This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I was very impressed with the service, convenience to freeway, and the area for my dogs that was kept up and included potty bags just in case you didn't have one. Only thing I would suggest is to put a sign about not smoking in the area where dogs go as they get interested in picking up the cigarette butts and that is not healthy. Overall the rooms are great!

When we got there are room was very cold. Some thing that we were able to fix with the temperature. The only other thing that I really have to complain about is that my wife likes to go there to swim in the warm pool and the pool was not warm! She woke up early to go and it wasn’t warm

This hotel was perfect for a mud run for me and multiple family members who stayed. The indoor pool was perfect due to the weather being chilly. We booked multiple rooms and they were so clean and well stocked. The staff was very nice and attentive to us all. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again!

The staff at this property were friendly and flexible. We slept through our alarm and checked out nearly an hour late but the staff was understanding and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The only issue we faces was parking - the lot can get very full in the evenings.

Second time staying. Great breakfast, nice bar, and this time around, great Halloween decorations. Room was spacious and updated with a nice walk in shower. Easy to doordash or go to the restaurants and Walmart nearby. Highway is also nearby. Could use a window cleaning, but otherwise great.

Well let me start from the beginning, first room had dirty sheets so I asked to move rooms. Second room the sheets were also dirty, the shower spout was falling off. The smell in the room was so bad it smelled like someone went pee in the ac unit on the wall. After trying two separate rooms I told them I was not going to stay there and left. Definitely skip this location it’s in need of lots of work.

Very nice property. Seems very new. Staff was great. Road noise from hwy 99 is noticeable but not terrible. The only negative things were: The music they play in the hallways should be turned pff at night. I am a light sleeper and was awakened by it several times. The motion sensor hallway light turned on 5 or 6 times in the middle pf the night when I moved or rolled 9ver which also woke me up! I did not see any way to completely turn the stupid thing off.

Clean room. Laminate floors (instead of carpet) is a nice option if you're worried about germs or allergens. Great continental AND hot breakfast options. They provide full-size Dove body products in the rooms.

Overall, our stay was great!! But the air conditioners could not totally cool the rooms down. We were not overheating—we prefer to be cool to sleep—but we could not get the temperature below 73F. We had two rooms, and both parties felt the same way. Otherwise, everything else was very nice—clean and crisp. The breakfast was very good, and the presentation was good.

Nice hotel, I've stayed here before in the rear of the hotel. This time a got a room towards the front which it near the highway. The highway noise was so loud the cars might as well be driving through my room. Just a heads up, get a room towards the rest of the hotel of you want to sleep.

We (wife & 3 kids) checked in right after midnight. We walked in the room and all we felt was the feeling of suffocation from the hot air that met us. It was a whopping 92 degrees inside the room. I’m not one to complain so I waited an hour. It was still at 89 degrees even after putting the thermostat down to 65. We were so tired from our trip and the little ones just couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk asking if there was any other room that have been cooled down already. I was told that he was with a guest and that he’d call me back. The frustration is now kicking in and thoughts of who’s more important rushed to my mind. I got a call back a half hour later. He said that he has another room that was available and he turned on the a/c. I was like you just turned on the a/c? He said yes. I then asked so what’s the temperature in the room? He said 90. I said so you expect me to switch to a warmer room for what reason? Our current room was at 87 at that point. At least the breakfast is always reliable here.

The room was great and the staff amazing. The internet and/or wi-fi was not unfortunately. Between the TV pausing and our phones barely able to stay on your Wi fi it was rather unfortunate. Signing in constantly even when we were in our room, was not cool. Using our Netflix account, took forever for it to log in and once it did, movies took forever to load.

Bed on a metal platform was wierd. Maybe a rug under it would buffer sound. Forks need to be replenished immediately. I had to eat breakfast with a spoon. Other then that, our stay was good.

