客室は清潔。ベッドやソファー、シャワー温度なども快適。設備や調度品は非常に良い。部屋も広い。設備を保つためのスタッフによる、サポートは少ない。apartment hotelなので、過度なサービスを私は求めない。だが、もう少し親身にサポートしてほしかった。WiFiはしばしば途切れ、こちらから何度も言わないと二日間繋がらない時もあった。
