Highly recommended for family stays. It is very conveniently located next to the train station, and both bus and tram stops are right at the doorstep. As a flat, it was unconventionally spacious. Plenty of storage space. Large bathroom with a bathtub, and kitchen with ammenities to do our own cooking. There was a senior lady on the Reception when we arrived. She was not friendly at all, and made us feel unwelcome. However, the other 2 people (2 younger males) who were there for the remainder of our stay were super kind and helpful. Very conveniently located hotel for shopping and for walks to the main tourist spots. We'd always go back if travelling in or around Montpellier.

Nous avons adoré l’endroit. Nous avions un studio au 3e étage dans l’édifice A (très important car le B a vraiment besoin d’amour), avec une immense terrasse et très clair (A-307, meilleur place !) Personnel très accommodant. Très bien situé, près de la Place de la Comédie, des restos et des centres d’achats. Le seul hic, cuisine très peu équipée.

Chambre insalubre, à peine nettoyée après le passage du précédent. Installations abîmées et sales (bouilloire encore remplie, éponge salle, déchets alimentaires dans le recoin en bas du frigo, salle de bain salle dans chaque recoin, papier toilette et boîte de mouchoirs utilisés et abîmés…). Toutes les installations sont abîmé t’es pr des coups, des taches ou de l’humidité dans la salle de bain. Il fait une chaleur atroce et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, j’ai dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Horrible !

Everything was great, good location, literally right outside of the tram stop to make several different connections, walking distance to centre, staff were very nice, room was nice and big and clean... Only thing is the air conditioning system was very weak and couldn't cool the room properly. Everything else was great!

AC could have been better,, but hotel staff excellent at finding us a room with good AC. Also wasn't aware of no daily room turnover service. Staff very helpful, would stay again.

Suite spacieuse et calme. Bonne literie, Coin cuisine appréciable. Personnel d’accueil efficace et souriant. Le ménage est minimaliste (en branchant mon téléphone j’ai déplacé la table de chevet et j’ai vu que c’était sale) mais globalement c’est correct. Dommage que le forfait 24h avec le parking proche ne soit pas communiqué avant l’arrivée. C’est une galère pour atteindre l’hôtel et une autre pour se garer

Séjour agréable. A 2min à pied de la gare saint Roch et à 1 min à pied des quatre lignes de tram. Pas le quartier le plus sympa de Montpellier. Ma chambre était propre et bien agencé. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Consigne bagage disponible à l’hôtel - tres pratique, surtout que l’hôtel est à côté de la gare principale.
Séjour agréable. A 2min à pied de la gare saint Roch et à 1 min à pied des quatre lignes de tram. Pas le quartier le plus sympa de Montpellier. Ma chambre était propre et bien agencé. Charming receptionist. My feet were black from walking barefoot as the room was dirty. Soap was empty and the furniture are showing a lot of aging. Really great price and perfect location, but I doubt I will book it again.

La chambre n’est pas en bon état : traces de sang sur les murs, murs sales de manière générale, humidité dans la salle de bain, bac du lavabo fissuré, meubles de la salle de bain qui se désintègrent…. Couloirs très sales et odorants. Les ustensiles du micro onde sales et rouillés. La taille de la chambre est fidèle à la description. La literie est correcte.

L’hôtel est bien situé, dans le centre-ville de Montpellier, sur ça, rien à dire. Concernant la chambre, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, celle-ci était sale, la moitié des lumières ne fonctionnaient pas, nous avons retrouvé des cheveux/poils dans la salle de bain. Et concernant le petit-déjeuner, ça ne vaut pas les 16€, il y a très peu de choix. Bref ! Je ne retournerai plus là-bas.

