it was hard to find and we relied on other guests to show us around. Breakfast was very good!

It is a countryside property, perfect if you like nature and being surrounded by trees. I loved it !! The only issue is that they have limited front desk hours, other than that it was an amazing place !!!!!

The property was run down and dirty. Fell through the stairs at the walk up pool bar. Was offered a couple of drinks for my troubles. The cabins were dirty, sprider webs, ants and mosquitoes. The hotel breakfast was over priced and the pool bar didn’t have half the menus or drinks because it was end of season. Staff never came back to check on me after my fall, which I guess is why the property is in such disappointment that really don’t care.

La mia esperienza è complessivamente positiva. Il posto è veramente molto bello, sembra di essere lontani da una città per come è verde il paesaggio, invece si è a 10 minuti dal centro. Non sono riuscito a provare il ristorante perché era giorno di chiusura. Il cliente sembra un po' lasciato a se stesso, che può essere una cosa positiva o negativa, dipende da quello che si cerca. Qualche cartello in più potrebbe essere utile ad esempio indicare dove è possibile parcheggiare le auto. Non che abbia trovato difficoltà, ma inizialmente ho avuto il dubbio che la mia auto potesse intralciare fino a quando non mi è stato comunicato in reception, che avevo parcheggiato correttamente. L'orario della colazione dalle 8,30 in camera può essere considerata una cosa molto positiva quando si è in vacanza, potrebbe essere limitante per chi deve lavorare, forse andrebbe specificato in fase di prenotazione. Ho ricevuto una scatola con tutto il necessario per la colazione, succo di frutta, dolce, marmellata. Macchina del caffè direttamente in camera, mancava giusto un goccino di latte, per il resto era più che soddisfacente.

I would advice to check with the property manager to see if the Pool is open, if the room is what you booked. If the restaurant is open. I was disappointed with the quality of the room. I booked a double deluxe room with a nice view, and ended up with (described as a up graded room) with a 2 double rooms with kitchenette and a small unappropriated vetus shower with a bad door... The checking was friendly but forgot to give us the keys. After arriving at he room 1km away. We had to go back to reception to pick up key and the room name... Not very amusing. At the check out we had a talk with the manager and he tried to explained that we had a up graded room and the pool du to the bad weather was not open. And blamed the weather for this. Not very profesional. We had a previous hotel room in a different location in Florence ( With the same weather) And the pool was open... The manger tried to accommode us with a "next time call me directly and I ll give you all infos and a discount"... BUT there will be no "Next time". When you are disappointing and not very well look after, you do not want to come back in the same place. Disappointed over all.

Beautiful setting and very nice pool. We really liked the apartment with the Tuscan charm. The AC worked very good. We did not have a car and the taxi fares were €29-50 each way to get into town. There is a nice restaurant nearby that is walkable. We did enjoy our stay and it was very memorable.

This was a beautiful place to make my temporary home in Florence. For the city minded, Expedia's estimate on time to the city is way off. If you don't rent a car you'll need to get a taxi or walk half an hour to take a half hour bus ride.

Ignore all the distance by car information they’ve provided, you’ll be paying 40-50 euros for a taxi each way to Florence and around 45-55 euros from the airport. Watch out for l Rent a car if you can. And plan your meals carefully as options in local area are very limited.

Excellent location for a family who is travelling by car. Facility is on a top of a tuscany hill close to florence, sienna, luxury outlets. Breakfast was ok, pillows were a bit hard, and you need to wait for water to warm up

Lovely property in the middle of a 123 acre / 50 hectare olive farm. Single lane roads getting in and out of the property are precarious, if you’re not familiar with Italian roads and driving. The buffet breakfast was fair at best, although the coffee was delicious. Very few amenities available. Incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The property is perfect if you’re looking for a place to relax and have the most wonderful views of Tuscany area, the staff, Andrea was really helpful and kind. It’s better if you rent a car to get there, by bus you’ll have to walk a lot. But the place is totally worth it,

One great restaurant for dinner, no lunch options. Maybe a small snack bar would be great for us without a vehicle. At pre-season mid April. Sadly No gym until later in the season with the pool. Otherwise beautiful and worth the stay!

This property is beautiful, and our villa was quintessential and lovely Italian, but not walkable to the city center. We were in the furthest villa at the end of the property and it was difficult to communicate to taxi drivers our pickup location (which we needed to use every time we went somewhere). It was also considered still ‘winter’ so the breakfast buffet was closed and breakfast was delivered in a box to the door outside. Not impressed with the restaurant on the property.

We had a lovely stay at Fattoeia Il Milione! The apartments have everything you would need on vacation and even to work remotely. We had the greatest view of Florence and the staff was very helpful. Also highly recommend their Osteria Il Milione, the food is delicious 5 ⭐️

Hotel was so beautiful and picturesque. The staff were friendly, helpful and timely in their communication. The pool was lovely and clean. Rooms were very comfortable. Beds a bit hard but clean and private. Breakfast was delicious! If you have the chance to go to the Osteria do it! It did not disappoint.

This property was away from the city in a country setting. We were there in March and liked it but I think it would be even better with warmer weather and some landscaping. The breakfast was nice but carb/bread heavy. Would have been better with fruit
This property was away from the city in a country setting. We were there in March and liked it but I think it would be even better with warmer weather and some landscaping. The breakfast was nice but carb/bread heavy. Would have been better with fruit

Superbe site avec plusieurs endroits pour profiter de la nature. Malheureusement, Nous étions en basse saison alors le restaurant n’était pas ouvert. Le seul petit négatif est que le site a besoin d’un peu d’amour. C’est peut etre le fait que c’est le début de saison. À visiter

Our experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. The rooms were completely different from what was advertised in the photos. The entire accommodation had a strong unpleasant smell, and one of the basement bedrooms had a severe mould odor, making it uncomfortable and unhealthy to stay in. There was only one air conditioner located in the middle room, which was completely insufficient to cool the other two bedrooms. The cellular signal was very poor, and the Wi-Fi barely worked inside the house. Another major disappointment was that the swimming pool was not located next to the accommodation as it appeared, but was approximately 500–600 meters away. The biggest issue, however, was the attitude of the staff. Despite explaining all of these problems, they refused to offer another room or any alternative solution. We were even told that they have plenty of customers and do not really care about negative reviews. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. As a result, we had no choice but to leave the property early, and we received no refund whatsoever. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had—not only because of the property's condition but because of the complete lack of responsibility and customer care. There are many better places nearby that genuinely care about their guests. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else..

Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch nicht abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war groß, allerdings schon etwas abgewohnt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist groß und schattig.
