Absolutely excellent stay ! The front desk was so nice and accommodating the free breakfast was delicious and amazing the room was wonderful and it was quiet and peaceful and I especially love the fire pit sitting area outside the gym was just perfect I will definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel !

I was looking forward to using the pool . It was the reason I booked this trip . I was never told the pool was closed for a month due to a broken heater

Please add some mats or other safety precautions around the pool which is extremely slippery. It is a matter of time before there is a major lawsuit. I saw multiple people slip and a child fell twice.

Everything you need for a family getaway… even a great pool!

I like this hotel very much. The room was very confortable, super spacious accommodate a family of four very confortable without bumping to each other. The only problem will be the only one TV. It is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, plates, cups stover ware, coffee maker with complimentary tea bras and coffee. Have a shower instead of a bathtub that I love since o don’t use bathtubs rather that my. Good breakfast a Lot to chose from. The pool is clean and the water is warm. The gym is good and there is a laundry room too! My only downside was the $200 hold on my CC for future possible damage to the property that is refundable once you check out. I will definitely go back to this hotel. The staff is very attentive too! 2 👍👍

Loved this hotel! Had a really nice pool which my girls enjoyed! The place was clean and there are rolling carts to put your luggage. The rooms were spacious and has a kitchen filled with silverware, glasses, and plates so helpful and a large fridge. There is laundry and a gym too. The staff was so nice and helpful. Definitely a place I will come back 😊

pool was cold and too much chlorine in it 77 degrees is too cold in the winter no hot tub , booked here for the water and even called ahead to verify it

We were hoping to use the pool which was one of the main reasons of choosing this hotel but when we got there we were told it was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was a little disappointing but overall the room was clean and the staff was welcoming and kind

Superb accommodation. Clean, big studio with big kitchenette, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and even dishes available if asked at reception. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is also huge. The breakfast is full one with waffles, coffee/tea, eggs, sausage, yogurt and a standard set that hilton usually offers. The staff are really friendly and I found the checkin and checkout was very easy and fast. I liked the fact that they also allowed me to pick the room as well as floor, very kind of them. They also offered us slightly earlier checkin and later checkout- not hours but still little bit did help. I found the hotel was quiet and nicely kept. I would def go back.

The hotel was clean but there was an odor and it was coming from the rugs. They should be shampooed often.

The staff was extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. Loved interacting with each person. The room smelled so bad of wet dog. Since we were only staying overnight, we didn’t say anything. Otherwise, we would have requested a different room. We understand pets are welcome at your hotel, however, we thought there would have been designated rooms that allowed pets so that folks without pets wouldn’t smell them. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. Mattresses were flimsy and lumpy.

They need to improve cleanliness and should take care of bedding and bed sheets. I had very bad experience with bug bite on my neck.

The sheets and even bare mattress smelled of urine. When I notified the front desk they were very helpful had my room switched.

Hotel & Room Spotless, loved having the kitchenette. It has everything you need. Skylur checked us in & out, very welcoming.

Place was loud. No noise barrier between rooms and place and room smelled like cigarettes' all night.

Me and my son have allergies on furs, dust, pollen and even the scents of too much of everything. I had itchiness last night on my neck and on my elbow... I smelled pee on the specific spot on the floor of our carpet in the room. I said to myself maybe I was wrong. But still went to the same area and 3 of us smelled it again. Few hours later coming back from the pool. Instead of smelling the chlorine, I still smelled the pee on the floor. I told my hubby, about the smell, like a dog's pee. Little did I know, I saw dogs walking on the hallway on a leash. And I said this is the answer, they allowing dogs in the hotel. I took care of my itchiness, put calamine lotion on my elbow and neck and it stopped after an hour. I called the front desk and nobody answered the phone. I called after 7 pm or 7:30 pm. just to tell them that the room stinks. We saw a BROWN STAIN on the floor very close to the tv and the dining roller table. I put a paper towel on it just in case that is a poop stain or whatsoever. This is my last time to buy and pay for Hilton Hotel.... we have already a 7-PAID vacation days as VVIP member, and 1 day gift.... We will never go back to a hotel that allows dogs again. I CAN not refund the 7days anymore... I love Hilton, but I love my health and my family's health first than anything. Thank you.

Excellent, new and very comfortable hotel. Wonderful room, plenty of space. Clean and a cozy large bed. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We loved our stay.

This property is is usually great. But this time they put me near the elevator and i didnt sleep at all. The day was already a mess and i just wanted to sleep but i couldnt because of the chiming of the elevator noise. Please for the love of god, make it silent

We had to vacate our home for a few days and this hotel was perfect. It was much cheaper than out east but convenient to the expressway. The size of the room was great and the kitchenette was extremely useful. We took advantage of breakfast and using the lobby to get some work done. Our kids enjoyed the pool. We even walked around the area to explore the many housing complexes.

Wi-Fi wasn’t great

Room was fine. However located next to an outside door and had to listen to everyone going in an out all day a night. Also, people were smoking right outside the door. And were greeted to the smell of cigarette smoke when ever going in and out of the room. Would have called to change rooms but had my to small kids on my own and moving to another room would have been a nightmare

The king size bed was very hard and uncomfortable . The couch wasn’t comfortable either.

