Not alot of space in the parking lot. Not alot of green space for our dogs.

Very convenient to 75 South. The desk staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely an older building but they kept it very clean w/nice vinyl plank flooring and quartz bathroom counters. We had two large dogs with us and they were accommodating and inexpensive for our short overnight stay on the way to Florida. Dog waste bags and walking area out back.

The location is quite, their also pet friendly for those who may want to take their furr animal with them. I would recommend the this hotel to everyone I know.

Reviews rating this property as “excellent” are so far off. Property is in disrepair and not very clean: had a roach in the bathroom The actual property claims to have rv/semi parking and it absolutely does not.

The hotel from the outside looks welcoming and there are parts to the main entrance that feel inviting and clean. When you get to the room section of the hotel, that’s when you start to question your choices. The colors are grey and green making the hotel feel like a prison cell. Then you get this funky smell coming from the hallway, its dampness mixed with pot mixed with body odor. They even have dehumidifiers in the hallways. When we went into the first room given to us on the 1st floor, the room smelled like urine. Like someone used it as their personal toilet and never flushed. When I pulled back the bed covers to inspect the bed, there was hair and yellow stains on the sheets. I should have left, but we got another room. The 2nd floor was no better. This time while the room looked cleaner, didn’t smell, the floors were broken. They have laminate floors and the boards closer to door were busted. The color grey was depressing and the bathroom needed a major overhaul. Again, should have left but was only staying the night. If I ever go back to that part of Georgia, I will never ever again stay in this hotel or hotels associated by the brand.

After further reflection I left a lower score than I meant to in my previous review. The hotel was great for my needs and price point. I like that the parking lot and property is very well lit.

They have tried updating this property. Workmanship was poor and there was a distinct odor when entering the room. There were dehumidifiers in the hallway trying to get rid of the musty smell.

Room smelled good. There was an incident where a roach came out the sink drain and I had to kill it. Nearby rooms smelled of weed when walking down the hallway. Elevator was not working during checkout time but maintenance fixed it a couple minutes later. Parking lot was well lit and staff was friendly.

Maybe one of the best ones in the area, for me. Now I had a “non pet friendly” room. So that may mean something. But my room was clean and housekeeping was on point, daily. No complaints.

Hotel is in a very congested area. Lots of construction going on. It was a last minute decision. Room was large. Beds were different heights but fairly comfortable. Breakfast was a joke!!!! Hall carpets were dirty. This was obviously heavily used by construction companies to house their employees! Advertised pet friendly but no clean grass space to walk the dog.

Great location, great value, clean!

First got there, the bathroom had mold in it. I asked to switch rooms because I had my kids with me. The second room smelled cleaner, but I checked the sheets and they had hair all over them and black specs of something. I asked for more sheets and those sheets had hair on them too. I then got more sheets and new mattress pads, only then did I feel comfortable enough to get in the bed. Smelled like that gas too! Jus fyi.

Order the upper interstate side, enjoy the area. Rooms are always clean, bathrooms are clean and pretty.

This property wasn't clean cockroach on the wall sheets had cigarette burn but yet "non smoking" Room smelled musty also you can see that bedding was not changed from previous occupancy. Dirty pillow cases to include lipstick stains

Hotel is very conveniently located right next to I-75. It’s clean and staff are very friendly.

Staff was kind. The property is not in the best shape. The hallways are smelly and hot. The room had bugs crawling all over the bathroom. They gave us a second room and there weren’t any bugs but the sheets were not clean on either bed. Hair, stains and other things all over them.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Clarion Pointe. There were roaches in the room and mold in the shower. I informed front desk of the roach issue and all she said was "okay". I would never stay there again and I would never recommend Clarion Pointe to anyone. I have photos and videos of the mold and roaches and have reached out to Choice Hotels corporate office.

The check in process was quick and easy. But the bedding was not the best, some of the bedding had a burnt edge. The shower was decent when it came to the cleanliness. Overall it was quiet but one night the people in the room next to us had a loud argument which was going on for a few hours in the night time. The staff was very nice though. But, I won’t be back. If you are looking for a cheap, decent hotel stay this is the place for you! Location is great!

I stayed one night because I had a meeting nearby the next morning. The room was clean. Larger than normal mini-fridge. Also a larger room that I sometimes get with a hotel at this price point. This hotel was perfect for what I needed for this trip. Inexpensive, convenient to where I was going, and a clean room.

Laminate floor separated from concrete floor made a horrific noise and you couldn't avoid it going in and out of the room or to the bathroom. Also, every time you got off the bed, there was a banging/clanging noise in the bathroom...like the shower stall was separating from the wall?

