This is a very basic no frills motel. Room and bathroom was clean and A/C worked but not much else to talk about. Furniture was older and had quite a bit of wear on it. No food on site will have to walk or drive to nearby restaurant. There are restaurants in the area this is on a busy commercial road.

The room interior is updated (renovated), clean, and quiet. The new owners are now diligently improving the exterior with fresh paint, masonry and carpentry repair. They definitely have their priorities straight. interior first, exterior to follow. I do miss a Gideon's Bible in the room. But that lacking seems to be universal nowadays.

The price was very reasonable. They were doing some remodeling. Room was clean except the carpet needed replaced. Trim was missing around some of the baseboard areas.

It's obviously a cheap hotel. The bedspread was dirty, the carpet was worn to threads, there was no hot water and the water pressure was terrible. The front desk started obsessively calling the room phone about 2 hours before check out, which is annoying when you're trying to pack up, clean up, and get dressed.

The room was absolutely disgusting. One of the beds had stains on the mattress so my daughter and I had to sleep in one bed. The bathroom shower was so bad. We wouldn’t even shower in it, the floors in the room were so dirty that we could not walk without shoes on, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Good experience. Staff very friendly and obliging. Very inexpensive place to stay but clean, quiet and comfortable. No roaches or other pests!! BIG PLUS! My DEFINITE go to for future overnight stays in Richmond!

The bathroom has holes in the ceiling the paint was coming off the walls and door! Sink had a crack! The power strip had a burnt outlet! Wanted to charge 50.00 cash for deposit and not give a receipt and nothing saying we would get I back in the morning!! Just over all terrible!

This is a scam. If gone through Expedia you have to pay one hundred CASH deposit. I was kicked out four hours after checking in for lighting a incense because it smelled bad. I lost all my money because it’s NO REFUND. I doubled checked before reserving this property to see if it had a deposit required. It doesn’t state anything about a deposit!! So the owner pocketed my hundred dollars cash and got paid through Expedia for a two night stay. I was only there for 4 hours!!! And had to find another place to stay. The condition of the room is nasty. I even had to check for bed bugs. I witnessed drug activity going on even. I wish I could attach photos. DO NOT go to this hotel!!! The owner running a scam. He collects cash deposit then kicks people out for any reason he can come up with.

The desk person tried to change me again after I had already paid online, a little frustrating. The parking was terrible because there were large dumpsters in front of multiple rooms and you couldn’t park near the room. It wasn’t the cleanest but, it was functional. Room was very dated.

Unexpected $50 cash deposit required to get your key. It’s to guarantee no smoking. I understand but it should be clarified beforehand. There was what sounded like a violent fight upstairs. Domestic it sounded like. I just wanted to sleep after driving 7 hours, but I couldn’t ignore the apparent assault. I did call and the owner was notified. After happening intermittently for about 1 1/2 hours, it ended. I was grateful. Hope the people get help.
