If interested in a pool, good place.

The pictures online deceive the property and what they offer. Here I am thinking there would be more than one washer and dryer which I was ready to pay for but there was only one and one. It was constantly being used or had clothing in it while people did other things. There wasn’t enough seating for breakfast and then there were signs you couldn’t take it back to your room. Our door wouldn’t close properly in our room so we had to triple check and play with it to ensure it was closed and locked. My husband slipped on the freshly painted ramp outside during a rainstorm. Same elevator issue from months ago are still there. Luckily, we have patience and only used it 3 times a day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just the place is run down slightly and just really needs some TLC.

Great and convenient location. Close to Old Town park, Walgreens and plenty souvenir shops. Shuttle service (charter bus) was convenient for park opening hours. Plus, they offered complimentary laundry facilities and daily breakfast. Excellent customer service by Odette at the front desk. Will definitely return when in the area again.

Always very friendly staff and clean rooms. Very spacious rooms with a heated pool and nice hot tub. We have stayed numerous times and will return. Pet friendly and comfortable beds.

There was poop at the bottom of the pool. I made a complaint to the office desk. Next evening, I went to pool, still there. I called the desk, extremely dismissive and rude. Was not able to provide an answer, just said it is not poop, nut refused to provide an answer re what is at the bottom of the pool, why does it smell and why was it not picked and cleaned. Very dismissive and showed they do not care about customer’s concerns of public health. She kept saying I am just the front desk. Very disappointing how things are handled or not handled. The unit was nice.

We have been at this Hotel 4 times in the last 7 years. Everyone is so nice. The thing I don't like is you have to pay resort fees when you check in. Such as use of the pool, The Shuttle bus, and arcade. We Don't use these things. Everything should be included in the price. Would stay again. It is our preferred Hotel when in Kissimmee. It is close to Theme parks, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Great location.

Having coming here for many years, the rooms are beginning to look old and outdated. It still has a great location for the Disney parks and Old Town. I hope rhe owners invest in it a little more. I also wish they didn't NOW charge for daily parking, which they had never in the past on top of the resort fee which is high as well for the amenities offered. Also if you don't pay for parking I'm not sure where you can leave your vehicle.

Skeptical of the property at first because of the outside of the hotel, it doesn’t look really bad but I didn’t expect it to look so great and be so welcoming. Upon arrival the front desk agents were very nice and personable. Did a great explanation of the property and amenities. Once we got inside of the hotel the middle was buzzing with friendly people. The smell of the food was wonderful ! The pools and hot tub being in the middle of the property was a big highlight for my fiancé and I. I loved the fact there was a bar with food right by the pools so if we didn’t want to leave we didn’t have to. It was wonderful they kept the pool/bar area open until 10PM. The room was so clean. The only thing I wish could be different was the size of the bathroom. The room was clean, the bed sheets were perfect and soft. The bed was even great. It was a king size room. My whole body sank into the fluffiness of it. Amazing stay, I’ll definitely be back again.

Staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. We stayed for a week and outside of 1 night the hot tub wasn’t very hot it was perfect! (Mama needs the hot tub after walking them parks ALL day lol) But we made a call and by the next day it was fixed. I absolutely give them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and we will definitely be back soon. ~The Bartholomew’s❤️

Excellent hotel great staff very clean the room was better than expected. The breakfest was excellent. The bar was clean and fully stocked the bartender was super nice. The pool area and jacuzzi was super nice. The other park are kid of far buts its ok jus 30 minutes away resturants and fast food are all 5 minutes away

Hotel is in need of some serious upgrades, first night the room stunk of mildew and killed 2 roaches in the room. We were transferred to another room where we found 1 air conditioner was not working, maintenance came tried to fix ended up replacing it.

Need to clean the rooms better.

Old establishment. No upgrades done. Does not give a feeling of a clean property or rooms. Elevator smells musty and like industrial grease. Only saving grace is that it's walking distance to the convention center (15mins). Also, maybe this is all over Florida, but the tap/shower water smells sulphuric. Breakfast was decent. Good continental breakfast options. Beds were okay. Interior of rooms need proper scrubbing and upgrades. I would investigate other options before booking this one next time.

