My second stay at this hotel. Always an excellent choice! Rooms are large and comfortable. Food is excellent. Movies on the beach every night. Pool is exceptional. 24-hour workspace off the lobby with air conditioning. International outlets everywhere. And now they have a cafe and a convenience store. But the absolute best part are the sunsets. ❤️❤️

The pool was huge and staff very friendly and accommodating. Evening outdoor movies on the beech were great. Is on Gili trawangan so bike is the best way to explore as it is away from noisy downtown.

Schitterend hotel, mooi zwembad, aan het strand (waar elke avond 2 films te zien zijn) Fiets gehuurd naast het hotel, hier zit ook een supermarkt. Op Gili Trawangan zijn geen auto’s. Na aankomst hebben wij twee Cidomo’s (paard/pony met kar) gehuurd om ons en de bagage te vervoeren Twee Nederlandse meiden hebben ons aangeraden een snorkel excursie voor 4 personen te boeken bij Go Diving. Voor ongeveer 83 euro met z’n vieren in een boot is echt een aanrader! Twee jongens gingen mee, een kapitein en ander zwom naar de leuke plekken en maakte onder water foto’s die wij later kregen. Terug van de excursie waren de kamers weer lekker schoon en stonden er twee flesjes water eh twee schone zwembad handdoeken klaar👍 Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij eenmaal ontbeten in het hotel. Dit was prima. Zelf ging onze voorkeur er naar uit om er eerst met de fiets er op uit te gaan en ergens anders te ontbijten. Door dit schitterende hotel, eiland en sfeer raden wij dit zeker aan!

호텔은 기대 이상이였어요 도착하면서부터 환하게 맞이해주던 직원들과 빠르고 깔끔하게 진행 된 체크인 수심이 다양하게 깊어지던 큰 풀장과 깔끔한 정원까지 첫인상 너무 좋았고요 객실도 넓고 깔끔하니 군더더기 없이 좋았습니다 직원들은 너무 친절했고 밝았어요 ㅎ 호텔 바로 앞 비치도 너무 예쁘고 매일 밤 상영해주는 영화도 너무 좋았네요

I am not sure when the property got 4 stars. Maybe 20 years ago. I am sure you find way better places to stay in a 3 stars.... all the hotels are pretty much the same and ALL propose the same services (i.e. pool, etc.). - Food is bland and expensive - The pool has too much chlorine - Rooms need a big refresh - There's nothing around in term of food : other hotels that propose the same food as the hotel at more or less the same price. - Far from the busy area But it is already known... if you look at the previous comments, I'm not alone. Not sure why ppl rate this place as "excellent", unless they don't know better. I also don't think things will change any time soon... the manager responses are basically the same as they were 6 months ago. In one sentence : choose a 3 stars hotel in the busy area of the island... You'll save on food and transportation.

Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft, Lage am Meer toll. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Freie Snacks und Wasser an der Rezeption sind toll. Leider waren Bauarbeiten am Pool, somit nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at Aston. Very close to the beach and the pool is very spacious! Watching movies on the beach was a lovely experience. Staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs. You get unlimited water refills in glass bottles and there is free flowing iced tea at reception

This hotel was just ok. Staff made it as good as it was. It’s condition is failing. We had a few things not great in our private villas but staff did try very hard to rectify it. It was quiet. The beach was nice. The food and restaurant was just ok. Likely wouldn’t stay here again.

Gili T'de 3 gece konakladik, konaklamamiz her seyiyle mukemmeldi. Kahvaltisi gayet cesitli ve lezzetliydi. Otelde ogle ve aksam yemeklerini mutlaka denemelisiniz cok basariliydi. Odalar, personelin guleryuzu ve temizligi harikaydi. Personel arkadaslara ilgisi icin tesekkur ederiz.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The location couldn’t be better: just an across the street from the beach, bike rentals, restaurants. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, though it could use a little refresh to match the rest of the experience. Overall, a solid stay and I’d definitely come back!

Un séjour de 15 jours au top tout c'est bien passé. Le personnel est professionnel et aimable, le chef toujours présent et au petit soins. Les chambres sont très confortables et très propres. La nourriture est bonne. Je recommande.

수영장이다이빙하는데도 있어서 좋았어요 직원분들 진짜진짜 친절하시고 방은 그럭저럭 맘에들어요 ㅋㅋ 저희는 완전 깊숙한 끝방 이여서 버기도없고 힘들었는데 가는길이 이뻐서 참을만했어요 ㅎㅎ 가족단위오기 좋습니다 방은 깔끔해요

We stayed in a one bedroom villa. The room was very clean, aesthetic, and had a large bathroom. The staff were lovely and attentive across each of our interactions. Adi in particular was very helpful and kind. Our only piece of advice would be to get to the breakfast early to ensure the food is warm and fresh (however that being said the breakfast was still good)!

Stayed at Aston sunset for 5 nights. My experience was mixed. On the pros the room was well cleaned and well maintained albeit a little dated. Staff were friendly and very approachable. I would not stay again as a result of the cons. The breakfast was very poor. Bizarre options like calamari and katsu chicken. Dry pastries which did not taste fresh. Egg station was disappointing with eggs cooked in far too much oil. The location of the hotel is distanced from the main centre, bikes can be rented from the entrance to the hotel but they are in very poor condition with no breaks, rusted chains, no gears, flat tyres so don’t make for a very good ride around the island. Perhaps try renting from elsewhere! When eating in the restaurant for lunch and dinner food was okay but service very slow! Overall mixed experience, we used the facilities in other nearby hotels for pool days and this felt much better and more of a 4* experience compared with Aston.

