Et virkelig dejligt sted med 750 m til hovedgaden. Servicen var ikke helt i top. Fik ikke skiftet kopper og kaffe blev ikke suppleret op første dag. Ingen vin mv i minibaren. Ikke noget tilbud om at kunne få vin eller andet ved poolen. Ikke nogen egentlig hjælp at få. De var søde nok ved servering af morgenmad, men det var alt.

Diese Unterkunft war einfach nur fantastisch! Wir wurden mit so einer Gastfreundschaft von Elmarie empfangen und alles war einfach super. Das liebevoll hergerichtete Frühstück, die schönen Zimmer mit einem riesen Bad, der schöne Pool mit den Liegen, die Umgebung und auch die weiteren Angestellten waren alle top. Auch ist es sehr ruhig da und man kann sich echt entspannen.

We stayed two nights in a ground floor room with some outside space. room very spacious, aircon and well decorated. Lovely to have the pool which was quiet and lovely to cool off. Guest house is a good 10mins walk to the main street but surrounding area very quiet. Breakfast as plentiful. Staff extremely friendly. I would definitely return!

The Mirabelle is an absolute gem of a find in beautiful Franschhoek. There are so many positives about this magnificent guest house! The staff are super friendly, so helpful and courteous . This is arguably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. The pool is stupendous with a plethora of sun beds so no chance of being without! It’s a short walk into town so all amenities are extremely close. The breakfast is amazing with a fabulous choice of cooked options as well as a table of continental choices. We met the management who were very welcoming and super friendly and we very much look forward to a return trip. Thank you for making our visit so special!

Prachtig guesthouse op 10 min. wandelafstand van de hoofdstraat met alle winkels en veel restaurants. Het ontbijt was wel Wat karig. Alleen croissants, om geroosterd brood moest je vragen. Maken op verzoek wel alle soorten eiergerechten. Tot 18.00 u is er bediening aan het zwembad. Daarna geen drinken meer te krijgen. Geen bar. Super lieve mensen die ook restaurants en trips voor je boeken als je wil. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen.veilig lopen naar het centrum

A really lovely stay, felt like a home from home with the staff when we arrived. Everything very clean and tidy. Breakfast options excellent, fresh and tasty but a little slow depending on when you went down. Pool area great, only strange thing was the pool cleaner and pipe was left in 24/7 so you had to swim around it. Pool was immaculate though because of it 😊 Would definitely recommend and will stay again when visiting!

What a find . Beautiful room which was super clean and great bathroom. The staff were very friendly and gave information on the local area. The breakfast was excellent with a tea time style layered platter with delicious fruit, meats and cheeses and pastries. The cooked options were good too. A nice pool too

The property is lovely, modern and clean. The staff also were kind to let us drop our belongings in the room early before checking in so we could head out for the day. The one thing that this guest house desperately needs is a generator for loadshedding. Its not their/the staffs fault that loadshedding happens but in 1 night’s stay we had 3 long power outages and a generator would make the guest experience a lot better.

My wife and I had a perfect stay at Mirabelle Guesthouse. The staff was amayzing, 5 star breakfast and the rooms are clean/modern - with very comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to main street restaurants and shops. I highly recomment Mirabelle. Best regards Nels Kristian/Denmark

Fortunate to be in the new section, very contemporary decor, clean and lodge is well located. Only drawback is parking, when the lodge is full there is a chance you may be parked in. Otherwise a very nice stay.

It was fantastic..the photos do not do the accomodation justice. The mountain view rooms are stunning. The staff are incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. Really easy and safe to get around. Pool is a lovely quiet serene place. And the accomodation is tucked away on a very quiet road. So peaceful. And the breakfast is nice too..highly recommend!

