Very very Cooperative staff except for breakfast when the egg counter chef couldn't understand/ ignored our request for an omelette. The hotel didn't offer toiletries. Good that they have an in-house CU. GS25 is also close by. Pool/spa, children's play area were great, very nominal charges. The hotel is a resort in itself. Other attractions like cable car, fishing festival are also closeby (max 20 min drive).

스텝은 친절하려고 노력했으나 시스템 부재로 우왕좌왕하는 모습 많이 보임. (체크인시 결제 누락, 수영장 락커 열리지 않아 호출/전화 했으나 카운터/담당자 부재로 젖은 채로 벌벌 떨며 십수분 대기 등). 시설은 대체적으로 청결하나 노후하여 샤워실 배수 안되고 있음. The staff tried to be friendly, but the lack of proper systems often left guests feeling lost (e.g., payment missed at check-in, pool lockers not opening - calls made to the counter/staff but no one was unavailable, and waited of over ten minutes in dripping swim suit, shivering). The facilities are generally clean, but outdated, with showers not draining properly.