The property was always clean(pool,hot tub and they had clean towels available for the pool area). Free breakfast was good warm and choices to choose from. The rooms were always clean and fresh towels. Friendly staff laundry room was clean and always available. Overall we had a great experience.

I stayed in the two-bedroom suite, and it was incredibly spacious — perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. Everything was spotless, showing how well the staff maintains the property. The free breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of tasty options to start the day. The bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Pictures are deceiving! This was a run down motel not Royale Suites! Our 2 bedroom suite was roomy but disgustingly filthy! Our carpet was stained, old and dirty we had to wear shoes because if we wore our socks or barefoot the bottom of our feet were black! Yuck! People were running outside room and very loud. The buffet was gross and the line was unbelievably long, no place to sit and eat. We did enjoy how close it was to Old Town and the activities near by. But will not stay here or recommend

The hotel doesn't look like the pictures. It's dirty, and there's a constant old, stale smell throughout the building. The room's AC units are too loud to sleep through, and the sheets were dirty and stained. El hotel no es como se ve en las fotos, esta sucio y huele a viejo y sucio en todas partes, los A/C de la habitacion no dejan dormir del ruido y las sabanas estaban sucias y manchadas.

The property waa not in a good neighborhood to start. But tried to overlook that. Once we gotbinside thebrooms were disgusting. Filthy carpet and furnishings. As soon as you open thebdoor there is thia terrible smell and to top it off, we had 3 roaches crawling in the room. We booked for 4 nights and left aftwr the first night . Do Not Book. No matter the price.

I felt like I slept in an ashtray all night. The smell was AWFUL. The sheets smelled smoky, the towels, and the room smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. I HATE cigarette smoke and I would have insisted on being moved but we were so tired and there was a line at the front desk. The front desk staff didn’t have anyone to help her with the phones so she had to check people in and answer the phones. Also the elevator near our room was broken and we weren’t told about it. We didn’t use the pool or game room bc we were only there for a night. The buffet breakfast was good. They had the best orange juice!

Great value for the cost! We accommodated a family of 7 easily. My only complain is that the sofa bed is not that comfortable but other than that it was a great choice.

First time staying at this property because it’s more accessible than the one I usually stayed (without a car). Overall a below average stay, partly due to Expedia. Pros: -Close proximity to theme parks and other local attractions like old town -You can access the entire property without a car -Staff are pretty friendly Cons -Needs a lot of updates even inside the room; the fridge is pretty much a joke you are better off with placing perishable on top of the AC; the kitchen and bathtub drains slow, broken furnitures, flickering lights, grouts popping out on random places, stains on bathtub etc -I didn’t request house cleaning during my short stay, but I noticed a half/emptied spaghetti box in the top shelf which tells me housekeeping probably do not do a through cleaning between stays -Only limited utensils in the room including a couple spoons, NO FROKS, a couple knifes; when I called the front desk about it I was informed that this is normal and they will bring some over if requested- and we waited for so long I ended up walking to the front desk twice to request them -The elevator that’s closest to our room was constantly out of use and we had to take the stairs multiple times during our 2 nights stay The worst part of the stay was the check out. The free late check out that comes with my Expedia status wasn’t a guarantee and we were basically evicted from our room. Never ever in my life I was this humiliated. The $25 “compensation” from Expedia was an added insult.

It was difficult to sleep at night because of the noises from outside and the AC kicking on. The room was okay, but not very updated.

Nice layout to room, spacious. Nice having separate AC room controls in each room. Living room can use updating. Showers are slippery and there were no forks in the utensil drawer, only spoons. Couches were not comfortable.

I booked this location for the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout plus a sofa bed. Our suite was on the 5th floor. Thankfully our group was smaller and fit in the bedrooms because the sofa bed ended up being unusable—the cushions had a strong odor. The suite itself showed its age: wall-to-wall carpeting that never felt fully clean, a cramped kitchen, and a master bathroom with an awkward layout. The elevators were noisy and smelly. On the plus side, kitchen amenities in the suite were cleaned, the pool was relaxing, and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast room felt cramped, and the options were highly processed, though that seems standard for this hotel chain.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. The hotel itself was in poor condition, and to make matters worse, I was charged a pet fee even though I did not have a dog with me. This kind of oversight and added cost is unacceptable. I won’t be returning even though the pet fee was credited upon my dispute it was an inconvenience. Be aware of hotel fees and additional parking fees.