Hotel was ok. Pretty clean. Bed are horribly high! They’re terrible for little kids or disabled individuals. My 70 and 80 yr old parents needed help to get up and down because they couldn’t reach. Beds are very small. Hard for two adults to fit comfortably. Breakfast very limited. Cereal, waffle, yogurt. Seating area in the morning is straight up in the sun.

Room was very humid and made sleeping difficult. Small flying insects were found in the room. Noise from surrounding rooms made relaxing difficult.

I booked a king room and when we walked in, it was a queen and the bed was not made. They gave another room and it was 2 queen beds. By the time I had gotten back to lobby, attendant realized it and had already switched our rooms. The ceiling was literally coming apart in the hallway upstairs and very old. Down stairs it appeared that they were updating. The bed was very comfortable.

Went here cause reviews were good and just wanted a wick overnight sleep before heading home. The room smelled so bad we used Vicks to cover smell so we could sleep. Bathroom stunk worse.. musty . Air conditioner made all kinds us noise so we had to just turn it off and listen to highway traffic. Never again..

The room itself seemed to have been recently remodeled however attention to details, such as around the baseboards, and in the bathroom need attention. But overall, it’s a good value for the money.

We had a roach in our room. When attempting to get refund it became apparent a stall scam was in place. Lora said she would refund but had to call Expedia. Asked for number - she gave me wrong number I wasn’t leaving without resolve so told her wrong. Reached Expedia only for the rep to attempt to call the hotel numerous time only to get a busy signal. Expedia rep said the number was blocked. Lora acting as if she not aware of what is going on. I asked Rep to email Lora. Both emails never were received?? Not leaving or getting off the phone until resolved the rep transferred me to higher level rep. This person tried to call the hotel with no success. He then told me to put Lora on the phone. The other rep said this wasn't allowed. Only when this occurred did the issue and credit issue resolve

Staff was great

Horrible customer service. I asked for a late checkout. Then housekeeping beat on the door like SWAT about 15 minutes before the normal checkout time. I tell him about the late checkout. He comes back we'll before noon beating on the door again. Aggressive. Argumentative & mean.

The staff is wonderful, they are kind and friendly. House keeping is great and attentive.

Everyone here is extremely helpful and the manager is wonderful. Great place to lay your head down and be worry free.

Kind of hard to find the property.

Located right off the expressway next door to a QT. Also on the same side as Cracker Barrel but pnly steps away from Walmart and other restaurants. While there was a slighg smell.that comes along with humidity, it was major enough to complain about. The room was very clean the check in process was fast. The front desk person was very nice as well.

The hotel itself was fine. They have remodeled it, so it was clean and it served its purpose; a clean bed to rest our heads for the night. The free breakfast was basic, but it was nice to have. The staff was extremely friendly. I will say the location was a tad difficult to find, however.

Great location right off the highway.

A very nice motel. Excellent service. The clerk was exceptional. The only downfall was the highway noise…on the other hand I liked that it was so close to the highway. We would request a room with an even number on the other side of the building next time. I loved that shopping and restaurants were in walking distance too. Breakfast was the basic continental, just enough to get us on the road. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect stay for our trip from Sarasota to Erie, PA. The two men at reception were super kind and friendly. The atrium is beautiful. Easy to find with a Cracker Barrel in walking distance.

We stayed the 4th of July weekend. I was surprised that the area was very quiet. The location is close to restaurants, gas stations and the highway. I found my room to be decent for the price, however the bathroom could have been cleaned better. There were some spots on the toilet I should have never saw. The beds slept comfortably. The common areas were in desperate need of updating. The continental breakfast was ok. Not much to choose from, including no meat.

The hotel was ok. The room smelled like curry, Indian food. The beds were odd. Platform with steel frames. Plus we found narcotics in our room. Thank god my husband found it before my dog did (we googled it and found out it was Oxycodone 10). I would have been devastated if my dog ate it. The area outside smelled like grease. My husband and I travel a lot we stay at different hotels and I would not give this place high stars. The breakfast was terrible. They served cereal, waffles and no fruit, no pastries. The TV automatically turned on at 5AM why so we don’t oversleep and forget to checkout. Come on seriously! Plus people slamming doors all night.

Room was fine. Mattress was worn out and torn on the bottom side. Breakfast was below par and under stocked after only 1 hour of being opened up. There were only 3 muffins left and I saw an employee take one of them. We had to doing something else for breakfast.

Easy check-in. Quiet, comfortable stay. Breakfast not very good. Only options were carbs and sugar. No eggs or protein available.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. The shower was amazing, rain head but with a massage option which this traveler appreciated! Very quiet, with all the amenities I expected. Breakfast options were available, from cereal and fresh fruit to a waffle station and yogurt with toppings. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the construction around the area, but that's not something Clarion could control. I recommend staying here!
