Hot tub was closed for repairs for the three days I was there. I kept asking and they said it would be fixed soon. Breakfast was below average for a comparable place. Rooms were nice though.

The pool was closed for maintenance and I would have canceled had I known that ahead of time! I was traveling with my kids and four grand daughters and they wear in tears. When I asked for some kind of explanation or adjustment none was offered and I was told they could t do anything because I booked through a third party. I had laid up front and regret that now. This is a town I grew up in. So angry and disappointed. Soemthing should have been done. It was an expensive stay with only half the services!

We were only there for one night. It was clean, convenient, the staff were pleasant, the amenities were above average. We enjoyed the hot tub in the morning before resuming our travels.

Decent swimming pool. Room had trash under the beds when we arrived. Hot tub being repaired. Gentleman walked into room without knocking, because door was propped open.

Very clean inside and out. Linens were nice. One weird thing is that a food smell (not really pleasant) permeated the entire building; we were on the second floor. Breakfast was ok, nothing wrong with it, just average.

We were just here for a quick overnight stay, so we didn’t need much. The common rooms of the hotel were nice and seemed updated, but the room itself was definitely lacking. The bathroom in particular was not up to par. When we first came into the room, the bathroom door was closed, and that is likely because there was a smell to the bathroom that never left. It smelled like urine, or like a nursing home. We had to leave the door shut the whole time and barely even wanted to shower. The dispenser for the conditioner had either fallen off or been ripped off the shower wall and was just sitting in the shower. The beds were hard and the pillows pretty terrible. It’s winter in Minnesota and the beds had a sheet and a very thin blanket and nothing else. Not a comfortable stay at all.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy even though they were busy. Room definitely could have been cleaner. Got in to the room and immediately noticed toothpaste splatter all over the sink faucet and mirror. Found Listerine breath mints on the floor next to the bed and a soap box (that had been sitting there for who knows how long) on the top shower ledge. There was also a very noticeable and very sticky spot on the carpet in front of the chair. Pool and hot tub area was clean, but there was so much chlorine in the hot tub that it burnt my skin and turned my black swimsuit bottom grey.

Options are slim in this area and the prices are low, so I can’t complain too much. It was in the 90s this weekend and there seems to be no AC in the main building, only the rooms. Our AC was also not on when we got there, so we’re going into a stuffy 90+ degree room after traveling. It was also not the cleanest ( the eye-level shelf where I was about to set my stuff out of the way was covered in dust. The beds were not very comfy, and you could hear the springs crying as you sat down lol. It was a place to rest our head and it served its purpose. Nothing egregious, but leaves a lot to be desired.

I had human feces and toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived into the room there was still garbage in the trash cans, and there were no shampoo for you to wash your hair with. It was only body wash and conditioner. The air conditioner was noisy and when I turn the heater on it smelt like it was going to burn up, I talked to the person at the desk to see if I can get a discount with all this and he said he couldn’t give me a discount because I already got a discount from Travelocity, and then the day I was about ready to leave. My fiancé was getting ready to go in the person cleaning the rooms try to come into my room without even knocking, and my fiancé was still partially undressed, and I went out to ask what she needed, and she would not answer me. She just looked at me and stared, I talk to the front desk about that and I guess it’s happened more than once, and when I was checking out, there is two other people that were very dis-appointed about the motel

The clerk was condescending, told me there was no king bed, that I had reserved, because the hotel was full which was a lie. There were 4 cars in the parking lot and later told my husband there were only 4 guests. The toilet in our room had not been cleaned. The food looked old so we didn't eat there. Not a good experience at all.

We were both pleasantly impressed with our room. It was very clean, and everything was in wonderful. The only thing that needed some attention was the deadbolt lock. It didn’t lock completely. The extra door lock locked so we weren’t too worried. We would definitely stay there again, but just make sure our rooms deadbolt locked all the way.

The water heater was broken so we had to take cold showers. I did appreciate the guy at the front desk telling us this becofe we officially checked in. Our room door wouldnt shut and I had to push against it to close. The lock (under the handle) didnt work on the door. Our room was really nice, however, our pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool was great and my daughter loved it. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine was broken.

The blind didn’t block out the light shining into the room. The blind was so old it cracked when trying to tighten to block out light. The t.v. didn’t work even after speaking with the front desk. On a good note, the breakfast was great and so were the staff.

When I arrived @ 9 PM, I was informed that there wasn\'t hot water but that it would be restored by midnight. I didn\'t think it would be a big deal as I wasn\'t in need of it until the morning. However, in the morning, it was still very cold water. The front desk personnel were completely unsympathetic when I asked for a discount or other consideration. They showed no remorse for the cold water and didn\'t even offer an apology. They almost appeared to have a smirk on their face about it. The final thing is that when I opened the door to my room, it was very musty-smelling. My immediate thought was, "Where is the mold?" I was tired, and given my experience at the check-in, I didn\'t waste any time asking for another room. I didn\'t want to put them out by asking for something.

Adequate for an evening stay. Room was well furnished with comfortabke bedding. Only dining option in walking distance was a DQ. Breakfast bar was not well attended. Ran out of coffee and bread, no pastry items or gravy. Elevator did not work but luckily there was a room on the first floor.
