My husband and I needed a weekend away. We have never stayed at a Margaritaville resort. Fantastic place! Rooms are really good sized. The pools are clean, as are the grounds. All the employees were friendly. The round- trip complimentary bus to theme parks is a really nice convenience.

The rooms are wonderful The check in time is 4pm and the pool closes at 9 so the 1st day is a bust. The gym is basic nothing fancy. Only complaint housekeeper kept rushing us out check out is 11 and 3 times she came wanting to clean. There is no buffet breakfast they only a grill order place so I wouldn't pay extra for that add on. The water park is in walking distance and places to eat in walking distances.

The hotel itself is good, nice restaurant and good pool. However, when going to the pool they will only give you one towel per person, so if you are going to the pool in advance of the rest of your family, you only get one towel, which makes it almost impossible to then get enough sun lingers together. There are not enough Sun loungers with umbrellas, as a great deal of space is taken up by cabanas, putting profitability over general customer service. Whenever we went to reception on various occasions, staff couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Rather than go out of there way to help you out, everything seemed like an inconvenience. We have stayed at various hotels in Florida and our experience here couldn’t have been more different, and not in a good way. Reception staff could do with going on a customer service course and visit other hotels to see and learn what good customer services looks like.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful. My only complaint was the we paid for a cabana and the straps were broken so we could not close the side panels for privacy. Also there was only one server for the whole side of the pool that had the cabanas and it took too long to receive our drinks and to check out. I would have a server specifically for cabanas during your busy season.

Having stayed at Margaritaville Resort Orlando many times before, we always looked forward to returning. NOT THIS TIME! In January 2025 a new management company took over the day to day operations. Many employees who knew what to do were let go. We had multiple major issues with the room. The pool bars have downgraded liquor options and raised prices, all with new staff. NOT GOOD. Housekeeping services were non existent! Hopefully they need time to get things together or this will no longer be a good destination. For now, think before booking this property. It is really upsetting!

Used soap from previous guest in the shower stall and previous guest items in refrigerator left behind and dirty items left inside room from previous person. For what they charge each night it was not worth it and they said room was ready so go to front desk and find out not ready yet but found another room which was not clean all the way from previous person.

It was a beautiful resort with great pool and amenities. We loved having access to the water park next door. However, the hotel room was filthy. Filthy. From food crumbs on the nightstand, to feces splattered all over the bathroom walls, to floors that you couldn’t walk barefoot on without washing your feet off. It was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in.

I just thought the room wasn’t super clean when we checked in. There was still hair everywhere and it seems like the floors and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned well. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful and most of the staff were great.

Our room wasn't swept at all. There was dust everywhere. I pay attention to details: complimentary not pad was on its last sheet, pencil had no eraser, toilet paper roll was almost finish, and like i said, every corner there was dust or pieces of paper, hair beads, just something all over the floor. The room looked like it was rushed to clean just to book again. Coming from from this type of industry, i looked at everything and the guest experience mattered so much to me. People pay so much to come to these places and everything matters. I did have a rude experience at their inside bar but the manager was so apologetic that we stayed. Those details matter.

There is little or no storage which is really really inconvenient for a resort where people likely stay multiple nights. Our room had 2 small dresser drawers and one tiny one. The closet had a few hangers but not many—not nearly enough space to unpack a family and be comfortable for a week. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a couch or table or other place to sit in the room besides and uncomfortable office chair. There was certainly enough space for furniture like a couch or chairs to relax in. Also, the cleaning ladies did a good job with linens but our drinking glasses were left in the sink each day to be cleaned because they were gross and dirty from the beginning and it was obvious when they never got clean because the same grime and lipstick marks were on them continuously and unchanged from day to day.

This was probably my least favorite resort stay so far. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and I woke up with bug bites all over my legs. I had paid for a pool view but ended up on the first floor with a view of a fence. The only positive aspect of my stay was the convenience of having shops and stores within walking distance.

The hotel is beautiful. The head desk person gave me some confusing guidelines on finding my room. He could have been more specific with which elevators to take for my room. The room did not have a microwave oven, only one roll of toilet paper, and no lotion for your skin.The pool was nice, but I wish it was a little deeper. Five to six feet would have been great. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants, a nearby movie theater, and also a place where you can buy alcoholic beverages.

The actual property and sunset walk were nice…our room kinda sucked. AC didn’t work, toilet stopped working and our phone didn’t work so we had to walk to the front desk for assistance. Also the floor panels were coming up from wear and tear…Hotel was apparently full and couldn’t move us. Luckily we only stayed one night. For the price I feel like we got screwed :(

Our rooms shower was very poor condition, barely any pressure and the shower head had a lot of blocked holes. Water was also either steaming hot or cold. Bathroom same issue with the pressure. Black out curtains were half hanging off not allowing for full Coverage.

