Stayed here for the indoor pool and only upon our arrival did we find out it was closed. Disappointing because there are better priced hotels in the area but chose this for a pool that was closed.

The pool was not open.The walls have cracks in them in the bathroom that looks like mold. There was construction on the floor above us. Hammering at 7 am. I am not happy at all with this hotel. The only reason i chose this hotel was the pictures of the pool when we got there it was closed.

The room was nice and clean initially they gave me a room facing the indoor pool which I didn't like and they gladly changed my room. I appreciate it that bed was very comfortable. I was a little bit, disappointed that the pool was open so late 10:00 PM and there was a lot of screaming children at play To me, that's a late hour for all that noise echoing I guess all hotels are pretty noisy, but the hallway was rather noisy on the Saturday night. I guess it's not so bad if you're not an early to bed person overall it what's a friendly place

Room 228 two queen beds was dirty and had a strong smell to it. I noticed the sheets and pillow cases were not clean on at least one of the beds. There were pubic hairs in and on the sheets. The Jacuzzi didn't work at all for us during our stay it was COLD and not heated as advertised. Staff was not helpful.

The room was very dirty and smelled like mildew. There was no light left on when i opened the door when I first got there. Also, the door to the stairway, i was not able to open it. That's scarey if there was an emergency and could not use the elevators. I was unable to use the pool. It was locked up and the key was not to be found. The lady at the checkin and checkout was nice but was constantly texting or on her phone.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The location is right off the PA Turnpike & the place has a lot of rooms. The cleanliness is good & the pool, hot tub, & fitness room are great! The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered for extra $ was well-worth it! We will definitely be back on our next trip.

Lobby smells like chlorine, rooms are filthy, carpets had blood stains, hair in bathrooms, curtains are sheer so if you window faces lobby there are bright lights in your room all night, pillows are flat. Would not recommend staying here.

Ive stayed at this location once a month for the past year for a total of 10 stays. While the location is convenient for my needs. The place has been undergoing a remodel, i have not seen, heard or smelled any type of renovation. This particular room was the worst in terms of cleanliness but this particular room was the best because the shower actually drained. I wasnt standing in a foot of water while i tried to shower. I will stay there again because it fits my needs.

The bathroom floor was a bit ditty. Especially behind the bathroom door. Room smelled like dogs had been there although we were told the room was animal free. And the tub drain was broken. We were also awaken around 7am by a dog barking & whining in the room across the hall.

The front desk clerk was pleasant & helpful. The place desperately needs updating. It’s rather shabby. I can deal with shabby if it was clean, but the place is filthy! The hallway & room carpet is stained & has cigarette burns ( how long has it been since you could smoke in public places?). The bathroom was disgusting. See pictures! If we had been able to find another hotel, we would not have stayed there. Not good!

It was a good stay, but if you aren't traveling with kids, know that the lobby has a pool and can be extremely loud with kids. We were worried about the noise but all was quiet in our room.

Room is comfortable and clean, we have 2 double bed and each got 4 pillows. The only problem is the bed is too high. You need to jump up to get to bed. It would be a problem for old people to do that. Bathroom is very clean and the shower is great.

We stayed two nights in room 230 which was directly over the front lobby desk. Check in was smooth and clerk very friendly. I was woken around 3 am from loud base noise and music coming from the hotel lobby desk. I called front desk and asked if they could turn the music down and he did. The second night, there was no music so grateful that this didn't occur again. The room was comfortable but noise from slamming doors in hall way around 6:45 am got me up a bit earlier than I wanted. I would not stay here again due to the noise level as I am a light sleeper. I had asked for a quiet room at check in, so not sure what happened. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. I did notice the door to the cabinet for the minifridge needed the hinge repaired as door was almost falling off.

Liked: Large room, great shower, friendly staff. Disliked: Bed (king) sank in middle, cover did not fit bed (too short), AC unit made loud clunking noise each time it started up, the 2 elevators t0o far apart and no indicator as to which one was going to open.

After staying at this hotel, I was shocked it was a Holiday Inn. It was not up to the standard of any IHG hotel I had ever stayed in. First, the pros- comfortable bed and pillows, friendly hotel employees. The cons- the pool is in the front lobby. Literally. The first room we were given, we were unable to change the thermostat to make it cooler in the room. Front desk staff said it was easier to move us then to change the battery or have someone check that we were doing it correctly. So we changed rooms. Even though it was 11:30 PM. New room had no coffee maker but all the coffee pods and creamers. Towels had a very funky smell. There are absolutely zero amenities in these rooms. Lotions and soaps are bolted to the walls. No informational folder about the area and the hotel restaurant. No wifi password. No even a card to tell you what channels were on the TV. I left my kindle on the bed. I live out of state. When I got home and unpacked and realized it, I called the hotel. They refused to see if it was turned in. I have to report it on some third party website. They'll "get back to me," if they find it. I'll be calling the manager during business hours for sure. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. Very subpar and disappointing experience.

weve been here several times a year past few years. we pay the 20 dollars per couple for breakfast, but this time there was no person making omellettes, not a big deal, but we pay for the breakfast for that reason. the hotel in renovating upper floors so we couldnt get a room with king bed nor sitting area, so we were forced into a queen sized room......when I booked it said standard room king or queen. very dissapointing.....if I would have known on website how limited the rooms were due to renovations I wouild have booked different hotel, there was no mention on any website. especially not expedia, and expedia should mention that rooms are limited and most likely not going to get a king room due to renovations....and when we got there early, we know check in isnt until 3, but the way the front desk said, you know check in isnt until 3, and probably wont be ready before.....gimme a break, ok. I dont need to be told like a child with his hand in the cookie jar.....the correct way would have been for her to say, sorry, rooms are getting cleaned, Ill let you know as soon as it is ready, Ill text you. I think Im done with this hotel next time to area. there are a c ouple of chain hotels in ephrata area that is a bit further but whats 10 minutes out of our way....the rest of staff we bumped into the next 2 days were fine. room was clean enough, old fashioned tub shower no walk in shower....

This was a very decent hotel. My original room was a connecting room with a very thin wood door between the rooms and I could hear everything going on in the room next to me. I went back to check in and asked the receptionist for a new room in a quieter area of the hotel, and she quickly and politely provided me with a new room. Checkout was a breeze with a simple drop of the key card into a box on the ledge of the check in desk.

They have a casino right across the street with no shuttle, the food places around the place close pretty early with a limited option. Going to check out two of us were waiting on the staff to come to the window to the point we had to yell outback to get there attention.

Check in was great, quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Room was just OK from a cleanliness standpoint. Some light switches had “something” on them. Pain was peeling on the corners of the walls. Room never felt warm enough despite having the heat set to 80. Breakfast was, in a word, pathetic. First, our room rate included breakfast for both days, but there was no breakfast service on our second day. We were thankful as what we were served on both days was dry powdered eggs and soggy bacon, soggy sausage and soggy French toast. If we had paid the $12.95pp we would have been livid.

Room very clean! Good water pressure! Quiet! The bartenders made delicious drinks! Delicious fries, burgers, large soft pretzel delightful to nibble on with two good dipping sauces! So close to Hollywood Casino! Lots to do in this area!
