Firstly. This 5* hotel DOES NOT SELL ALCOHOL OF ANY DESCRIPTION. Secondly. The driveway from the town to the hotel lobby is a 200 metre 1 in 2 incline. Totally unsuitable for anyone with a heart ❤️ condition or mobility problems. Absolutely rediculous that the hotel offers no transfer support. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable I did not sleep for 3 nights. This hotel over sold and under delivered. Avoid.

I have two point to highlight 1. Breakfast- have a lot of choice but the menu & taste so average. Nasi lemak & sambal total failed. 2. Hairdryer so old & kettle is dirty ( filter section ) I expected everything to be good because this hotel very new in Cameron. But it’s ok, I’m not really upset. Sorry if my word is harsh for you. I don’t have problem with other services.Only that there is room for improvement.I am not willing to be call for the things I said. Thank you..

Excellent hotel. There seems to be a debate whether it's a 5 star hotel or a 3.5 star hotel, but I think 3.5 stars is a good compromise. And it's the best one in this category. Might be pricier compated to other nearby hotels, but it's far higher quality and in a very convenient location. It has a great breakfast that our room came with mixing Western and local cuisines. The room is spacious and has a great balcony and great bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room generally good but surprised no hair dryer. View is great, unfortunately Cameron highlands has too much construction going on. Front desk personnel polite. Thank you. Restaurant staff will require more training for a 5 star hotel. Not attentive : -waiter does not stay in the big dinning area so hard to get some service - only serve dishes. No initiative to get extra plate / bowl when was obviously sharing - pizza served with no chilli flakes and tobasco sauce. In fact, has not heard of tobasco sauce. - Disappeared fast after food served.

The hotel is new and is strategically located where you can easily walk out for meals or getting some basic items from the convenience stores. I think the staff needs more training to build a more hospitality working culture but I do appreciate that the hotel is located in a place where staffing may be hard to come by.

Zimmer sind schön. Das Frühstück bietet Vielfalt, ist geschmacklich aber durchschnittlich. Mich stört am meisten, dass es jedes mal ein Problem darstellt, eine vernünftige Firmenrechnung zu erhalten. Bei der Buchung wird man gefragt, ob man im Voraus zahlen möchte oder in der Unterkunft. Letzteres ist teurer, aber notwendig, weil sonst keine steuerliche Rechnung vom Hotel ausgestellt werden kann. Fuktioniert in fast jedem Hotel problemlos, nur im Zenith muss man lange Erklären und diskutieren. Einfach nur nervig und fast schon ein Grund, das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel zu wählen.

Excellent hotel with amazing views The staff were helpful and friendly The breakfast was good with lots of choices The location was good with everything within walking distance The only drawback was the hill to the hotel . My parents are old physically disabled and they struggled to get up the hotel . The wheelchair was an iPhone but I had to come up to get it and then go back down

The beds were so hard and uncomfortable I did not sleep for 3 nights. This hotel over sold and under delivered. Avoid.

Excellent hotel with amazing views The staff were helpful and friendly The breakfast was good with lots of choices The location was good with everything within walking distance The only drawback was the hill to the hotel . My parents are old physically disabled and they struggled to get up the hotel . The wheelchair was an iPhone but I had to come up to get it and then go back down

Excellent hotel. There seems to be a debate whether it's a 5 star hotel or a 3.5 star hotel, but I think 3.5 stars is a good compromise. And it's the best one in this category. Might be pricier compated to other nearby hotels, but it's far higher quality and in a very convenient location. It has a great breakfast that our room came with mixing Western and local cuisines. The room is spacious and has a great balcony and great bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay. Room cleaning can be improved. Toilets not cleaned. Used glasses not washed & just left around as they are. Breakfast was same daily, cold & not tasteless

I have two point to highlight 1. Breakfast- have a lot of choice but the menu & taste so average. Nasi lemak & sambal total failed. 2. Hairdryer so old & kettle is dirty ( filter section ) I expected everything to be good because this hotel very new in Cameron. But it’s ok, I’m not really upset. Sorry if my word is harsh for you. I don’t have problem with other services.Only that there is room for improvement.I am not willing to be call for the things I said. Thank you..

Zimmer sind schön. Das Frühstück bietet Vielfalt, ist geschmacklich aber durchschnittlich. Mich stört am meisten, dass es jedes mal ein Problem darstellt, eine vernünftige Firmenrechnung zu erhalten. Bei der Buchung wird man gefragt, ob man im Voraus zahlen möchte oder in der Unterkunft. Letzteres ist teurer, aber notwendig, weil sonst keine steuerliche Rechnung vom Hotel ausgestellt werden kann. Fuktioniert in fast jedem Hotel problemlos, nur im Zenith muss man lange Erklären und diskutieren. Einfach nur nervig und fast schon ein Grund, das nächste mal ein anderes Hotel zu wählen.

Overall, my experience with the service was somewhat disappointing and I hope the hotel can improve in these areas. The housekeeping could have been more thorough. On some occasions the room was not cleaned properly, the towels were not changed and the amenities were not replenished I also experienced some delays with service. When I requested a towel and locker key to use the sauna, it took approximately 30 minutes and 4 follow up calls before the towel was provided. Additionally the hotel had run out of pool towels, so a staff member had to get one from another cleaned room I understand that hotels can sometimes experience busy periods or staffing challenges but I hope these issues can be addressed to provide a better experience for future guests.

Location was very good. Breakfast was very good. Staff generally good, but check in staff was disinterested and not really listening. Gym should have water available. Our family suite was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony. However, 2 of the cups in room not washed on check-in! Can be noisy with 6am prayers (broadcasted with speakers by mosque near hotel). Earplugs were not effective in blocking the sound.

I stayed there for three nights. On the first day, there was no shampoo and bathing gel in the bathroom; I called the housekeeper. On the second day, when I returned from my tour in the afternoon, I saw my bed was packed neatly but all my towels and floor cloth was gathered in a pile at the entrance of the bathroom. I called the housekeeper as I need to bathe…. I don’t understand why but the staff are helpful to replace the items quite promptly.
