Proche de l aeroport cette hotel nous a permis de passer une première nuit dans un cadre tres correct avec un tres bon rapport qualite prix acceuil tres sympathique le personnel est avenant souriant, grande chambre bien équipé et une belle piscine.

Overall was a lovely experience, beautiful place with swimming pools. Was very close to a bus stop and also a 10/15 min walk to Fira and local shops and restaurants. Only downside was the villa restaurant was quite expensive compares to local restaurants and some rooms don’t have a kitchen, kettle or microwave, also no drinking water was provided.

Quiet and lovely- very clean and terrific staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Room has a little kitchenette with a great outdoor area from each room. Bar, pool and restaurant all great.

From arriving at the hotel nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The family room as fantastic, breakfast at the restaurant was great and the girls loved the pool.

This property has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The staff was really helpful and kind. We checked out at 11.00 and they let us use the pool till late in the evening which was amazing, specially for our little one. This was our second stay with Villa Manos and definitely we will come back again. I highly recommend Villa Manos.

Also there should have been soap at the room and there wasn’t,bottle of water should have been there also for especially beginning of stay. The buss is close but it’s dangerous road especially at night also supermarkets u should take the buss to karterados to shop, u can walk there but as said the road is very dangerous especially for children so keep in mind.

Hôtel agréable et personnel au top. leur seul souci, rendre notre séjour agréable : On nous a proposé un repas à plus de minuit quand notre avion a atterrit, les transferts à l'aéroport, de garder nos sacs le jour de notre départ et même d'attendre à la piscine et de prendre une douche en attendant notre avion qui ne décollait qu'à 23h (alors que la chambre était rendu depuis 11h). Le personnel du bar-restaurant est exceptionnel : très agréable et généreux, ils nous ont offert 3 verres de vin au bord de la piscine et un yogourt aux fruits frais et miel au petit déjeuner. Je recommande plus plus Les petits moins ne sont pas de la responsabilité de l'hôtel : l'environnement est sale (comme tout Santorin d'ailleurs) et la route pour aller à Fira à pied est dangereuse car il n'y a pas de trottoir

The staff and the owners of the hotel were very helpful, I arrived very late because the flight was delayed and they kept in constant contact with me, the food was good, the pool and jacuzzi were a plus, I recommend this hotel with confidence.

The room Was clean along with daily housekeeping. The hotel is run by a family and they were rude as we arrived early because of our flight we waited in the reception, the owner Poppy the name I think kept telling us to go sit by the pool instead, because they didn’t want us to see or hear everything whiles others was checking out. Never eat or drink at the hotel as it was expensive so we always went out instead to eat, and just once we ask for ice and 2 cups they said they don’t have much ice so we got 1 single ice per cup, just minute's after we saw they brought out to someone a full glass of ice with coke. They also always watching you and talking to each other about you which was very strange, my daughter was walking towards the reception way just walking around and one staff stopped her to ask where she going. They pester you at the pool a lot, starts a conversation being nice and next you hear they trying to get you to buy something at the restaurant/bar. The mother (owner) very rude and stressed every day

티라에서조금덜어진곳을선택했는것이 참, 잘한것같았어요 .20분정도걸어서 갈수있고 버스타니 2유로로 5분걸렸어요. 청결했고, 조용하고, 친절했으며,..첵크아웃할때 와인1병도무료로주시는것을 저희는 짐이무거워 거절했지만 마음이따스함을느겼어요...대체적으로만족스러웠어요...

We truly enjoyed our stay. The owners are truly lovable folks who helped us in so many ways to make our stay better. They gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy. The view of the sea from our balcony was unreal. The town of Fira is about 20 minutes walk so rented a car for two days to enjoy the breathtaking scenery around the island. They have a restaurant of their own and also there are couple very close to the property. I will definitely recommend this property!

What a gem of a place to find. We only stayed overnight on our way to Naxos but each and every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. It’s such a lovely hotel. Would 100% recommend. They made sure that we caught our ferry easily on the following day. After a very short walk, there is a bus stop for the short ride into Fira. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed

Nous avons réservé une chambre de 6 lits, nous somme arrivés à 5. Et en effet lors de la réservation une erreur a été faite c’était noté 4 pers. Au moment de l’enregistrement la gérante nous demande de payer 100e en cash pour rajouter la personne en plus hors j’ai payé une chambre avec 6 lits ce qui convenait pour ma famille. S’en ai suivit des appels à hôtel.com et malgré cela elle en démordait pas elle voulait absolument ces 100e cash .. ensuite cela a baissé à 80e puis 50e que j’ai fermement refusé. Elle a été d’une violence inouïe devant mes 3 enfants, on a attendu 3h30 pour récupérer les clés de la chambre. Après un dernier échange avec hotel.com qui essayait de lui faire comprendre qu’une chambre pour 6 était adapté pour ma famille que je n’avait rien à ajouter car le tarif n’évolue pas par personne mais au nombre de lits. Elle nous a finalement donné les clés en hurlant qu’elle nous rendait service et en nous jetant les clés mais cela ne s’arrête pas là car on lui a fait la réflexion qu’en 3 semaines dans les Cyclades c’est la première fois qu’on est reçu de cette manière. Et là elle se met à hurler elle nous reprend les clés et nous hurle que c’est son hôtel et qu’elle fait ce qu’elle veut. Mes enfants sont choqués .On lui demande de faire un effort pour les enfants qui étaient épuisés du voyage.. elle nous balance finalement les clés ! Elle a gâché leur dernier jour 😡 On est rentré dans la chambre choqué a 19h30 ! C’était notre dernière nuit après 3 semaines !

Excellent location—two-minute walk to the bus stop. This is a 30-minute walk to Fira Central Bus Station, so it helps to be close to the bus stop.