When we arrive , it was around 5:00 pm but our room was not ready , we sat in the lobby and waited. It was not a long wait and the person who checked us was very nice and friendly. I do not remember his name but he was lovely. We were shown your room. It was a tired and well won room in great need of a refurbishment. Nice balcony over looking the license to chill pool. However, only one chair on the balcony. Missing tile on the floors. Box spring for the bed was sagging, ripped and disgusting. I had asked for a handicapped accessible room but it had a bathtub with a side that one must bring their leg over to get in. No hand grabs at the sides of the tub only at the wall to the right of the tub, prime fall risk!! All together an unacceptable room. We went to the lobby and a very nice man ? Javier assisted us in a new room

Checking in and checking out is horrible! You have to wait in line for quite a while and they never have more than two people there to help. You cannot check out on the tv in the room as most places lets you do as well. Also, they NEVER answer the phone at the front desk. Dining is very limited because the outdoor bar only serves casual food until 6. If you want to have an indoor meal, their restaurant is too fancy, no casual food. Their provisions store is very limited as well. Will never stay here again as there is so many other places close by.

Over all this was a great middle of the road in price hotel. First day wasn't enjoyable. They seemed to be a very disorganized. The new management company brought their own staff in and no one could answer very simple questions. No one could even tell us where the spa was on their own property so we called the spa and they found us and walked to the building. Massages and staff at the spa were fantastic but pricey. If you stay here, I highly recommend the services offered. There are 2 family pool areas with sand, cabanas & scallops to rent for some shade. A tiki bar is at the far end of the family area. You can order right from your chaise lounges, cabanas or scallops and they will deliver to you. Takes a while but for people with small children, it's certainly convenient. The 3rd pool is considered a quiet pool with no young children. This was a very relaxing pool. No bar or food offered here which is odd since 95% of people here are adults. The walk to the tiki bar is not close at all, nor is the bar inside the hotel. I can confidently say this hotel was spotless. Maybe the cleanest I've been to. The housekeeping staff were thoughtful and very attentive. Our biggest issue was the pitch for a 2 hour condo timeshare or property purchase of real estate. To say it was 4 or 5 times a day is not an exaggeration. They walk around the lobby and camp out right outside each corner of the lobby before guests get on the elevators.

Long Wait at check in, no one else there just crappy staff. Maybe should have thought to not give people coming in late at night room they would be drilling above starting at crack of dawn. Front desk answer it will stop 5 pm. Don’t offer $40 continental breakfast that’s pre made microwave wrap. Contacted hotels.com said no answer at location. Haven’t seen heard back

I would have given Margaritaville 5 stars, but the housekeeping and customer service were absolutely unacceptable. We stayed for four nights and only had housekeeping once. They never brought us fresh towels, clean linens after the third night, toilet paper, or even emptied the garbage cans—basic necessities that should be standard. To make matters worse, the front desk never answers the phone, so every single request required physically going down to the lobby. I spoke with multiple hotel managers and even used the in-room iPad to schedule housekeeping, yet no one ever showed up. It was beyond frustrating to repeatedly ask for something as simple as toilet paper and clean towels, only to be ignored. The lack of service and complete disregard for guests’ needs made what should have been a relaxing stay incredibly aggravating.

The property was beautiful! We loved the pool, and the bartenders were very nice and friendly. However, the waitress was not familiar with their menu. I asked if they had chicken nachos on the menu, I was told no. Then I looked at the menu and it was the first item listed. The resort advertises room service but when I asked about it, I was told no room service was available. The breakfast sandwiches at the market were great! The market had everything you could possibly think of. The elevators were hot. We requested late check out at the beginning of our stay, but we were told to call the front desk the morning of departure to see if late check out was available. This defeated the point of being able to sleep in the day of departure. Then when we called at 6:30am the day of departure, we were told there were no late check outs for the day. After questioning why, we were given the option to stay an hour later. noon checkout. The resort was very nice, I just wish the staff knew what they were doing.

