Our other accom cancelled 12hrs before check in and we fell on our feet with this accom. Responsive to my late night call re check in (security guard showed us our room at 1am). Lovely outlook over the beach, room cleaned daily & bed turned down at night. Restaurant staff were wonderful, massage & tours were reasonably priced compared to getting a driver off the street. Milly the Maltese x hotel dog took a liking to our 6yr old son. 5-10min walk to lots of restaurants with a couple of basic ones 2mins away. Breaky included was wonderful. Not overdone and a waste of food like a buffet. We loved our stay and would come back again! Thanks team!

Issues with shower with the water pressure, temperature and drainage. Pool did not appear to filter enough during the day leaving lots of debris floating in it and it was also a little murky for our liking. Maintenance in the villas seems to be an issue. Lovely grounds and very friendly staff

We had a lovely stay, it was relaxing and the two queries we had were dealt with so quickly and quietly. The staff were lovely and the grounds are so nice and so pretty of an evening. We also used the on-site transport to a village and then again in leaving, such a better option than a grab. So looking forward to seeing the beach restoration project in the future.

Första natten vi kom så vi i residence 4. Det var smutsigt och fullt med råttbajs. Vi sov knappt. Dagen efter pratade vi med personalen och dom var väldigt tillmötesgående och vi fick byta till att annat rum. Vi var supernöjda. Maten är alltid lika fantastisk och personalen är super trevliga. Det är andra gången vi bor där. Både privata poolen och allmänna poolen är toppen. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka igen 😊

Schönes Resort. Man merkt allerdings, daß es in die Jahre gekommen ist. Strand hat schwarzen Sand, ist steinig und wird nicht gepflegt. Es besteht theoretisch die Möglichkeit dort ins Meer zu gehen. Ein kleiner Infinity Pool am Strand lädt ein schöne Fotos mit Palmen und Meer zu machen. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Stayed here because of the reviews. Wasn't overly clean and fair to say disappointed. We stayed in the 2 bedroom residence but maybe the bungalows and villas were better. Pool areas were nice to be fair.

It was good, but there were some minor issues, windows that didn't shut properly no matter what we tried. We also saw 1 mouse in our villa at one point. We found restaurant expensive as were drinks. But start were very helpful and nice.

Property is a little old although its kept up. The food got old quick and the music in the bar / restaurant was horrible and on repeat. Unfortunately, the beach here is bad. There's basically no beach and this property doesn't really have a beach. The pool was fun for my kids and the villa was large and comfortable albeit a bit odd. One annoying thing was the tour we took through the hotel where our guide took us to his village and sold us some stuff which ended up costing us time for the things we really wanted to do on the tour, and didn't get to experience. That tour guide that works for the hotel took advantage of us and it wasn't appreciated.
Property is a little old although its kept up. The food got old quick and the music in the bar / restaurant was horrible and on repeat. Unfortunately, the beach here is bad. There's basically no beach and this property doesn't really have a beach. The pool was fun for my kids and the villa was large and comfortable albeit a bit odd. One annoying thing was the tour we took through the hotel where our guide took us to his village and sold us some stuff which ended up costing us time for the things we really wanted to do on the tour, and didn't get to experience. That tour guide that works for the hotel took advantage of us and it wasn't appreciated.

Bayview Is amazing I could hear the ocean from my villa. When I got in the aircon wasnt working I went to dinner at 6 and return to find a completely new aircon unit fitted in my villa!! I was thinking I would have to change rooms. Thanks to the staff and the owner I will be back for sure

Lovely outlook over the beach, room cleaned daily & bed turned down at night. Restaurant staff were wonderful, massage & tours were reasonably priced compared to getting a driver off the street. Milly the Maltese x hotel dog took a liking to our 6yr old son. 5-10min walk to lots of restaurants with a couple of basic ones 2mins away. Breaky included was wonderful. Not overdone and a waste of food like a buffet. We loved our stay and would come back again! Thanks team!

We had a lovely time at Bayshore (3 nights) the food was lovely, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. We had pedicures in the spa, which were lovely. The hotel picked us up from the airport and arranged a tour of the area which again was great. There wasn’t much to do within walking distance. But the hotel was perfect for relaxing.

Första natten vi kom så vi i residence 4. Det var smutsigt och fullt med råttbajs. Vi sov knappt. Dagen efter pratade vi med personalen och dom var väldigt tillmötesgående och vi fick byta till att annat rum. Vi var supernöjda. Maten är alltid lika fantastisk och personalen är super trevliga. Det är andra gången vi bor där. Både privata poolen och allmänna poolen är toppen. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka igen 😊

Abbiamo visto la camera la sera dato che al momento del check in non era pronta, eravamo nella villa 4..avevo pagato per la vista mare e non la avevo diretta..quando siamo entrati nei bagni abbiamo notato che la doccia era aperta..eravamo molto perplessi visto che c'era proprio un buco nel tetto, abbiamo provato a fare la doccia e nel mio bagno dopo un po jo visto un granchio enorme...mi sono spaventata ma dopo volevo salvarlo..ho chiamato lo staff che invece di aiutarmi a prendere il granchio e rimetterlo in liberta, ha spruzzato 70 kg di insetticida dicendo che avrebbe ucciso anche il granchio. Mi sono arrabbiata e ho riaperto il bagno per fare qualcosa ma ho visto uscire blatte,lucertole enormi e altro..percio abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera...ci hanno trasferiti in una ancora piu lontana dal mare e che puzzava di chimico da morire, nn c erano alternative. Ad ogni nostra richiesta il personale era molto menefreghista e incentrato solo a farci spendere piu soldi, dato che per esempio se durante la colazione vuoi un the o un cappuccino lo devi pagare a parte (cosa ridicola)... comunque ci hanno rovinato parte della vacanza e non capita tutti i giorni di andare a bali! Hotel pessimo, non ci andate!!!

Bayview Is amazing I could hear the ocean from my villa. When I got in the aircon wasnt working I went to dinner at 6 and return to find a completely new aircon unit fitted in my villa!! I was thinking I would have to change rooms. Thanks to the staff and the owner I will be back for sure

Property is a little old although its kept up. The food got old quick and the music in the bar / restaurant was horrible and on repeat. Unfortunately, the beach here is bad. There's basically no beach and this property doesn't really have a beach. The pool was fun for my kids and the villa was large and comfortable albeit a bit odd. One annoying thing was the tour we took through the hotel where our guide took us to his village and sold us some stuff which ended up costing us time for the things we really wanted to do on the tour, and didn't get to experience. That tour guide that works for the hotel took advantage of us and it wasn't appreciated.

It was good, but there were some minor issues, windows that didn't shut properly no matter what we tried. We also saw 1 mouse in our villa at one point. We found restaurant expensive as were drinks. But start were very helpful and nice.
