This might be the nicest, quietest, most comfortable hotel I've been at in years. The staff (April, Power) were very kind and helpful and went out of their way to meet my special requests and help us with several needs, So friendly! The breakfast has a lot of options, even several hot entrees. Large assortment of food. beautiful pool and gym. Only thing lacking was a whirlpool to complete the great experience! It has recently been remodeled and is a beautiful property.Kudos to the staff and Hamilton Inn

This Hampton Inn was so clean, staff very pleasant, would definitely stay here again. Pool area nice and clean as well. Hotel has a small patio off of the pool area with patio lights that would make an excellent place to hang out in the evenings. This was our first time traveling with our rescued dog so we were happy this was pet friendly. Although i do think the $75 additional pet charge is extreme.

Pro: Excellent facility, great breakfast choices, Cons: 1-they advertise EV charge on site but fail to mention the charge is a flat $15 per use 2- there is only one table adjacent to beds (between) so those sleeping on the other sise had no access to a bedside table.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, both front desk and breakfast buffet. Liked that there was real oatmeal with assorted toppings for breakfast. No lunch/dinner on site; Skyline Chili and Graeters nearby for Cincinnati food experience, along with other possibilities. Since Harrison Ave. is very busy I don't recommend walking to eat. Pool was fine, though a wall clock would be helpful (can't wear a watch swimming). Ask staff how to use EV charging ($15/stay, universal charger), as they have to start it going. No recycling, unfortunately. Good experience overall.

The room was fine, but there's some problems with the stay this time. It's odd that the main light for the bathroom isn't in the bathroom at all, but on a light switch by the door. Don't like the shower temperature adjustment is on the opposite side of the shower. This meant standing in the spray until the water temperature is right. The BIGGEST problem with the room was the stinkbug crawling up the wall and after killing it with some cologne I took a picture of the dead bug and showed it to the desk clerk as we checked out. She couldn't have been more disinterested and didn’t even offer an apology. Thanks for not caring, Hampton Inn. We will never return to this hotel again!

The hotel is fairly new with a good location. The rooms and hotel were clean and staff were very accommodating. The only downside we found is the thermostat in the room would turn off after a while because we believe it had a motion sensor on it. Therefore, in the middle of the night it would get a bit warm unless you waved your arm in front of the thermostat.

The room had a sliding barn-style door that could cover the closet or the bathroom door but not both. Significant effort was required to move it. When closing it over the bathroom entrance, the heavy door would slide pretty much by itself the last 5 or 6 inches and hurt fingers if they were not out of the way. I would not recommend this room for families with small children. The door is heavy enough to break little fingers.

Property was ok- the room was clean however the 'mattress' felt really used and not so comfortable- could use a different style- maybe a cooling gel typ rather than one that feels like the springs are pushing up. Also, you could use some extra help for the 3 to 7 shift for check in and front desk help-only one person on

One staff person, the night clerk, was reluctant to provide answers to how the elevator worked. The first night we arrived my husband, 74, could not understand how to access the elevator. When he went to the desk, she was very upset that he had peeked his head into the open office door. He apologized and asked how to use the elevator. She refused to step out from behind the desk and explain. He could not understand what to do. Finally, another guest arrived in the lobby and showed us how it worked. The next night the same thing happened to two elderly guests, she wouldn't help them, and we arrived just in time to help show them how to use the elevator. When I returned to the lobby to get hot water for my tea, I noticed the water was lukewarm. The clerk was at the desk, so I mentioned it to her. She responded she was not permitted to replace the water until 10pm (it was 7pm at the time). I am not sure what your directions are to the night staff, but we have found most desk clerks are happy to demonstrate how the hotel equipment works and go out of their way to assist guests.

Frint desk personnel was awful. Not friendly, seemed like she was bothered to do her job. Room keys were handed over with no direction as far as the elevators, no mention of amenities, etc. She should not be the face of this hotel.

Had to wait with 4 other parties about 10 minutes or so to check in. No one was at the counter. No way to ring a bell or alert anyone. I tried calling and it went to voicemail. A couple employees finally showed up with no apologies or acknowledgement of the people waiting. Very odd.

the stay was amazing the ladies in the food area for Breakfast were absolutely the BEST!!! they were very attentive and even asked everyone before they closed up if anyone wanted anything else. the staff at the front desk were amazing and the place was so clean from the rooms to the eat area to the gym.

Check-in clerk had a testy attitude worsened by rooms in the system that were flagged as clean but werfte not. Beds were not made to high standards. Room was cold and used extra blankets but was still cold. Thermostat did not change this. Quality of furnishings seemed very cheap. Charged a refundable $150 deposit which seemed unnecessary.

Arrived at the hotel, and got checked in like normal. The clerk took my drivers license as identification, and gave us cards for our room. Short time later, another guest was trying to enter our room and left unsuccessfully. A few minutes after that, the phone rang in the room and the clerk accused my wife of not paying for the room, and essentially being a squatter. I went down to the front desk and was told that there was no record of our reservation in the system. But we were given a room, so how could that possibly be? I showed him my hotels.com reservation email. Turns out that we had the same last name as another guest, so we were given their room. The clerk who originally checked us in, didn’t look carefully at my drivers license to see that our first names were different. He apologized and promised that everything will be OK. Today I checked my bank statement and I have been double charged. Once by hotels.com and once by the hotel itself. The amounts are off by $.53, so I know it’s a double charge. It was a very bad experience.

Location is about 25 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Hotel is brand new in a quiet and safe area. Several fast food places within a 1-2 miles radius. Room was very comfortable, nicely decorated. Bathroom very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Continental breakfast was outstanding: eggs, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts, freshly made waffles, various muffins, etc. Absolutely recommend this new hotel. Excellent price/quality.

Very nice hotel near Cincinnati, 20 min west of the city on highway 74. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Price includes free breakfast, which has selection that can satisfy any taste. Staff is very friendly and helpful! There are many different businesses near by as well as supermarket. Area around is safe.

The hotel is very new, rooms, furniture bathroom aesthetics very nice. Location is suburb vibe. Best thing was hot breakfast just superb. Kudos to Ms. Sal who made best grits and Ms Linda slammed with bacon & Omelettes. Complimentary coffee & tea all day long. Great value for money we paid.
