The Air-condition didn't never work at the room was really hot, since it was +30C outside during the days. The staff tried to compensate with free-parking, water, small fan, but we didn't sleep well during our stay. Sweating also even if we had the window open and the fan was on. We booked the hotel just because of good ratings and A/C. The breakfast was nice, with a lot of variations of your choice. Only one lady working in the restaurant and one chef in the kitchen, making eggs, omelets etc. Service could be better, since the lady forgot to come with things she promised and the chef the last day didn’t know how to make a omelet.

A conveniently located property within minutes of Ravensburg's Hbf and a walk away from the town centre's amenities, Kaiserhof is a very comfortable hotel with rather typical Deutsche design (read: minimalist, various shades of grey, anthracite etc.) and a decent, although by no means outstanding, breakfast. What lets it down is the rather nonchalant, bordering on the uninterested attitude of the staff: not that they were unfriendly, but the attention was lacking. Overall, one is guaranteed a good night's sleep and the convenience of a great location - based on these characteristics, I would not only recommended Kaiserhof but also return.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is really comfortable and the baby bed they put for my baby was as well, my baby slept the whole night :). Personnel and service was Great, they supported us and answered my questions. The quality of the breakfast is really good and fresh. they offer a variety of prepared eggs as well. The parking option inside or outside the hotel can be difficult but near there is a public parking. Price quality is met. In general we are really pleased, we recommend and of course will be back.
