No pool although it was stated they have one, the desk said it's permanently closed, priced too high for the lower quality, lightly in rooms was very limited and a few bulbs burned out, no amenities like shampoo, soap, hair dryer etc.

The hotel had no water service. They implied at check in that it would be fixed soon. Water never came on. At check out front desk said plumber left without fixing problem and never came back. Without water, should have closed the hotel.

Easy quick check in. Super clean room. When pulling up I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. I’m pleasantly surprised. Fixing the pool would greatly enhance this property!

The room smelled of stale smoke. There was no lighting outside the rooms when I was loading in from the parking area so I needed a flashlight to find room. Hispanic road workers sharing an adjacent room kept me awake laughing, drinking and partying in spanish till late hours. The bed sheets felt wierd and there was a ugly stain on the bed blanket. Not sure what it was from. The blinds and curtains would not fully close for privacy, like taking a shower or getting dressed. Parking my truck in the crowded narrow spots was difficult because of the big rig that was parked in the back up area. I could not sleep because of all of this so left in the middle of the night. Very noisy area close to freeway of constsnt tracter-trailers whizzing by. Was offered another room at 1am when I checked out by the guy who woke up in the lobby loft and slowly came down but did not want to do it all over again. (Parking, moving my stuff, etc) because I was short on time. It was a very bad experience and will probably never use them again next time I travel.

I booked a hotel with a pool and hot tub. No pool, no hot tub. I didnt get any refund either. I turned down other hotels for this one. I was disappointed. They had construction going on and it was noisy. I left after 3 days, 4 days early.

First of all... you can tell they take pride in the property because it is clean and has numerous rose bushes planted everywhere. The rooms were fresh and clean. The only thing I would address is the tubs (although fresh, clean and new) I would put some sort of texture down. It was pretty slippery while showering. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay there for the upcoming graduation in the next town over. Thank you Quality Inn

Dirty and smelled in the room. Construction was halfway done in lobby and when I checked in, he was so busy on his AirPods, I couldn’t tell who he was talking to and he got an attitude about it

The door looked be repaired from a recent break in and the bed was itchy. I got an hour sleep but it was not worth the stay. There was also blood on the door frame. Expedia show no refunds now for most of the hotel stays because they know you will want your money. No customer service anymore.

After driving 14 hours and needing to drive 14 more hours we stopped at this location. The front desk clerk was super nice and the check in was super quick and once we got to the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the rooms were. They were updated, the beds were beautiful platform beds, beautiful wood floors and everything was just perfect for the cost. Ill definitely be staying here again on my return trip. I lo ed it and I'm military and very meticulous about cleanliness and eatness. They did not disappoint at all. I also locked the room door and left my pillow in the room and when I went to the fron desk at 3 am , the lady desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful and walked me personally to the room to allow me access, to get my pillow. I loved it! Anyone who stays here will be pleased.

The main door to the room has no weather stripping so you can hear everything through the cracks around the door. This includes the sound of an auto mechanic doing repairs in the parking lot at 2am with an pneumatic impact wrench,and someone else who kept pressing the panic button on their key fob for their truck at 4 am. No idea why people would do this, but this hotel seems to attract these types of people. You can also see light around the perimeter of the door which also let several insects into the room which would fly around trying to get to the lights. The room had a heavy mildew smell. The desk chair was bent and tilted forward so you could not really sit in it. Breakfast was very limited, no hot food items and the pancake batter was out. The internet was good however, so I guess it's got that going for it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think the key pad needs improvements sometimes the car does not does not work the room was good it was cleaned it was cool air conditioners running great and his staff was good they were nice they were friendly and they helped you in any way

No one at front desk, had to ring the doorbell camera twice. Lol was chain locked, looked like for a while. Pot smell was overwhelming. Didn't realize it was a motel, listed as a hotel.

He said if there not working for the government then I have to pay. Well.... That's not what expedia says so his boss said it was ok. He helped me out and got it taken care of.

After driving 14 hours and needing to drive 14 more hours we stopped at this location. The front desk clerk was super nice and the check in was super quick and once we got to the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the rooms were. They were updated, the beds were beautiful platform beds, beautiful wood floors and everything was just perfect for the cost. Ill definitely be staying here again on my return trip. I lo ed it and I'm military and very meticulous about cleanliness and eatness. They did not disappoint at all. I also locked the room door and left my pillow in the room and when I went to the fron desk at 3 am , the lady desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful and walked me personally to the room to allow me access, to get my pillow. I loved it! Anyone who stays here will be pleased.

Easy quick check in. Super clean room. When pulling up I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. I’m pleasantly surprised. Fixing the pool would greatly enhance this property!

My bed and room was very comfortable. The others in my group, we’re not as satisfied with their rooms. One room had a leaky AC unit and they gave him a pan to collect the water instead of a new room even though there were plenty of rooms available. The night clerk was horrible!! Not friendly at all. He would not allow us to sit in the lobby and watch TV and visit with the family. We did it anyway. That lobby is for the customer, not him. I think we we’re interrupting his quiet time on his phone. Breakfast was terrible as well. No coffee and waffle batter was not fresh. Don’t do it y’all!!

The room smelled of stale smoke. There was no lighting outside the rooms when I was loading in from the parking area so I needed a flashlight to find room. Hispanic road workers sharing an adjacent room kept me awake laughing, drinking and partying in spanish till late hours. The bed sheets felt wierd and there was a ugly stain on the bed blanket. Not sure what it was from. The blinds and curtains would not fully close for privacy, like taking a shower or getting dressed. Parking my truck in the crowded narrow spots was difficult because of the big rig that was parked in the back up area. I could not sleep because of all of this so left in the middle of the night. Very noisy area close to freeway of constsnt tracter-trailers whizzing by. Was offered another room at 1am when I checked out by the guy who woke up in the lobby loft and slowly came down but did not want to do it all over again. (Parking, moving my stuff, etc) because I was short on time. It was a very bad experience and will probably never use them again next time I travel.

The main door to the room has no weather stripping so you can hear everything through the cracks around the door. This includes the sound of an auto mechanic doing repairs in the parking lot at 2am with an pneumatic impact wrench,and someone else who kept pressing the panic button on their key fob for their truck at 4 am. No idea why people would do this, but this hotel seems to attract these types of people. You can also see light around the perimeter of the door which also let several insects into the room which would fly around trying to get to the lights. The room had a heavy mildew smell. The desk chair was bent and tilted forward so you could not really sit in it. Breakfast was very limited, no hot food items and the pancake batter was out. The internet was good however, so I guess it's got that going for it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Room had been smoked in and then poorly aired out. Filter in AC dirty didn’t help. Doing laundry now. Even what wasn’t worn. Other wise staff good. Breakfast good. About what you would expect for price.
