Thames Riviera Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Room 203 has damp on the wall and smells of damp. Outside the windows are the hotel air conditioning units so the room has constant noise. The walls are also very thin so you can easily hear other guests. The room is a good size though. The mattress needs to be replaced and a tv remote provide. The room was clean. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good. The view from the restaurant was stunning.

Friendly approachable staff, room was tidy, tbf overall external appearance needs a touch up, but the service and room were nice, tidy, and no issues.

Second visit since February, staff are superb, can’t do enough for you. Perfect base to visit Windsor from, will definitely return again.

Absolutely fit for our purpose. One mistake in the restaurant was quickly corrected. Staff were excellent and the manager friendly and accommodating.

Pleasant night, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was OK but note there is a £6.00 charge. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Would stay again.