Ett fantastiskt vackert boende med närhet till restauranger och butiker. Vi bodde i den äldre delen en trappa upp med egen ingång och en liten uteplats utanför. Rummet och toaletten var superfint! Enda nackdelen var att vår AC inte fungerade som den skulle under vår vistelse. Ett mysigt poolområde alldeles utanför och fina sällskapsrum fanns också. En helt ok frukost serverades. Ett trevligt och vackert boende! Ett minus var att när vi skulle åka tillbaka till Kapstaden så bokade en av personalen taxi till oss som gick på 1500 R, alltså ca 750 svenska kronor!! Vi frågade henne vad resan skulle kosta och hon svarade att hon inte visste. Taxichauffören sade till oss att han hade meddelat henne vad resan skulle kosta. Vi hade fått till oss att det var svårt att få tag på en Uber från Franschoek så därför kollade vi inte den möjligheten men så där i efterhand så ångrade vi att vi inte gjorde det. Resan till Franschoek med Uber hade kostat oss ringa 475 R så skillnaden var stor! Vi kände oss verkligen lurade!!
Ett fantastiskt vackert boende med närhet till restauranger och butiker. Vi bodde i den äldre delen en trappa upp med egen ingång och en liten uteplats utanför. Rummet och toaletten var superfint! Enda nackdelen var att vår AC inte fungerade som den skulle under vår vistelse. Ett mysigt poolområde alldeles utanför och fina sällskapsrum fanns också. En helt ok frukost serverades. Ett trevligt och vackert boende! Ett minus var att när vi skulle åka tillbaka till Kapstaden så bokade en av personalen taxi till oss som gick på 1500 R, alltså ca 750 svenska kronor!! Vi frågade henne vad resan skulle kosta och hon svarade att hon inte visste. Taxichauffören sade till oss att han hade meddelat henne vad resan skulle kosta. Vi hade fått till oss att det var svårt att få tag på en Uber från Franschoek så därför kollade vi inte den möjligheten men så där i efterhand så ångrade vi att vi inte gjorde det. The Mirabelle is an absolute gem of a find in beautiful Franschhoek. There are so many positives about this magnificent guest house! The staff are super friendly, so helpful and courteous . This is arguably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. The pool is stupendous with a plethora of sun beds so no chance of being without! It’s a short walk into town so all amenities are extremely close. The breakfast is amazing with a fabulous choice of cooked options as well as a table of continental choices. Really loved almost everything about my stay here. Easily 5/5 stars. Only concern was walking back at night as it was a bit of a long way to go in the dark but staff said it was safe to do. I didn’t have any issues though! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

We stayed two nights in a ground floor room with some outside space. room very spacious, aircon and well decorated. Lovely to have the pool which was quiet and lovely to cool off. Guest house is a good 10mins walk to the main street but surrounding area very quiet. Breakfast as plentiful. Staff extremely friendly. I would definitely return!

We stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon and it was lovely. Unfortunately we were hit with horrible food poisoning on the day we checked in (through no fault of the guesthouse!!) and had to cancel plans and stayed in our room most of the day. But the silver lining was that the room was very comfortable and helped us get through the worst of the food poisoning!! I highly recommend a 13 hour fever-induced sleep here. The amenities were great - the breakfast was delicious, one of the best we had on our whole trip. It's very conveniently located to the center of Franschhoek town. We (somewhat naively) walked back from the wine tram, though I wouldn't recommend this - we encountered some questionable characters and were harassed a bit. Taxis/ubers here are very cheap, would recommend that instead! Loved the guesthouse and would go back if given the chance!

We had a lovely stay at Mirabelle guesthouse for 3 nights. It was conveniently located for the town for bars and restaurants. Breakfast was great and the warm blueberry muffins were a daily treat. Elmarie was an amazing host and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here.

What a find . Beautiful room which was super clean and great bathroom. The staff were very friendly and gave information on the local area. Prachtig guesthouse op 10 min. wandelafstand van de hoofdstraat met alle winkels en veel restaurants. Het ontbijt was wel Wat karig. Alleen croissants, om geroosterd brood moest je vragen. Maken op verzoek wel alle soorten eiergerechten. Tot 18.00 u is er bediening aan het zwembad. Daarna geen drinken meer te krijgen. Geen bar. Super lieve mensen die ook restaurants en trips voor je boeken als je wil. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen.veilig lopen naar het centrum

A really lovely stay, felt like a home from home with the staff when we arrived. Everything very clean and tidy. Breakfast options excellent, fresh and tasty but a little slow depending on when you went down. Pool area great, only strange thing was the pool cleaner and pipe was left in 24/7 so you had to swim around it. Pool was immaculate though because of it 😊 Would definitely recommend and will stay again when visiting!

Mirabelle Guest House is a wonderful property. I called to arrange a late check in and the staff member accommodated which was much appreciated. The room was a great size and the grounds were lovely. Breakfast was cooked on request and lovely.