Arrived early. Left our bags with bell stand. They spelled our name wrong so when we went to claim our luggage, they couldn’t find it. My husband’s laptop bag was stored poorly despite being promised it would be taken care of. We were supposed to receive a text when our room was ready. After 3 hours of waiting and no text, I inquired at the check in counter and turns out it had been ready for a while but they failed to inform us. We didn’t receive our welcome beverage. The sand by the pool was littered with garbage. The handheld shower in our bathroom was broken. Minimal storage in the room. I called down for 2 blankets from housekeeping. The phone rang and rang and rang. I ordered blankets on the in-room app and it said they would arrive within 7 minutes. 30 minutes later, I called and turns out they never received my order. This is especially troublesome as we were placed in an accessible room. Meaning, the tablet would be our only way of communicating with the staff if we were hearing impaired. The adolescent group next to me and my young family were obnoxiously loud at 12:30 in the morning. Yelling off their balcony; yelling in the hall; yelling in their room. Playing billiards until 2:30am. They tried to enter our room through the connecting door which scared the hell out of us. This was our first and last time staying at a Margaritaville.

The property itself is excellent but the service is terrible- check in is very long with lines every day, no explanation of resort amenities is given so you struggle way finding. Getting basic things like toilet paper and room cleaned is a struggle and if you call front desk for help you are on perpetual hold. It’s unfortunate that the service is so bad because the actual resort is very nice.

Absolutly loved Margheritaville the tropical vibe,the grounds. music, the staff the suite, all was wonderful. Restaurants in walking distance. The only thing I would of liked is a microwave in the room. Easier shuttle service. We did use uber, service was difficult its like a shuttle to a bus then to a park, it does add to your vacation cost.I will come back again.

We had a wonderful time at Margaritaville. Our family of 4 stayed in the hotel while extended family stayed in the villas. Very clean and staff was super friendly. A major plus was the H2O waterpark passes for each day of our stay. Close by restaurants, activities, grocery and gas stations for all your needs.

Pools were surprisingly quiet despite being such a large property. Conveniently located. Susnet Walk has many dining options which is less than a 5 minute walk away. Target & the Dollar Store were also within walking distance making it convenient to purcahse some breakfast items ans snacks for the room and pool toys, floaties, ect. Would definitely stay here again

Had an amazing stay. Pool area is beautiful, we loved it. Great restaurant on site for breakfast. There is also a great coffee shop. Our room was a good size and very quiet. Location was very convenient to all the Disney parks. Also, parking lot had plenty of spots. We will definitely be back.

The overall resort was very good. It was super clean including the pool area and rooms! Everything was updated but the beds were like sleeping on the floor they were so hard. Nice gift shop and great little market to get snacks pastries breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The bar and grill by the pool is a little overpriced for bar food and drinks but the inside restaurant was very good. You also have to watch your check because at first we were tipping and did not realize gratuity was included on the bill. The waterpark and shops and restaurants are just a walk down the hill less than a half mile. The worst part was checking in. Our flight got in early but they did have a nice locker room to change into your bathing suits. However someone was supposed to call us when our room was ready but by 5:00pm still no call. Everyone in line had also been told the same thing and had waited for hours with no call. Went up to front desk stood inline for 30 minutes and got a room on the first floor. When I asked if there was something on the second floor or higher he told me that’s all they had available. I would recommend if you get there early keep going up and ask about your room. It’s a beautiful area and there were plenty of chairs by the pool. Fresh pool towels are provided each day free of charge! Plenty of games for the kids at the pool The valet guys were awesome letting us get access to our luggage while we were waiting for our room to be available. Overall I would go back!

We loved that there were several pool options, we took advantage of that area for the kids with the splash pad. The rooms were big, had coffee, waters and plenty of towels. The complementary drink upon check in was a nice touch too ! Will be back !!!

the valet was EXCELLENT, and there's where the quality ended. Restaurant was sad to say the least. Lunch menu was extremely limited, dinner conditions were embarrasing (for them). Dirty tables outside with birds flying in and taking food off the tables next to us trying to eat. One sink in our bathroom didn't drain, the other sink the hot water faucet didn't work and when we turned the water on under the sink then the hot water wouldn't shut off. We tried to call maintenence more than once and final got to a point to leave a voice mail however the mail box was full. I would be embarassed if I were in management or ownership of Margaritiville charging those rates and giving the kind of service that was delivered. We were very disappointed in our stay and I will leave many reviews regarding all the issues.

The resort was fantastic. The Salty Rim Bar & Grill had great food and drinks and conveniently located by the pools. Inside restaurant Euphoria Fish House had excellent meals, the best meals we had on our trip compared to area places we visited. The service was outstanding. This resort is perfect for parents and kids as it has something for everyone.

Euphoria restaurant is terrible! Cold fake eggs for breakfast! Lobster Mac and cheese with 1 piece of lobster about the size of a small shrimp! No cheese just runny water! Take your dinning dollar elsewhere!!!
