The hotel is outdated and residents who reside there temporarily/permanently have clutter and odor near the room we stayed in. The pool was broken and not reported online. The maintenance guy as well as front desk clerk were extra nice and helped to their ability. No verbal thank you or appreciation when I dropped off the key with the owner .

Under remodel… pool green.. door to room won’t lock.. bathroom door won’t shut all the way.. only one set of towels.. no place to hang clothes.. no in room phone to call desk with problems.. got disconnected twice when we called from cell phone. Only one lamp so room dark .. bright light coming around window shade all night .. returned to room late in evening tired and both door keys deactivated had to call desk again and wait for new key .. only one chair at the table.. pillows barely child sized.. no blanket just sheet and bed spread… ac freezes you out no matter the temp you set it on .. no coffee pot in room.

From the time we checked in until we checked out. This was a horrible experience period we went into the room, and the bathroom toilet had dried urine all over it. There was trash in the shower, there was some type of a white residue on the table there was food on top of the wave period When they came in to clean after we asked them to before we would stay in the room. The man left the dirty rags in the sink that he used to clean the room with period the next day. They did not even bring us clean towels period They did not bring us clean towels period The pool and Jacuzzi that they advertise for both closed. They advertised a full hot breakfast. All they had were some little muffins and you could make a waffle. The batter waffle for the waffles was warm period they advertised a guest laundry. It was also out of order period There was fighting in the parking lot. Our first night and the people above us. Both nights were up all night. Moving furniture around period when we complained about it, nothing was done period Inside the ashtray outside of our room was drug paraphernalia period I have never been so disappointed in a hotel and I've done a lot of traveling in my life period

The motel is nice and cheap. The one thing that wasn’t clear in the description was that there is a bar that is attached to the hotel lobby building. It was fine during the weeknight, but Friday evening there was a large group of men hanging out there, and it was within 75 feet or so of our motel room. Nothing happened, but it was concerning. The room itself was cleaned reasonably, but the bathroom was old. The room had a musky smell to it, but I got use to it really quick. The room will need to be remodeled, so don’t expect something really nice. We were here for an event so we only basically used the room to shower and sleep.

There was no remote or hdmi cord for the tv. Staff had very rude attitude when we asked for clean towels and toilet paper. Housekeeping never stopped the entire weekend. Breakfast was very very limited. Very rough crowd that was staying there. Constant hollering and fighting.

So when i checked in and went to my room there were roaches all in the room as well as in the 1980s fridge. There was BLOOD in the bathtub. Absolutely one of the worst places ive stayed in a long time. I told the man at the front deck and tried to move me to another room but was the same terrible experience

The whole place smelled terrible and made it very difficult for my mom to breathe. I was in town for a race so knowing we had to go back to a place that was dirty was also difficult. I opened the microwave to find a moldy old pack of burst ramen, which made me worry about everything else in the room - if they didn't clean that up, what else had they left to sit? Just a gross place.

Not clean at all! Used soap in the bathroom, cockroach in the wash cloth, dirt in the floor, broken shower, dirty nasty bathroom door, this was the 3rd room we went to. The first two smelt of mold and mildew, the young man at the front desk said it was the air fresher they use. Do not stay here! When I checked the reviews the most recent ones were good, so I thought I would give them a chance! Huge mistake! Idk who wrote those reviews but they did not stay here!!! This place is disgusting.

My 1st room smelled of mold, stale cigarettes, cheap booze, and lots of bad decisions. The sink was dislodged from under the counter and had black mold all around where it was caulked to the countertop. There was mold all around the tub surround too. 2nd room was better. Still smelled of cigarettes, cover-up spray. Bathroom was a little cleaner, but toilet wouldn't flush. Under the lid revealed a stuck float valve that needed to be tapped each flush. Third room was cleaner than the first 2, but not really up to "Wyndham" standards. Nicotine smell persisted. All 3 rooms were "smoke free." Lobby/breakfast nook was tidy. At checkout, management stated he just acquired the hotel 2-months ago and is in process of updating furniture and fixing it up. It was barely worth the $49/night for 2 nights I stayed.

Dead crickets in the room, dirty carpet, broken chairs with sharp screws poking out of the wood, the dresser that the tv was on was slanted about to just collapse, no hot water, no back on the tv remote, dead flies in the ice bucket. A gap in the door so you can literally see into out room when the door is closed. Can easily be kicked in. Clearly from reviews this facility has been made aware of these issues already yet nothing done to fix it. It was a place to sleep but I definitely won’t stay here again.

Okay so the pics on hotels.com are not the way th hotel is. Where to start? Paid extra to check in early was told 25$-card was debited not approx 29. Went to sleep should’ve stayed asleep. Worst weekend getaway ever. Water in shower was ice cold, sink was scalding hot. Tv didn’t work. When I asked about it I was asked”did you turn it on?” Roaches in the shower roaches in the sink. Every time I left the room the card wouldn’t work to re enter. “Buffet” included no coffee no juice no toast no butter no meat; only cereal, warm milk and waffles. Heard another dad with his kids say “I guess you get what you pay for” I was thinking the same thing. Luckily I didn’t have my kids with me. The solution for everything was “when the manager gets here” manager never showed up. Needed a weekend getaway escape, got what I paid for, a horrible experience. Almost 100% Of the time when you wake up on the last morning of your trip you think”ah man I don’t want to leave” all I thought was damn I’m ready to get out of here

My daughter and i stayed here from march 21st through the 23rd. We got in late Friday night and wanted to crash. Room looked just okay at first but the thermostat on the heater/ac unit wouldnt work, so it kept telling me its controled tlby the wall thermostat but there was no wall therm.thermostat. ao once you turned it on there was no way to comtrol it. You either froze or sweated all night. There was no smoking but someone ripped the smoke detector out of the ceiling and stuck it in the night stand drawer along with the room phone. The night stand had cigarette ashes in it. The tub was filthy with dirty towels left in the room. The toilet was dirty and the refrigerator was also rusted on the outside. The office didnt seem to care and wouldn't put us in another room. Breakfast Saturday morning was a gallon of milk with cereal even though they had waffle makers. They did have waffles sunday morning though, but no butter. Oj machine was out of order.

Room smelt like smoke, and old carpet. TV did not work, non of the breakfast service was available except the waffle maker and the mix was super runny. Ended up throwing it away. For syrup they had a giant container set out that looked like it had been around a decade.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. It was billed as having a buffet breakfast. The coffee was completely cold. The mix for waffles was extremely watery. Other than that, there was dry cereal, plus a gallon jug of milk that was refrigerator. I didn't check that out to see if the milk was fresh. The juice machine had not juice in it. There were no utensils out. The attendant had to search to find them. The TV didn't work. Furniture was old and raggedy. The toilet hadn't been completely cleaned(there was excrement on the toilet bowl when we arrived). There were no waste baskets in the room--none. The attendant barely spoke English, making it difficult to communicate what problems were. WORST EVER!

There were bullet holes in the door and the room smelled like pot. The other room we had the toilet was dirty and had been used and paper was still in it that had t been flushed. The breakfast had a option of one type of muffin, cereal and waffles which were good. The orange and apple juice was watered down so much that they had more water than juice.

There were roaches in the room and bathroom. We found part of a condom package on the floor. The open & close button on microwave was missing and we had to use a clothes hanger to open.