Für mich eigentlich das perfekte Hotel: habe von MP aus per Zug die Gegend erkundet (Nîmes, Carcassonne, Avignon etc.) und dafür ist die Lage in unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe unschlagbar. Das Studio war wunderbar groß, auch das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne). Küchenzeile war super praktisch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Zimmer ruhig und sauber. Die Gänge sind unglaublich warm, Zimmer war aber sehr angenehm. Frühstück war völlig okay (außer der fehlenden Milch im Kaffeevollautomaten, aber gut...). Kurz: sollte es mich wieder nach MP verschlagen (und MP ist definitiv mehr als eine Reise wert), würde ich versuchen, dort nochmal unterzukommen.

OK hotel. The good points Great location. Nice courtyard. The negatives Check in wasn't particularly friendly, it felt like the staff were just going through the motions. Didn't let check in start till exactly 3pm, not a minute earlier. Don't be fooled by the beautiful looking rooms on the website, whilst very spacious the room we had was very dull with little natural light. The bathroom/toilet had a slide door which would only half close, then was difficult to open ; partner was almost locked in. The shower screen was around 2cm too short which meant floor got very wet when showering. Door card had to be reset each day in the afternoon, which is either deliberate or just amateur.

Tout s’est bien passé. Appartement propre. Accueil convivial. Le bâtiment est très sympa. Les distributeurs automatiques à l’accueil sont appréciables. L’endroit en plein centre, à quelques pas de la gare est appréciable. Attention juste aux oreilles sensibles : on entend la sonnette du tram à chaque départ, arrivée ou danger… et ça fait beaucoup de sonnettes ! Prenez des bouchons d’oreille au cas où.

I arrived at hotel and the lovely lady at the counter was very kind to let me leave my luggage while I explored the city. She was also very patient as I practiced my French! I’m here attending a language course and she made me feel welcome. I love Montpellier! I will recommend! ✨

OK hotel. The good points Great location. Nice courtyard. The negatives Check in wasn't particularly friendly, it felt like the staff were just going through the motions. Didn't let check in start till exactly 3pm, not a minute earlier. Don't be fooled by the beautiful looking rooms on the website, whilst very spacious the room we had was very dull with little natural light. The bathroom/toilet had a slide door which would only half close, then was difficult to open ; partner was almost locked in. The shower screen was around 2cm too short which meant floor got very wet when showering. Door card had to be reset each day in the afternoon, which is either deliberate or just amateur.

Tout s’est bien passé. Appartement propre. Accueil convivial. Le bâtiment est très sympa. Les distributeurs automatiques à l’accueil sont appréciables. L’endroit en plein centre, à quelques pas de la gare est appréciable. Attention juste aux oreilles sensibles : on entend la sonnette du tram à chaque départ, arrivée ou danger… et ça fait beaucoup de sonnettes ! Prenez des bouchons d’oreille au cas où.

Séjour agréable. A 2min à pied de la gare saint Roch et à 1 min à pied des quatre lignes de tram. Pas le quartier le plus sympa de Montpellier. Ma chambre était propre et bien agencé. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Consigne bagage disponible à l’hôtel - tres pratique, surtout que l’hôtel est à côté de la gare principale.

Uncomfortable , disorganised, rooms with electrics not working, smashed window, noisy area, homeless people outside. Particularly hot and rooms only have fans but it is a very old building. Breakfast very expensive for a poor offering. Limited choices unless you like bread and croissants which there were plenty .

There's a distinct difference between A and B. Fortunately, having booked 2 rooms, my travelling companion got the 1st floor in Block A. Scrumptiously beautiful. I was given a ground floor in Block B. It was a one-night stay and great if you wish to sleep in. However you'll miss a great breakfast. I was shocked by how dark my room was, and for a second night, I would have needed to move. Utilitarian and basic. The breakfast room in Block A, is splendid, as is the selection for breakfast. Fresh juice. Fresh coffee.

L’hôtel est bien situé, dans le centre-ville de Montpellier, sur ça, rien à dire. Concernant la chambre, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, celle-ci était sale, la moitié des lumières ne fonctionnaient pas, nous avons retrouvé des cheveux/poils dans la salle de bain. Et concernant le petit-déjeuner, ça ne vaut pas les 16€, il y a très peu de choix. Bref ! Je ne retournerai plus là-bas.