Overall the property was ok. The breakfast was nice but the lack of seating and not allowing you to take away was annoying. I had issie with housekeeping, once not closing out door after leaving so anyone could walk in and twice we got home from a very hot day at,theme parks and no house keeping so no clean towels for showers. There was also a safety issue with pubbles of water from air conditioners.

You can tell this is an older property that needs updates. They do keep it clean though. The 2 bedroom suite was convenient for the party I had but the pull out mattress was not the most comfortable

All staff were friendly and helpful. Could use more silverware in the room. Rooms clean, dark, and quiet. Very spacious. Breakfast a little different every day, which is great! Pool was nice and clean. Hours were grsat to enjoy after a long day.

Solid 4 star due to cleanliness, access location, comfort and convenience. No issues with our stay!

I loved that it’s walking distance from old town, and other places! Didn’t like that we had to pay a parking fee per night.

The property was centrally located for me, there's a lot you can do in the area.

With its close proximity to Disney World it made our family vacation a lot more enjoyable. Amenities and suites were perfect for those who have families or want to share rooms. Definitely worth coming back again.

It is my family’s second time stayed at Staybridge suites, it is very roomy and clean, with convenient location and a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance, close to theme parks as well. Great price fits family budget, I would highly recommend it.

The property was perfectly situated, allowing me to dive into a shopping spree at all my favorite stores in under thirty minutes! The convenience was exhilarating, making every outing an adventure ready to unfold!

The location was great because it’s close to a lot of places. Plenty to do around the area. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast is limited. The “omelets” are gross. They have staff that portions out the hot breakfast items, which is unusual. The resort fee/day is completely outrageous for the limited amenities that they have available. The parking lot had a lot of people that did not appear to be hotel guests standing around drinking and smoking for large periods of time. This hotel is very close to a mini amusement park. So it looks like some people are parking at the hotel and then walking over to the amusement park even though they are not guests. Due to all the extra people parking in the lot, we had a hard time finding a parking space. This hotel really needs gated security to make sure only hotel guests are parking in their lot. For the comparable price, Hilton’s Embassy Suites has full hot breakfast with made to order omelets, full hot breakfast, fresh fruit, with complimentary evening reception with drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and snacks in the evenings. We’ll be sticking with Embassy Suites.

Breakfast was great but will say be there early since there was always a line at the waffles. Pool hours were great for those who went to Disney and Universal and wanted to take a late swim. Check in was easy and front desk explained everything on the property well.

Room was a good size with kitchen. breakfast was a little better than most but we couldn't find anywhere to sit as it got full. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed staying here. Very nice property. Breakfast was good every morning and when we came down after 10 am and the ladies were cleaning up, the lady gave me two plates for us to each. Close to attractions. We never made it in the pool but the water felt warm when we stuck our feet in it. I recommend this resort and will stay here again.

Visited property Labor Day weekend 2024. Booked a two bedroom suite at this property for a party of 5 in order to visit Disney. The price was fair at $560 for 3 nights. We checked in about 15 minutes before the 4pm check in time. The suite was on the 3rd floor and was a bit dated but ample. One of the tv remotes needed batteries but other than that the a/c worked and the doors locked. The hotel sits off the road and near to Old Town (another story) and near what appeared to be an open lot that was being prepped for construction. It was about 15 to 18 minutes to the parks we wanted to go to. The late evening were a bit noisy with car engines whining outside from a nearby property. It eventually calmed down. There is a decent pool in the inside center of the property with landscaping, a pool bar and one could order food. There are also pool restrooms and a bin with clean towels. We also saw an arcade room attached to the restroom building. The included breakfast was where this property really needs to step up their game. It was horrible the three mornings we ate it. The posted menu reminded me of a boot camp chow line and looked very much the same. The menu changed but was similar if that makes any sense. The food was never hot and it was either cold sausage links one day or cold sausage patties the next. Never saw bacon or ham. The omelets were what looked like pre-frozen disks. Attention manager!