We tried to check in at 11:30 on the way to visit our sister in the hospital. The girl at the desk told me it would cost us $20 for an early check in fee. ABSURD If I hadn't prepaid I would have left immediately and canceled but we opted to comeback at 6:30 not to have to pay yet another fee !!!! We tried La Quinta in Morgan Hill and loved it so went out of our way to stay in one this trip. NEVER again. We hate to have fees thrown at us without prior knowledge. The room was ready. No need for that charge and we left at 6am this morning and I didn't get a refund for checking out early ! HORRIBLE business move. I will tell everyone I know about this.

Very safe place to stay. Quiet and very clean. Adreanna was very welcoming and professional. She greeted us while attending another guest and let us know about breakfast hrs, gym etc. There's a nice little bar and a front patio. We only book this place when in town. And we'll continue coming back.

I'm giving this property three stars only because we were harassed by a group of men and one of them followed us to the elevator lobby. We even found a hand print on the window of our rental car and saw the same group of men and they were laughing so we immediately got in our car and drove off. We reported it to the Front Desk personnel and she admitted that she was also being harassed by one of the men. She seemed to have taken our information down and we were told that a Manager would call me but I have not received any follow up call regarding this incident. The facility itself is clean. Breakfast was great but the whole incident was unnerving to say the least Unfortunately, my advice to you is don't stay here if you are travelling alone.

Stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament for my 13yo son. Conveniently located just seven minutes from the Galt Community Park fields this stay exceeded our expectations. Malia at the front desk was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The lobby and common areas were very clean and comfortable and surprisingly very modern and decorative for the Halloween month. Kids used the pool and had a blast. The lobby was lively at night with team parents and other guests. Bar drinks in the lobby were STRONG. Strong ≠ Good just a tip for the bar staff. Morning complementary breakfast had something for everyone in our family and we all started the day full and happy. We brought our two small dogs and they had a blast too. Small patch of turf grass at the entrance of the building was perfect for them to relieve themselves, rooms had no carpet which is a plus in pet friendly hotels and they had pup treats at check in. If we have another reason to visit Galt we’ll stay here again, & again, AND AGAIN!

Check in we had problems. Staff needs to be trained. We went to bar twice Saturday morning we had a wonderful young woman who had a beautiful smile and had excellent customer service and at night we had another young lady who went above and beyond customer service who had amazing customer service and personality.

Staff were lovely and helpful! Parking is abundant but tight, and the hotel is right on 99, so it’s ideal for travellers. If staying awhile, it’s close to Elk Grove (15min), a generally middle class/upscale town good for shopping and dining, and Sacramento (30min), as well as Stockton and Lodi.

Area right around the hotel is not great. But the room is comfortable, clean, quiet and breakfast is great. Choices of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc. There is a nice little bar and 24/7 front desk. Would recommened staying here if you need a place to stay right off the highway.

Clean room, Temperature in room was good just a little cold at night but it was not terrible The room was a good size for two the TV had multiple channels with up to date shows and pool clean and good hours were 6am to 10pm and the GYM looked clean the Breakfast Buffet was Excellent And served 6:30am to 9:30 they had a great variety to choose from I would stay again Excellent

Hotel is excellent. Very clean. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. There is a very good lounge with great drinks and a limited menu which was good enough for us. There is not much within walking distance but we'll be back because what they have at the lounge more than sufficed for us. There also is a pool and a fitness room.

Everything was great except for the complimentary breakfast. They were supposed to be serving breakfast until 9:30, but by 8:45 most of the food was gone. These photos were taken 45 minutes before they stopped serving. I asked if they were bringing out more food, but they said that was it for today because their shipment hadn’t come in yet. I tried to eat the bacon but it was too burnt.

Breakfast was good but not adequately staffed. We had to wait 45 minutes for the eggs to be replenished. They don’t air condition the hallways or ice/laundry room which is odd to me. So it was hot in this places. It took us a while to figure out the room air conditioner as the wall thermostat wasn’t working. Nice lobby. WiFi good. Staff friendly. Would probably stay somewhere else next time for the price.

We stopped in at La Quinta on our way down south to Baja on a road trip. This place was a great find with what felt like a very recent build or renovation. Lots of new and fresh features. Clean, everything worked and on site little bar for a beverage after a long day on the road landed just right.