We requested a refund from Hilton but they said we have to go through Expedia and they said there is validity. We arrived Friday and the room was hot. The AC wasn’t working and because it wasn’t fixed until Saturday evening, we couldn’t use the kitchen and had to spend money for lunch and dinner because the room was uncomfortably muggy. The hotel has record of everything. They had to swap the entire unit Saturday evening while we were in the room. We understand things happen and will use Hilton and Expedia again, but expect a full refund based on not being able to use our room the entire stay. Thanks in advance.

The man at the desk was very rude, my mom was in a wheel chair. We had all our luggage and i just drove 4.5 hours ...i asked if he could help us get to the elevator..he refused! And not a single person was in the lobby...it was so aweful, i was crying when i got to rhe room..

Decent hotel with overall very nice staff but would probably not stay here again. Weather in the area postponed our Sunday tournament games to the afternoon but the hotel even though clearly not near capacity on a Sunday refused to let us pay for a late check out and the hotel supervisor instead insisting that we pay for another night if we had wanted a 12:30pm departure. Many other choices in the area…

The breakfast was ok if you like continental stuff. Eggs were precooked so if you like that….no gluten free options except yogurt and fruit. Staff was slow to respond to noise complaints that never were truly handled. If you have children with you please do not let them jump off the beds after 10:30.

There were some issues with the room, i did text the number to let them know that night. There was no response, i did need to leave as we were running late so i did not get to mention that i never heard from them until the second night. They told me they would call the room after they get it sorted or to just update me and they didn't call, my husband went down to get a bag and to double check. However when we spoke to Olivia in the morning she was amazing in every sense of the word. She was so apologetic about the situation and explained what she would be doing to make it right. It is thanks to her that i will stay at home2 again.

Our power will go out every night and they would have to reset the breaker. It would happen almost at the same time each night and each night, they would ask what we were doing that would cause this. We didn't have anything on including the AC, or anything else. The only thing plugged in was my phone charger. They also would not make your bed every day claiming they were short staffed. You had to call each morning and request that it be done and sometimes it wouldn't be done even if you requested it. If you're short staffed then either shut the hotel down or lower the price.

There was no one at the front desk so that I could check in, and there was a man waiting in front of me. He said he had been there for 10 minutes with no sign of anyone caring or working there. A pregnant women came down also to ask some questions, she said she had been calling the desk for an hour with no one answering. The only way we got someone's attention was I went to the office behind the checkin desk, grabbed a walkie talkie and announced that there were customers at the front desk that needed attention. Then a very busy and apologetic young man came running, holding pillows. He said it was just him and 1 other guy trying to handle it all and that no other employees were in the building. It was around 7 pm 5/29/24. You need to properly staff the building and have someone at the check in desk at all times, or at least able to be gotten hold of sooner. At least put a bell at the desk that we could ring.

This was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in my life! I’m from Long Island but live in FL now. I traveled here for some family events and a NKOTB concert. The hotel itself from the outside is very nice and the landscaping is beautiful. When you walk in you get a wow factor. They’ve got everything! The best part is the manager, Olivia has got to be the best human being on the planet! I unfortunately had my flight cancelled due to tropical storm Debby and had to rebook my flight but there was nothing until Friday. So I rushed back here to see if there were available rooms and sure enough there was. I got lucky for another 3 nights here. I had already been here 5! Not only did she help me out on a nice discount, she gave me a ton of snacks and checked on me a few times. I was a mess and stressed out and coming back here was the best decision. I feel safe and relaxed here, no noise, and the new Walmart is here too which is convenient. They really did a good job building this. It used to be all woods here years ago. Definitely recommend staying here and when I come home again I’ll be staying here for sure!

Very nice and convenient location.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. Very nice, big room, nicely decorated. Will definitely consider staying again if in the area. Appreciate free breakfast, free parking. It is in a residential area though, not much around (there is a Walmart next door).

New, clean and quiet. The pool and outdoor areas were lovely. The breakfast was great. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere, so plan on driving!

Friendly staff, spacious and beautiful room, quiet and comfortable, great breakfast, close to walmart and highway, sweet air in the neighborhood.

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was good enough. The staff was nice and it was a clean room/lobby. It's in a convenient location as there are shops and restaurants around, but the construction happening (in March 2025) was inconvenient. I was having trouble breathing, even inside the hotel, and trying to walk around was annoying since there were fences everywhere making it harder to traverse the area.

We were very happy with this hotel. The "new" condition was excellent and the room was quite clean. We liked the selection of breakfast items and the size of the dining area, which had various seating options. The location next to the Walmart shopping center was quiet and provided easy access to the highway.

The hotel was wonderful! It was spotless when I entered the room and the full kitchen was a plus. Everyone there was VERY helpful and the breakfast was good with many choices. They have cold drinks to buy, snack foods and even frozen foods to cook in the room. The bed was super comfortable, the best that I've had in a hotel in a long time. I would not hesitate to stay at a Home2 Suites by Hilton again. In fact, given the choice among hotels, I would pick this one!

Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Continental breakfast was ok. If you are a big breakfast eater, plan on going to a restaurant.
