Overall it was a pleasant experience. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Staff was lovely & helpful. I noticed some mildew on the shower walls. Breakfast was average - the hot foods were cold.

BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!

Good enough hotel. The food was not very interesting and I got food poisoning on 2 occasions. Roast chicken at the Rooftop Café was good and safe. Not much to do nearby. Lovely people.

Room was horrible. Ants everywhere. Description and photos of Room did NOT match what they checked us into. Plastic furniture. No refrigerator. Small, Thin towels. Very uncomfortable stay.