We were very happy with our room and the private pool, would have been good to have two sun lounges next our private pool to relax on instead of only two chairs. Location is on the quiet side of the island which suited us, only a 15 minute bike ride to the harbour area.

Stayed at Aston sunset for 5 nights. My experience was mixed. On the pros the room was well cleaned and well maintained albeit a little dated. Staff were friendly and very approachable. I would not stay again as a result of the cons. The breakfast was very poor. Bizarre options like calamari and katsu chicken. Dry pastries which did not taste fresh. Egg station was disappointing with eggs cooked in far too much oil. The location of the hotel is distanced from the main centre, bikes can be rented from the entrance to the hotel but they are in very poor condition with no breaks, rusted chains, no gears, flat tyres so don’t make for a very good ride around the island. Perhaps try renting from elsewhere! When eating in the restaurant for lunch and dinner food was okay but service very slow! Overall mixed experience, we used the facilities in other nearby hotels for pool days and this felt much better and more of a 4* experience compared with Aston.

I am not sure when the property got 4 stars. Maybe 20 years ago. I am sure you find way better places to stay in a 3 stars.... all the hotels are pretty much the same and ALL propose the same services (i.e. pool, etc.). - Food is bland and expensive - The pool has too much chlorine - Rooms need a big refresh - There's nothing around in term of food : other hotels that propose the same food as the hotel at more or less the same price. - Far from the busy area But it is already known... if you look at the previous comments, I'm not alone. Not sure why ppl rate this place as "excellent", unless they don't know better. I also don't think things will change any time soon... the manager responses are basically the same as they were 6 months ago. Stay at Aston was great, both my girlfriend and I felt very safe and comfortable. The property including pool was very nice and our room was big and well air conditioned. The staff here is excellent, and had helped me get my bank card back when I stupidly left it in the ATM. Things are a little pricier than advertised, so be aware. For example breakfast in the morning is 150K, as opposed to the 100K we were expecting (Just ended up heading in to town for cheaper options) and bike rental is not included. There is some people out front who rent bikes for 50K but 2/3 times we rented them they were pretty busted up. Overall, Aston was a great place to crash on the island, even though there is much cheaper options.

We were very happy to be on this side of the island. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfasts were decent, the pool was great, and we really appreciated the water to cut back on plastic. This hotel was just ok. Staff made it as good as it was. It’s condition is failing. We had a few things not great in our private villas but staff did try very hard to rectify it. It was quiet. The beach was nice. The food and restaurant was just ok. Likely wouldn’t stay here again.

The best part about this hotel was the customer service from the staff, especially Komang. As soon as I arrived, Komang made me feel immediately welcomed. He is friendly, smiling, polite and warm. Every time I passed in the lobby, he made sure to acknowledge me and made me feel at home. When I checked out, he was very accommodating and helped me with many requests. From start to finish, Komang made me feel taken care of at this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We did not use the pool or restaurant/bar, but they looked lovely from a glance. The staff from arrival to leaving were fantastic and helped us in everything they could, including transport back to the harbour for our ferry back to Bali.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The location couldn’t be better: just an across the street from the beach, bike rentals, restaurants. The pool was huge and staff very friendly and accommodating. Evening outdoor movies on the beech were great. Is on Gili trawangan so bike is the best way to explore as it is away from noisy downtown.

We were very happy with our room and the private pool, would have been good to have two sun lounges next our private pool to relax on instead of only two chairs. Location is on the quiet side of the island which suited us, only a 15 minute bike ride to the harbour area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at Aston. Very close to the beach and the pool is very spacious! Watching movies on the beach was a lovely experience. Staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs. You get unlimited water refills in glass bottles and there is free flowing iced tea at reception

My second stay at this hotel. Always an excellent choice! Rooms are large and comfortable. Food is excellent. Movies on the beach every night. Pool is exceptional. 24-hour workspace off the lobby with air conditioning. International outlets everywhere. And now they have a cafe and a convenience store. But the absolute best part are the sunsets. ❤️❤️

Un séjour de 15 jours au top tout c'est bien passé. Le personnel est professionnel et aimable, le chef toujours présent et au petit soins. Les chambres sont très confortables et très propres. La nourriture est bonne. Je recommande.

Stay at Aston was great, both my girlfriend and I felt very safe and comfortable. The property including pool was very nice and our room was big and well air conditioned. The staff here is excellent, and had helped me get my bank card back when I stupidly left it in the ATM. Things are a little pricier than advertised, so be aware. For example breakfast in the morning is 150K, as opposed to the 100K we were expecting (Just ended up heading in to town for cheaper options) and bike rental is not included. There is some people out front who rent bikes for 50K but 2/3 times we rented them they were pretty busted up. Overall, Aston was a great place to crash on the island, even though there is much cheaper options.

My second stay at this hotel. Always an excellent choice! Rooms are large and comfortable. Food is excellent. Movies on the beach every night. Pool is exceptional. 24-hour workspace off the lobby with air conditioning. International outlets everywhere. And now they have a cafe and a convenience store. But the absolute best part are the sunsets. ❤️❤️
