The hotel is centrally located in Goreme. After a day of touring, it was nice to park the car in front and easily walk to all the available restaurants and shops blocks away. Staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast on the top floor with a stunning view was a treat. A perfect stay all around!

This hotel was in an ideal location and had a great view of the mountain. The room was very nice and the staff was outstanding. I would definitely book again. Parking is very limited as they only have space for two cars in front.

It was a nice place. But if you have a wheel chair or cane. It’s a problem. They have no elevator . Only stairs. No rail on the outside entrance . The hotel is close to everything if you want to shop or get something to eat. I felt safe as a solo female. I had to use google translete. They don’t talk much English . Very clean hotel. Very friendly.

Nice, quiet hotel situated on a side street, just away from the busy centre. Big room, that was clean and had a nice view out too which was a bonus! Good buffet style breakfast served on the upper floor with an amazing view from the small terrace. The food was constantly getting topped up and refreshed while we were there, no complaints at all during our 2 night stay!

Everything was wonderful. Rooms are beautiful (lighting was a little dark, it could use some more lights). Breakfast was spectacular with wonderful views and probably best breakfast I've had in a hotel (though the scrambled eggs and omelet are extra charge but not much). Only issue we had was we asked for an iron and ironing board and didn't receive it. They might've just forgot or perhaps we left the room too soon after we asked for it. No issues as we didn't try asking again so that's really on us. Other than that, staff were very nice, pleasant, and accommodating. They helped with getting tours and they picked us up and dropped us off to airport for very less money compared to many other hotels like the ones in Istanbul that charge too much. This was a very fair and good price for airport transfers.

The hotel is gorgeous, clean and smells great. The staff at reception are super unfriendly and super unhelpful. The only staff that were helpful was the cleaning lady for our room and the lady at breakfast. I loved the decor of the hotel and the location. Breakfast was not worth the money we paid for it. This hotel is clean and its location is good but the service is horrible. Staff should always be helpful towards guests.

Oldukça merkezi ve tertemiz bir oteldi. Çalışan personeli de güler yüzlüydü özellikle kahvaltı hazırlayan ablamızın enerjisi mükemmeldi. Odalara ilk girdiğimizde müthiş güzel bir koku vardı. Sabah da erkenden uyanıp arkaya bakan odadaysanız balonları izleyebilirsiniz, eğer o odalarda değilseniz de terasa çıkıp yine izleyebilirsiniz. Sadece odaya teras katından sürekli bir bavul sürükleme tarzında tekerlek sesi geliyordu ve sabah kahvaltı saatinin başlaması ile birlikte sandalye çekme çataş bıçak sesleri gelmeye başladı ancak zaten gezmek için gelip erkenden kalktığımız için o ses rahatsız etmedi.

Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert für einen kurzen Aufenthalten in Göreme. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und angemessen groß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko an diesem Hotel sind aus unserer Sicht nur die Betten. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, sodass wir froh waren nach 2 Nächten wieder in unserem eigenen Bett schlafen zu können. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Hotel ordinato e pulito, le camere abbastanza spaziose, l'unica nota da far presente riguarda le camere da 3 poiche' il letto in piu' era un letto adattato piccolo e non molto comodo. Mi aspettavo una reale camera da tre invece era una doppia adattata. Colazione abbastanza varia e ricca. Il personale alla reception molto carino e disponibile, l'ultimo giorno, poiche' non stavo bene mi hanno dato la possibilita' di fare il late check out stando nella camera fino alle ore 13.30 fino all'arrivo del nostro transfer, ho apprezzato molto questa gentilezza.

This hotel truly made my stay special. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. He gave me wonderful ideas to explore Göreme. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. The room was nice and cozy and made my stay relaxing. It is a 2 minute walk to the main city centre and easy access to public transport and other city buses as well. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit back.

We absolutely loved staying here and almost regret staying only one night so that we could try a more popular cave hotel nearby. The staff was beyond helpful from everything to getting us hot air balloon rides at the best price when most were booked up, to being extremely communicative, to helping us feel comfortable when we arrived too early and couldn’t check in. Location is great, the free breakfast was amazing, the rooms were large, and everything was clean. Would recommend to everyone.

Great location in Goreme. We could walk to everything. The breakfast was good but I wish they would label the dishes. It was hard to know what most items were. Lots of sauces, etc, that I didn't recognize. The foods I tried were very nice and tasty.

Odamız gayet temiz ve güzeldi. Çift kişilik yatak normal yataklardan daha büyüktü. Banyosu büyüktü. Kahvaltısı mükemmeldi. Ev yapımı patates kızartması bizi mest etti. Kahvaltıları hazırlayan abla çok özverili ve işini severek yapıyordu. Açık büfe kahvaltıda da azaldığını gördüğü ürünleri hemen yeniliyordu.
